Fantástica casa en zona tranquila cerca de Ciudadela y de las principales calas de Menorca. Davide muy bien Anfitrión siempre pendiente y con indicaciones muy buenas.

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Rosa en Menorca fue simplemente espectacular. La casa de dos pisos es amplia, acogedora y muy bien equipada, especialmente la cocina, que cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas deliciosas. Desde el primer momento, nos impresionó la limpieza y el cuidado de cada detalle, especialmente la piscina, que estaba impecable y lista para disfrutar. La casa ofrece vistas impresionantes al Mediterráneo, y las puestas de sol son realmente mágicas; cada tarde era un espectáculo de colores que quedará en nuestra memoria. Además, la ubicación es ideal. A solo unos minutos a pie, teníamos acceso a supermercados y restaurantes, lo cual fue muy conveniente. La proximidad a Ciutadella, a tan solo 5 minutos en coche, también fue un punto fuerte, ya que nos facilitó mucho el viaje desde Mallorca, donde tomamos el ferry. El estacionamiento privado nos dio tranquilidad y facilidad para movernos por la isla. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaríamos 100%.

The villa was great and Nicolas was a very helpful host. Stunning blend of luxury and comfort. The interior is nice decorated, with spacious rooms that are very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the villas terrace. The private pool was another favourite feature, offering a refreshing escape from the summer heat.location is also great! Overall, our stay was fabulous and we cant wait to return again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thomas. La villa est superbe, avec tout le nécessaire et l’emplacement est idéal ! Il faudrait simplement améliorer la connexion wifi, mais mis à part cela rien à redire c’était génial 😊 Encore merci à Thomas qui a été très sympathique et nous a donné pleins de bonnes adresses sur l’île ! This was a return trip to Hollie’s beautiful villa in Cala en Porter. The villa itself is gorgeous, it backs onto a nature reserve and the neighbourhood is very quiet so perfect for a tranquil holiday. We love the privacy. The villa is spacious enough for 6 of us. Very clean too. There is a new kitchen installed which is lovely. We will be back! Thanks Hollie

Absolutely stunning villa in a wonderful location! I can’t recommend it enough!

5* FANTASTIC VILLA, INCREDIBLE VIEWS, IDEAL SITUATION RIGHT NEXT TO THE SEA. CLEAR, CLEAN, IMMACULATE POOL. A TOP PLACE TO STAY. We all loved this comfortable villa with exceptional views, pool and space to spread out and be comfortable. Virginia looked after us from start to end, and could not have been more helpful. Great selection of restaurants and great bars on the beach, all in walking distance from villa. Close to a great spa with good massages and gym, too. Our holiday could not have been more perfect. This villa and Book Menorca Villas are the only way to go. You will not be disappointed. This villa was sensational in every way.

Our stay was just what we needed. The house is perfect. Very clean, roomy with many diffrent bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate different configurations or adults and kids and multiple families. The villiage is more for hotel guests and focused on tourists with some amenities and limited restaurants outside the hotels but there are lots of places within 15-30 mins driving to explore and the benefit is you are right at the beach!

We had an amazing stay at Partrice’s villa. The pool and outside space was perfect. Beautiful views of the sea. Location was great. Nice and peaceful area with just a short walk down to Son Bou. Free street parking. Kitchen was well equipped and the filtered water from the fridge was a bonus. Villa was lovely and clean when we arrived. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable but mattresses in the two other bedrooms were not so! Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Otherwise we had the most wonderful time staying at the villa and we would definitely recommend.

Great location, with beautiful views over the sea, great sunsets and very peaceful. Easy to walk to a little cove for a swim and two good bars for drinks/food. Host was very good at communicating and provided us with lots of info before our stay, not needed whilst we stayed though! Villa a good size and cot and high chair provided for baby.

An amazing holiday especially thanks to Alex. Great guy, very friendly and can't do enough to help. Hope to meet again at some stage but until then thanks a lot Alex!!

Justin & Cristina’s home is a beautiful place. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. They are generous hosts who left drinking water, herbs, spices, oil etc It felt like a home from home and We couldn’t have had a better family holiday with our toddler granddaughter and daughters. Binibequer is a great place for families with young children. There’s a lovely little sandy beach and play ground less than 10 minutes walk away. The local supermarket stocks everything you need, so no need for long drives. And the bar/restaurant across the road is a nice place and they keep respectful hours and music volume so didn’t bother us at all. Thanks Justin & Cristina we had a great holiday.

Thanks for the lovely stay! We were 7 people and had plenty of space. Every bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. The Master has a toilet too and there is a separate toilet for the other 3 rooms. Our two Cars had more than enough room in front of the House and the Location is great. Within 10-25 minutes you can explore the upper West Part of the Island. We’ll be definitely back. Excellent séjour sur l ile de minorque dans la maison de luciana le descriptif est conforme aux photos le quartier est paisible et la proximité de cala en brut très appréciable.. l ile étant petite ça n est pas gênant d être proche de ciutadella pour visiter la communication avec luciana était facile..je recommande

Lovely Villa and great location! Scott was a really great host, he provided loads of information and recommendations, was responsive and helpful whenever we needed. We had an amazing weekend, there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is a close walk too. Looking forward to staying again soon!!

Logement top ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 ! Merci pour votre accueil. Le logement correspond en tout point aux photos et à la description. Il est idéalement placé pour admirer les plus beaux couchers de soleil ou encore se rendre à Ciutadella rapidement.

The pool and outdoor space were fantastic! With restaurants within walking distance, it was still possible to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet at the villa. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay at Villa Binimar.

Excellent séjour entre amis (nous étions 6 adultes) chez Margarita qui a toujours été très réactive pour nous. La maison est très bien située, à proximité immédiate de la mer (plage et coucher de soleil à pied), ainsi que d'un supermarché. Les 3 chambres et les 2 salles de bains sont très pratiques. Les extérieurs sont agréables, avec la piscine. Nous recommandons la location de Margarita et espérons revenir sur cette magnifique île de Minorque.

Stunning property, small but perfectly designed with beautiful outside area and pool which we had to ourselves! Alain is a friendly and most welcoming host and his puppy Lili is adorable!

Nous avons passé un séjour avec un couple d’amis. Séjour magnifique inoubliable Rien à dire dire, Sandy était à l’écoute et très professionnelle La maison était juste magnifique et parfaite, très bel emplacement. Emplacement très reposant avec vue sur mer. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr.

Jose e Marinella sono host davvero fantastici. Sinceramente tra i migliori mai conosciuti nei miei viaggi in giro per il mondo. Sono molto amichevoli e disponibili nel dare informazioni preziose per godersi Minorca. La casa è ancor più bella che in foto. Spazi ben organizzati e cura nei dettagli, la piscina è molto curata e pulita come tutta la casa. Tornerò sicuramente!
