We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Chalet Nebeská in the Orlické Mountains

Chalet Nebeská is located in the Orlické Mountains in the village of Nebeská Rybná, there is year-round use. In winter, just a short distance to the famous ski resort Říčky, in summer the area offers a large number of bike trails and hiking trips. A few meters higher is a golf club or football golf with a restaurant that children will love. In the cottage, you will be captivated by the view directly into the treetops and it is fully equipped with everything you might need. We believe you will have unforgettable moments here.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

The mountain cottage with sauna and hot tub and living room with fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access 500 m by gravel road

It is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life – here time flows slower, and the fresh mountain air soothes the senses. Guests will find beautiful places for morning walks or all-day hikes. The cottage is an ideal starting point for both active recreation and quiet relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

House in Biała - Bławatek

The house has two bedrooms upstairs - 4 beds, with two double beds. There is also a full bathroom upstairs with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a toilet. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed for two more people. The whole thing is crowned by a fireplace, serving at the same time for decoration and a heating unit on cold days. We also offer daily cleaning, linens, and towels upon request.

Our cozy and quiet apartment is located in our family house in Lánov (Prostřední Lánov). We have a garden, right under the forest. The apartment has its own separate entrance from the other side of the house. It's pleasantly cool in the summer, and we've prepared floor heating for you this winter, so you won't be cold inside. Parking is in front of the house behind the gate on private land. For up to 2 Persons, no more kid!

DZIK near Karpacz cottage with sauna & fireplace

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

Simple suite is a small newly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a large double bed. Located in the small quiet village of Slavíkov, near the town of Náchod. The apartment is ideally located for more places nearby, such as Adršpach, Broumovské Stěny, Rozkoš reservoir, or Orlické or Jestřebí mountains.
