Secluded and peaceful while still close to beautiful Harrisonburg. Definitely worth visiting if in the area!

Second year staying with Mike & Megan. They are wonderful hosts & their cabins are exactly what you need for a visit to JMU. If you’re looking for a pet-friendly, cozy home away from home, I strongly recommend a stay in Hinton, VA at any of Mike & Megan’s cabins. ♥️ Definitely hoping we’ll be back soon.

Cathy was a wonderful host! She provided a bottle of local wine during our stay. She was consistently responsive and friendly in our communications. The place was so cozy would highly recommend!

The little house itself is pretty fantastic, they've fit everything I could need into this small structure and it doesn't feel cramped it all, in fact VERY comfortable. The area is gorgeous, private and quiet. Megan is fantastic, very helpful, proactive and friendly. Oh, and the cat (outdoors in case you have allergies). I'd come back just to say hi to the cat. Very nice place for this weary traveler to rest and recharge along the way.
