Villa vacation rentals in Punta prima

Our stay was just what we needed. The house is perfect. Very clean, roomy with many diffrent bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate different configurations or adults and kids and multiple families. The villiage is more for hotel guests and focused on tourists with some amenities and limited restaurants outside the hotels but there are lots of places within 15-30 mins driving to explore and the benefit is you are right at the beach!

Fantastic house in a quiet area near Ciudadela and the main coves of Menorca. Davide is very well Host who is always attentive and with very good directions.

We spent a few days in the villa and made a lot of memories, very good ones. The house is very well maintained and extremely clean !!! Rosa is very helpful in every way possible and Fatima is so sweet, two gentle soul. We are already thinking to come back, ever since we left. Thank you very much 🌴☀️ From the 8 of us

The villa was great and Nicolas was a very helpful host. Stunning blend of luxury and comfort. The interior is nice decorated, with spacious rooms that are very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the villas terrace. The private pool was another favourite feature, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat.location is also great! Overall, our stay was fabulous and we cant wait to return again.

We had a great time at Thomas's place. The villa is superb, with all the essentials and the location is great! The wifi connection just needs to be improved, but other than that, no complaints, it was great. 😊 Thanks again to Thomas who was very nice and gave us plenty of good places to visit on the island! This was a return trip to Hollie’s beautiful villa in Cala en Porter. The villa itself is gorgeous, it backs onto a nature reserve and the neighbourhood is very quiet so perfect for a tranquil holiday. We love the privacy. The villa is spacious enough for 6 of us. Very clean too. There is a new kitchen installed which is lovely. We will be back! Thanks Hollie

Jose and Marinella are really great hosts. Honestly, among the best I've ever met on my travels around the world. They are very friendly and helpful in giving valuable information to enjoy Menorca. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Well-organized spaces and attention to detail, the pool is very well maintained and clean like the whole house. I'll definitely be back!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful villa. Clean, tidy, well equipped! Stunning view! Ideal location for tranquility and not overlooked. a car is required for the stay to visit the island, go to the beaches or shop. Responsive host, great communication. We'll be happy to go back! attention before May the season has not yet started, not all restaurants are open and a lot of shops remain closed.

We had an amazing stay at Partrice’s villa. The pool and outside space was perfect. Beautiful views of the sea. Location was great. Nice and peaceful area with just a short walk down to Son Bou. Free street parking. Kitchen was well equipped and the filtered water from the fridge was a bonus. Villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable but mattresses in the two other bedrooms were not so! Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Otherwise we had the most wonderful time staying at the villa and we would definitely recommend.

Great location, with beautiful views over the sea, great sunsets and very peaceful. Easy to walk to a little cove for a swim and two good bars for drinks/food. Host was very good at communicating and provided us with lots of info before our stay, not needed whilst we stayed though! Villa a good size and cot and high chair provided for baby.

An amazing holiday especially thanks to Alex. Great guy, very friendly and can't do enough to help. Hope to meet again at some stage but until then thanks a lot Alex!!

Justin & Cristina’s home is a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. They are generous hosts who left drinking water, herbs, spices, oil etc It felt like a home from home and We couldn’t have had a better family holiday with our toddler granddaughter and daughters. Binibequer is a great place for families with young children. There’s a lovely little sandy beach and play ground less than 10 minutes walk away. The local supermarket stocks everything you need, so no need for long drives. And the bar/restaurant across the road is a nice place and they keep respectful hours and music volume so didn’t bother us at all. Thanks Justin & Cristina we had a great holiday.

Lovely Villa and great location! Scott was a really great host, he provided loads of information and recommendations, was responsive and helpful whenever we needed. We had an amazing weekend, there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a close walk too. Looking forward to staying again soon!!

Simply do not have a single bad word to say. The villa was perfect for our family of 5, had everything we needed and within walking distance of the beach and restaurants in the marina. Margarita was a great host, extremely responsive and I would highly recommend.

Stunning property, small but perfectly designed with beautiful outside area and pool which we had to ourselves! Alain is a friendly and most welcoming host and his puppy Lili is adorable!

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Thomas. Sandy was the consummate host, with fantastic communication before and during our stay. The villa had everything we need. The location was lovely with peaceful neighbours and we will be back to Menorca no doubt!

Fabulous stay. The view from the balcony was stunning - perfect for a morning cup of coffee or afternoon aperitivo -- or any time of day. The pool was too chilly for swimming but was a lovely place to relax after long days of hiking. Fabulous service and Amanda was very responsive and helpful with random questions about activities since many shops were not opening for the season until the next week. We'd definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money! I'll start with our hosts, who were really friendly and nice, helpful and ready to be useful. The photos of the house speak for themselves: enchanting and dreamy place, unparalleled location, very quiet and charming neighborhood. The house is cozy, you settle in quickly and feel at home, it has every comfort, washing machine and dishwasher, smart TV, microwave, good beach equipment. Special mention for the covered garage with internal staircase that connects directly to the entrance, very useful in case of rain! The furnishings are not luxurious, but simple and harmonious, the real luxury is an outdoor area to be experienced, overlooking the pool and the sea, with spectacular sunsets and beautiful stars! Thank you very much Francesc and Cristóbal, we will always have your little house in our hearts!
