The villa consists of two buildings - a vacation house with a bedroom on the gallery, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom; and a separate wellness area that contains a Finnish sauna, a massage pool with chromotherapy, a shower system with massage jets and wooden deck chairs for relaxing. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

"Max" in the wellness oasis with sauna/hot tub

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

Dőlj hátra és lazíts ezen a nyugodt, város központtól kb. 800 m - re eső helyen, az Őrség kapujában Körmenden. Barátságos lakrészt kínálok egy családi ház első, teljesen különálló részében (egy szoba, konyha és zuhanyzós fürdőszoba). A kert közös terület, de mégis különálló. Ideális 2 felnőtt részére a szállás, de ha szükséges, akkor egy gyerek még fotelágyon tud aludni. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Lodge in Őrség with sauna

Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
