the house is just wonderful, everything is furnished for maximum comfort. The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

A house in a small and quiet village, exactly as pictured, tidy, homely, has everything needed for a comfortable stay plus a pool and a jacuzzi for relaxation. Although Lara could not meet us, she left a key for us and cold cuts in the fridge for us to help ourselves. She always responds to messages and is super friendly and helpful. Very great house for a mountain escape!

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet and picturesque place. The hosts were extremely helpful and likeable – they even brought us fresh tomatoes from their garden in between. We received a bottle of wine to welcome us, which was a very nice touch. The house is modernly decorated, yet it has retained its historic charm. The garden was pleasantly shaded almost all day which was perfect for the hot days. We were there with 5 adults and one toddler and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful place to stay, cozy, clean, and just like the pictures! The host is extremely accessible and responsive. If you are looking for peace in nature, away from the city crowds this is the ideal accommodation for you :)

Wonderful house, lots of space, everything super cozy and harmonious. We felt very comfortable! The bedrooms were super nice and tidy, the pool area wonderful and everything you need was there. In 10 minutes at large shops for shopping and in 10-20 minutes at many great beaches! Lots of toys for children!!!!!! It was a great holiday and a great place to stay! Highly recommended :-)

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten path, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches in no time by car. The amenities are new and upscale. Pool was also cleaned half of our stay, we also used hot tub and sauna regularly. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. Upon request, we were able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice stay in Istria.

The villa was very clean and maintained and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly despite the fact that we arrived late due to traffic jams. Communication in English worked out very well. Around the village of Hlapa there are very good restaurants and beautiful bays for swimming that can be easily reached by car. A large supermarket (Plodine) is also only 11 minutes away by car from the Villa by car, really great. Again to the hosts a big thank you we all had a great stay.

Amazing house that offered everything we were looking for. Very beautiful, just like in the photos and super clean. Great host that was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations on what to see and do in the region, where to eat, etc... We've had a great stay! The outdoor pool was a bit cold in May since it's not heated but the sauna and jacuzzi made up for that.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We spent New Year's Eve in this place. The host was very kind, handed over the key at the time of collection, and then came the next time we checked out. We were able to be completely alone if we wanted to use the jacuzzi at 3am, we just went out and enjoyed it. We had a great time here, we highly recommend it!

Great place in beautiful yet real nature, very accommodating and nice hosts

My girlfriend and I had a very nice vacation. The area is very quiet and a great place to relax. The place was clean and very nice. We especially liked the hot tub. Communication with Antonella was very good, was always available to us and can only recommend the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and thank you again for the lovely vacation

We were generally satisfied with accommodation, it did meet our expectations in terms of facilities we were looking for (private sauna, jacuzzi). Hosts were very nice and friendly, they offered us some delicious home-made products, we had fresh butter and eggs in the fridge. The location is distant from supermarkets, so better to stop by the supermarket on the way to accommodation. The road to accommodation was not so good, but we didn’t have an issue with that. We enjoyed our stay.
