Vacation rentals with a patio in Puntaldia

We stayed at the property for 12 days with our two children. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the sea every morning at breakfast. The garden was also great for the boys to play in.

Modern new house just 50 m from the beach - super convenient! Welcome basket full of local delicacies. Flexible check in/out. Great on site host, Salvatore, always available and quick to help with any issues. Great experience overall!

Everything was great! Eleni is very friendly and a great host. The apartment was super clean, everything you need is available and you quickly feel at home! :) The house in which the apartment is located on the 3rd floor is about 5 minutes' walk from the old town of Olbia. Parking spaces can actually be found in the surrounding streets. Definitely a recommendation! :)

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Graziella‘s apartment! The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need, the communication was really easy and it has a nice location to visit all the beautiful beaches around! All in all, we can highly recommend to stay here.

We spent a week at Villa Pina as a family with two children and highly recommend this place. The apartment is very clean, in an extremely well maintained condition and well equipped. There is really nothing missing, even sand toys for the children are ready. The landlady is super friendly, very caring and gave us a great pleasure upon our arrival with little touches such as pastries, sweets for the children and cold drinks. We will be happy to come back!

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We had a wonderful stay! The communication was smooth and friendly, check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family with small children. The apartment was excellent – very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The host was extremely attentive and thoughtful. There were lovely surprises for us and even special treats for the children – a truly heartwarming gesture! We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place. The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

A great, loving family! We were received very warmly. We had problems with the car rental at the airport. It was already 11pm and we had a baby with us. Graziella and Pierro didn't hesitate to pick us up from the airport after we told her. (Without even asking!) This is not self-evident and that shows how accommodating and caring the family is. You felt right at home in the apartment and with the rental. I can only recommend it to everyone!

The view from the terrace to the bay of Olbia is fantastic. The landlord family was super warm. We were given fruit and pastries, charcoal for the grill was available. There was one of the bathrooms not only toilet paper, there was even toothpaste available. If you have a car, this place is a clear recommendation.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

This place far exceeded expectations. Nicer than the photos. The new renovations are beautifully done and the house is equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable (beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, everything for kids etc). The area is also beautiful: incredible view, easy access to the private beach, and short drive to Porto Cervo and incredible beaches. Giulia was awesome. Very responsive, gave good local tips, and even messaged us to give beach recommendations based on how the wind was blowing so we’d have the calmest waters for our kids. 10/10 would stay again.

We lived in the apartment all week, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown in the pictures. The kitchen was super clean and has everything you need to take care of yourself if you want to. The apartment is very central and is only about 10 minutes' walk to Olbia city center. It offers great parking right outside the door. Also, you could wonderfully visit the surroundings of Olbia from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and has a private atmosphere. Gianluca was always friendly and answered our question quickly.
