Nice house and beautiful yard, superbly equipped house, really has everything anyone needs. Beautiful views and quiet and peaceful surroundings. Ronald is an extremely polite and approachable host and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to everyone.

We had a great time throughout the stay. The place is beautiful and clean and located very close to the center. It had all amenities that are mentioned in the description. The place could use better wifi for streaming.

the house is just wonderful, everything is furnished for maximum comfort. The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

what a beautiful, cozy and intimate place. beautiful house, beautifully serenely furnished. Upon entering, the coolness fell into the house, the nice smell and the beauty immediately. We felt right at home. The house was beautifully clean and the kitchen had all the necessities (nice pans, good knives, very important😉). facilities such as jacuzzis and 2 bathrooms were very nice. Multiple air conditioning in the house. great communication with host, always a quick response. the house is in the center of Pazin, close to restaurants and shops, yet the peace and quiet is remarkable. also within walking distance of sights such as the Pazin cave and the old castle. a sweet welcome word from the owner with nice tips for restaurants that were definitely worth it! I have never eaten such delicious gnocci. thank you for this nice end to our tour and introduction to Istria.

Everything great except that one bathroom had hair in the shower, and there was no shower gel in any of the bathrooms. We only stayed one night so we didn't mind that much.

Very nice, luxuriously furnished house. Everything was perfect and the landlords were very friendly. Only the pool was a little too cold. The grounds and house but really perfect and just like in the photos.

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten path, you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches in no time by car. The amenities are new and upscale. Pool was also cleaned half of our stay, we also used hot tub and sauna regularly. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. Upon request, we were able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice stay in Istria.

Our group of six had a great stay at Sandra’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the beautiful views from every room in the home. It was also very easy to get to the Old City and to lots of restaurants from the home.

Wonderful house with perfect hosts. Great location

Marjan is a very pleasant and friendly landlady. We always got an immediate response to any questions. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, except that you don't see how steep and narrow the approach is, and that the house is assembled with a 2nd, and is therefore a bit ringing. Due to the climate, all doors are warped, you could only open and close it with a lot of effort. The kitchen is well equipped, with all kinds of appliances. But it has,only, salt and pepper to season. The path to the sea is via several stairs, without railings, not so ideal for older people. Although a little off the beaten path we enjoyed the tranquility extremely. The bay is great and the water completely clean and clear. Unfortunately, the water in the hot tub turned green at the beginning of the 2nd week and we couldn't use it anymore. Nevertheless, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

I wanted to share how truly wonderful our host Dora was during our stay. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. Whether it was providing helpful local tips or quickly addressing any request, her hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We felt truly cared for, and it made all the difference in our stay!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.

Lovely place in the mountains - quiet and peaceful with nice walking in the area Lovely house - clean and well equipped and the hot tub was refreshing at the end of the day Only 1x small local bar / restaurant but Karlobag was less than a half and hour drive with nice beachfront restaurants.

It’s a really nice house located in the forrest nearby plitvice. There’s also a nice river (Korana) to swim in and a swimmingpool nearby at a campsite. So we could relax in the morning on the terrace and in the garden and go for a swim in the afternoon. The house was very clean and had everything inside you need. Julijana is a great host. She is very friendly and always available to contact her for any questions or to help. Thank you again for the great time.

This accommodation is simply a dream. There were two of us in the house for a week. It looks exactly like the pictures. It is just the place for rest and relaxation. The pool is very large and has more opportunities to lie down and sit than necessary. One nicer than the other. We lacked nothing in the house. Wi-Fi throughout the house, living room with smart TV and the kitchen is very well equipped. If that's not enough for you, you can just sit at the barbecue area. We did not try the heated outdoor hot tub and the small spa area with a bathtub and sauna due to permanent above 30 degrees. Check-in and check-out were also perfectly arranged. Dino is an outstanding host and we'd come back any time.

we had a fantastic stay at Ekodrom. unfortunately we did not meet Marko, but Tanja did nothing less then a fantastic job to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. Ekodrome is a place of beauty and peace with people that are passionate about what they are doing. last but absolute not least is our big lovely dog girlfriend Azra! she doubled our pleasure in being stunning, loyal and very friendly company. I stayed for a couple of days and had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful surroundings, nature and walking around. Tomislav, the host, was really responsive and friendly. Recommended if you want some peace of mind!

Our stay at Sasa’s place was perfect . The location is super relaxing, with greenery all around. The house was really clean, and everything worked just as it should. The bed was super comfy, and we got a great night’s sleep. Definitely coming back and telling my friends about it. Thanks, Sasa! :) Plus our dog was welcomed as well.
