Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Punta Milocca

Emilia was very kind and easy to communicate with. She was on top of all necessary information and offered a spacious and clean apartment for us to enjoy Ortigia. It is on a main street that is very loud for most of the night, which I wish I knew, as it made it hard to sleep.

Very comfortable and stylish apartment in a fantastic location. Good communication with the host. I recommend it.

It is the most perfect place to stay especially for a big group! So very beautiful, clean, and centrally located. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved Alfredo’s place. Beautiful, immaculately clean, comfy bed and amazing shower. Loved the little deck sitting out area for evenings and pool to cool off. Fabulous Airbnb and Alfredo was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Great 5 days in lovely Fontane Bianchi.

The place is nice, practical and very central. Ortigia can be reached in a good 10 minutes on foot. There and also many options for eating out on the other side. 10 min. walk from the train station. To find a parking space you need some luck (which we had). Otherwise, it is very noisy when the window is open, but that's when you live so centrally. Always reach the host. We were there for two weeks in October.

If I could, I would rate our stay greater than 5 stars. Lucrezia & Roberto were fabulous. Treated us like family. Lucrezia’s instructions were so detailed & easy to follow for the location. Roberto met us at the bus stop & walked us to the apartment. He clearly explained where everything was in the apartment, what to see during our stay and recommended restaurants. The best induction we have had so far in Sicily. The apartment was great. A home away from home. Spotlessly clean & comfortable. It had everything even a nice surprise of biscuits, drinks & chocolates. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Ortigia. A big thank you to Lucrezia & Roberto. A stay we will always remember. You set and deliver on a high standard.

The apartment is excellent! Impeccable! And nothing is missing. All the details very well thought out!Giorgio and his family are very friendly and hospitable. I was picked up at the train station because the local bus didn't come, Paola was very cordial 🥰when I get dizzy on the way. If you are on foot, which was my case, it is not very practical as the bus passes every 1 hour, but you can download the app and know the times to move. The last bus from the Puente de Ortigia comes out 19.50! As for the noise, right now, next door is a Construction of buildings, so from very early you wake up with the machines! I love that at the conclusion there will no longer be this passing annoyance. At night it is very quiet and peaceful! I recommend this place 100%, especially if you have a car and want to be away from the intense tourist movement. Ortigia es Preciosa ! We loved staying at Didier’s place! It was the perfect location, right at the beach and also near in the beautiful city center. Everything is walking distance, and we had wonderful 3 weeks and would always come back. Didier is a great host with great recommendations as well as always easy to contact and reachable! Thank you again, we truly had a great summer in Sicily!

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay in Syracuse. The apt is very beautifully renovated, was sparkling clean and had great amenities - including a lovely kitchen with dishwasher and a washer and dryer upstairs. It was a very easy walk to beautiful Ortigia and the apt is right above a small cafe for pastries or coffee in the morning. It was also easy to drive to wonderful beaches and even Noto for a day trip. The team managing the apt were very responsive and helpful. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs, the apt is near a busy street and you can hear traffic noise quote clearly.

This Airbnb was nicely decorated inside, plus it had a cozy loveseat and comfortable mattress. The kitchen had good quality pots and pans, cooktop, and microwave. Roberta was super responsive whenever I had questions. The location was excellent for exploring Ortigia.

LOVED THIS PLACE! We have stayed many places on airbnb this was our favorite. Beautiful location, everything was great and the hosts were awesome. Well equiped kitchen. Not one complaint and we hope to make it back soon.

We had a lovely holiday here. The villa, pool and grounds were beautiful and in a stunning countryside location looking towards Noto. Sara and Corrado were friendly and excellent hosts. The newly refurbished large pool is wonderful. There are lots of places to visit within easy reach by car. We were lucky to be there for Noto’s famous flower festival.

Ortigia is a lovely place to be and it is all walkable. The food market is 3 minutes away, the Duomo about 10 minutes. The station is about 25 minutes (eg trains to Noto or northwards). Bus stop for the 105 to the Archaeology Park is close. We enjoyed the balcony. Carmi was really helpful both before and during our visit.

The house is amazing. On 2 floors with 3 beds and 3 bathroom, new and clean. The architect and designer have done a terrific job. You also have a terrace with sunchairs, dining table and a bbq. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk from the main touristic road, overlooks a beautiful square and church, down you have two amazing cafes and one of the best restaurants in town (ristorante crocifisso). Great welcome from Silvia who provided flexibility on check-in and helped with a couple of bespoke requests. Family friendly - you can request cot and baby chair. Spaces work well for a family stay. Convenient, you can park your car just below the house, plenty of free parking underneath. The only things to note: - Steep stairs inside the house. You can close the doors if you have a baby. But if anyone has problems with mobility maybe not ideal - The church ring the bells a few times a day starting at 8am and ending at 8pm. Although the rooms are well shielded

We definitely enjoyed our stay and rented all three apartments. Everyone had their own bed and bath which was a plus. The location was superb to walk through Ortigia. Communication was great with the host. The smaller apartment was a little noisier due to the market below but we would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family.

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

This place was absolutely amazing. Definitely experienced some depression upon checking out the space was so great. More than enough room for everyone to spread out. Will visit again… and again!

A beautifully renovated and decorated apartment. The historical building is calming with lots of charm and plenty of secure on site parking. The apartment, bedrooms and bathrooms are large and comfortable, uniquely spacious for urban Europe. Located next to the Basilica and the must see archaeological Park. It is an easy five minute drive or a 15 minute walk to Ortigia Island. We did not find the street noise to be bothersome. The new modern windows provided plenty of light with minimum noise. A great location for day trips to the countryside and the coastal beaches. Our host provided us with many great recommendations. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Owner and host were five stars for sure.

Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

We hd luck by having found a parking spot right in front of the building. The check in was rather smooth, room looks nice with a large bathroom. Bit of dust but for the rest all good. The fridge doesn’t get very cold but it’s sufficient. Excellent location, everything doable by foot.

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

A lovely space in a really perfect location to walk into the Main Street in a minute. The local paticery was delightful and there was free parking out the front of the doors. Excellent

We stayed in the Turquoise apartment. Clean, all new, super equipped, quiet and very close to a Caribbean sea. Everything is perfect thanks above all to Salvatore and his wife who pampered us and helped us with all our needs! We felt at home! Thank you and see you next time!
