Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und das Highlight ist diese große Dachterrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Aber auch sonst ist alles sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. In Noto gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und einzukaufen. Lido die Noto selbst fanden wir nicht so ansprechend, aber das hat nicht gestört bei allem was einem sonst geboten wird.

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, mitten in Ortigia, dennoch sehr ruhig, am Meer und eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir sind zu zweit für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft gewesen. Der Check-in war etwas spät (war kein Problem für uns), da der Reinigungsservice an diesem Tag Schwierigkeiten hatte, aber wir sind sehr herzlich und mit einer tollen Einweisung von Domenica empfangen worden. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Domenica war top. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank für die Hilfe bei der Organisation eines Parkplatzes für unser Auto (Parkgarage 2 Min. vom Appartement entfern und preislich fair). Von Domenica hatten wir während des Check-in weitere Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erhalten und diese waren ebenfalls perfekt. Das Appartement ist super schön und ideal für 2 Personen. Obwohl das Appartement im Innenstadtbereich liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Die Dachterrasse bietet einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die umliegenden Gebäude und ist perfekt zum Früstücken. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr und uneingeschränkt empfehlen und und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Great place close to Ortigia, walkable. Apartment was as described, the only thing to mention is there was construction outside the apartment, however little to no noise, very few workers. Didn’t interfere in enjoying our stay. Would recommend!

Claudio’s compound is a little slice of heaven! Not only was Claudio a wonderful host, he is a lovely man and a terrific cook and gardener. And his sidekick Mario the carne is a sweet dog, very friendly. The roses were in bloom and they were stunning. His Roma tomatoes made for a couple of yummy caprese salads. The accommodations were spotless. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The villa is right on the beach, you can't get any closer to the sea, you open the back gate and here it is right in front of you - no crowds, just stretches of sand and crystal clear water. There were days we literally saw no other people. Pool area is brand new and again amazing, you can relax in no time. As for the villa itself all as per description, two separate entrances suited our party really well, upstairs apartment has the most beautiful sea view from the bedroom and amazing terrace. Downstairs apartment is also equally comfortable. What I really liked there was lots of stuff inside the house to make the stay most comfortable, sunscreen + insect repellent, board games, bluetooth speaker, spices and condiments in the kitchen. You need a car to get around as the area is remote and private which is only a plus for me. We wish to be back one day, highly recommend Viviana's place to reconnect with nature and have a proper rest.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Nur 2 min vom Meer und einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

Esperienza super positiva. I genitori di Federico, che mi hanno accolta, sono persone deliziose, disponibili ed amichevoli. Contenta di aver fatto la loro conoscenza. L'appartamento ha risposto completamente alle mie esigenze, si a in ordine di spazio, pulizia e locazione. Mi sono sempre mossa a piedi e la posizione mi ha permesso facile accesso al mare, al centro del paese, ai negozi e alle fermate dei bus. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

Marcella ist sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend - wenn man sie braucht, ist die da, sie wohnt gleich nebenan. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar - man ist gleich in der Innenstadt und wir haben sogar in der Nähe immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und das Haus hat Charme. Die orangefarbene Wand im Wohnzimmer ist jetzt lindgrün. Den Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen haben wir sehr genossen.

I fell in love with Syracuse, and Cinzia's place was one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. The house is located in a perfect spot—not in the middle of the tourist crowd, but close enough to get anywhere super conveniently. Cinzia responds to messages very promptly, helped us set up parking (which is hard to do in Ortigia), and when something came up during our stay, she responded immediately and came to help us. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the house is beautifully decorated with everything that I needed during the trip. I would definitely come back to stay!

Gorgeous apartment with a spectacular view. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you would ever need. Our hosts, Giovanna and Nella, went above and beyond! Their recommendations were excellent. Would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home. As an extra bonus the apartment is right next to the bridge to Siracusa which made it very convenient to get there with our luggage from the parking lot in Siracusa. There is also a lift in the apartment which was amazing as the apartment is on the 3rd floor and we didn’t have to carry them up the stairs. No need to think twice, just book it!

Die Wohnung bietet einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick und die beste Sunset-View. Man sollte sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass die Wohnung direkt an der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants liegt und es etwas laut ist - vor allem Freitag und Samstag. Alberto ist super freundlich und ist uns immer entgegengekommen. Die Ausstattung ist super.

We have stayed in over 30 AirBNBs across 3 continents and 14 in Italy. Lucia’s place was the one that we felt most at home in. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to explore Ortigia. We spent 10 wonderful nights here and only used our car once in that time. I’d strongly recommend you take Lucia’s advice with car parking options. Lucia is the best AirBNB host I have encountered. Super responsive, engaging and her attention to detail is spot on. My wife loved playing the piano and I loved swimming in the Med each day. The apartment is spacious and well appointed - if feels like a loved and loved in home not the usual AirBNB. We loved our time here and cannot recommend this property and especially Lucia enough.
