Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

In the middle of the forest, our farm is located on a hill in scenic surroundings with very good sun conditions. Over the last year, we have completely renovated the brewer's house on the farm and are now ready to welcome guests here. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 3 children. The old bakery oven is kept and the cozy rustic style. At the same time here you are all of modern facilities through new bathroom and kitchen. The place is 30 min from Kristiansand Zoo and 15 min from the cozy southern village of Lillesand

The house is centrally located with the beach just around the corner. Bakeries and shops are nearby and there is a short distance to downtown. The house consists of several bedrooms, a large bathroom and an extra toilet. A terrace with sun for much of the day and a living room to relax in after a long sunny day. Free parking outside and short distance to the city 10 minute drive to Dyreparken and walking distance to most things that Kristiansand has to offer! Bed linen and towels must be brought and laundry done yourself.

In the building there is a shared gym, TV/game room and 3 roof terraces where 2 of the roof terraces overlook the whole of Kristiansand city and of course sea views, terraces are furniture. If needed, washing machine can be used, must book time by host(free) Street parking free after 5:00 pm -8:00 am, parking garage nearby.

From the apartment it is about 12 km to Kristiansand Zoo. 2.5 Km to the town centre. 300 m to the nearest bus stop. Private parking lot in the basement of a car otherwise street parking is good.
