There's plenty of room for fun of all kinds for the whole family. We offer accommodation in a new apartment for 6 people. The apartment is modernly equipped and provides a beautiful view. There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious living kitchen, two bathrooms, and a toilet. In front of the apartment is a bus station, from where you can get to the Reiteralm ski area in 15 minutes or in 5 min to the Rittisberg area. In front of the apartment, in winter, there is a cross-country ski trail and a hiking trail. A short 5-minute walk leads to the "Rittisberg," a versatile adventure mountain for the whole family. So close to NATURE

Relax in the quiet surroundings, or be active in sports. However you want. The house is located directly on a ski mountain and on the cross-country ski trail. Hiking trails lead away from the house. In 8 minutes' walk, you can reach a sports shop, the bus stop and the lake. Culinary, only 5 minutes' walk, there is a café, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants. Or you can get the mushrooms and berries from the forest right behind the house.

My loft is characterized by it's cozyness and perfect location for summer and winter tourism in Schladming (skiing, trekking, rafting, cycling, climbing...). On the sunny terrace you can have your meals outside or just enjoy the beautiful view to the mountains and the Planai. As I sometimes live in this apartment there are personal things which I kindly ask you to treat well :)
