L'appartamento offre tutte le comodità che ci aspettiamo.Ampio,luminoso,tranquillo. E vicinissimo alla Stazione Brignole e sulla strada adiacente alla casa passano tutti i mezzi pubblici per il centro.L'host è gentilissima,estremamente disponibile e sorridente. Un vero piacere. Ci ritorneremo presto e volentieri.

Het appartement van Silvia is een oase van rust in een chaotische haven. Van al de bezigheden beneden hoor je in het appartement niets als de ramen zijn gesloten en ik heb dan ook heerlijk geslapen in een slaapkamer die doet denken aan een balzaal in een paleis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien; vaatwasser, wasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker etc, ligbad, douche, airconditioning, verwarming. Silvia is een hele hartelijke vrouw en heeft mij bij aankomst heel lief ontvangen en op de dag van vertrek kon ik zelfs wat langer blijven. Communicatie met haar ging perfect! Het appartement ligt op 10 min. lopen van de veerboot naar Camogli/5 terre en de metro, en tegenover een hopon hopoff bushalte. Ik kan dit appartement bij een bezoek aan Genua van harte aanbevelen!

Ideale Unterkunft um Ligurien zu erkunden. Zwischen Genua und Cinque Terre gelegen, ist alles mit dem Auto ideal erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, dafür im Grünen. Es ist Ruhig und idyllisch - gute Möglichkeit um nach den Ausflügen abzuschalten oder noch frische Luft zu schnappen. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was wir mit Kleinkind und für eine Woche benötigten. Beim Check-In gab es auch noch gute Tipps vom Gastgeber. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Nessuna difficoltà a fare il self check-in poichè Alessandra ci ha dato le istruzioni mandandoci anche le foto per eseguirlo. Lo avevamo scelto vedendo le foto sul sito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti da quanto tutto fosse esattamente come visto e descritto. Arredamento curato anche nei minimi dettagli, si vede quanto la host ci tenga, e attrezzato di tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno ed estremamente pulito. Sapendo che arrivavamo prima dell’orario previsto a causa dello sciopero dei treni ci ha dato disponibilità subito al nostro arrivo dell’appartamento. In casa non manca nulla per la prima colazione ma addirittura ci ha fatto trovare della focaccia fresca e del vino e anche una sorpresa in frigorifero. Più volte al giorno ci contattava per sapere se andava tutto bene e se ci serviva qualcosa. Ci ha anche trovato dove poter depositare i bagagli. Lo consigliamo a chi voglia soggiornare a Genova nel centro storico, è facilissimo girare a piedi.Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Ho prenotato una sola notte perché avevo un corso di lavoro nella stessa via dell’ alloggio. Svetlana è stata molto chiara e disponibile fin da subito. La casa era molto accogliente e pulita.

La casa è molto carina e con un comodo parcheggio per la macchina. È pulita e ben tenuta, munita di tutto il necessario e anche di più. L'host, Maria Grazia, è molto gentile e disponibile. Una vera oasi di pace, con una vista bellissima sul verde e in questa stagione si sente il cinguettio degli uccellini. Molto consigliato!

Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour chez Piergiogio et son épouse. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et Piergiorgio est même venu nous chercher lors de notre arrivée. La maison est au calme, la verdure, la petite piscine pour les enfants, des espaces ombragés dans le jardin... Un accueil aux petits soins et de bons conseils lors de notre arrivée. Merci pour votre hospitalité ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Marco war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zur Wohnung gebracht hat. Unseren Wagen konnten wir in seiner Garage abstellen, was sehr praktisch war. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung war ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt. Der Ort ist schön und man kann tolle Ausflüge machen, wie Cinque Terre, Sari, Recco oder Genua. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

We had a fantastic seven days stay at Chiara's. She is an amazing host, so caring, kind and responsive! Can only highly recommend her and her house. It is located in a quiet place with spectacular Ligurian mountain view from the garden and top floor. Tourist spots, shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reachable distance. If you are looking to relax and feel the local flavour then this is for you. The house is kept very tidy, well equipped and organised with a great attention to details which makes the stay comfortable, stress free and smooth. The notes and brochures left for guests are very helpful. Private and close to the house parking is also such a bonus. We felt very comfortable and like at home from the first moment. Thank you again, Chiara, for hosting us and great communucation. Hope we will be back🤗

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

We had a fantastic stay and were very sad to leave. We have young children and it was great to let them experience nature in a safe and friendly environment. The hosts made us feel so welcome and arranged local horse riding which was excellent. We were also able to try out making pizza with the pizza oven. We found plenty of things to do within driving distance but also really enjoyed our days spent relaxing and playing at the property. Borgo Val Di Taro has some great little shops, restaurants, park and a particularly good gelato shop (Dolce Neve) which was a highlight. We leave feeling relaxed and inspired. It was great to meet such a warm and lovely family.

“Emma’s Place” is such an adorable spot! It is definitely a little bit off the beaten path, but that’s part of why we chose to stay here! We loved having a peaceful getaway after being in the busy Cinque Terre. It is still a drive-able location to popular areas. Gianna, the host, also provided a long list of local recommendations of things to do and places to see. Along with helpful traveling tips. It was also extremely clean and well kept. She also provided some items to make a delicious breakfast for the stay!

If you want the Mulino experience, authentic location, genuine, kind, friendly host……look no further. We had a mind blowing weekend and we leave having made new friends. Touched by the kindness and generosity of Nicolas and a huge bonus in meeting Uncle Bruno who touched our hearts . We will be back x

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Gabrielle fue muy atento y preocupado de que tuviéramos una buena estancia. Volvería a ir si vuelvo a Génova.

En una ciudad hermosa y estimulante como La Spezia, el departamento de Federica es un fiel reflejo de la ciudad. La decoración es exquisita, sin ser pretenciosa. Los espacios son amplios, prácticos y luminosos. Tenía todo lo necesario para las necesidades diarias, camas cómodas, toallas limpias, y detalles sabrosos: Café, aceite de oliva, jabón, shampoo. En definitiva, fue una experiencia digna de la Dolce Vita.

Ci siamo trovato benissimo, l’appartamento è pulitissimo e molto accogliente. L’host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fatto trovare la schiacciata buonissima e le brioche per la colazione. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Lovely place! Slightly remote so taxis were very expensive (this was on us though for not checking). Other than that great stay!

Our host Iacopo had a very good look at 4/5 star hotels and went to great length to copy that experience in his apartment. About everything you could think of was available like spare USB cables for charging your phone. The bedside lamps had a power connector and USB A and C connectors. The fridge was filled with all kind of drinks alcohol and non-alcohol. Also snacks were supplied. The fully renovated apartment looks very nice. Please keep in mind that when you stay with more than 2 persons the couch will be transferred into a bed which will take a lot of space in your room (it's on a picture). Our host waited for us near the parking garage and helped us finding our way around. The parking place can be locked with a gate so your car is safe! We very much enjoyed our stay and Iacopo was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient located, e.g. the opera theater is 5 minutes walking. So, highly recommended and to our opinion worth the money!

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s apartment. It was spotless and well equipped. Claudia was friendly and gave us useful tips for our stay. The location was close to all the sights and easy to find. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

C'est un appartement immense avec une vue à couper le souffle. Dommage pour nous, le soleil cette semaine n'était pas au rendez-vous et nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse et la vue. C'est un endroit paisible où on aimerait bien rester plus longtemps. La région est vraiment magnifique. Alberto est un hôte très accueillant, toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions.
