Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

We had a lovely holiday here. The villa, pool and grounds were beautiful and in a stunning countryside location looking towards Noto. Sara and Corrado were friendly and excellent hosts. The newly refurbished large pool is wonderful. There are lots of places to visit within easy reach by car. We were lucky to be there for Noto’s famous flower festival.

We enjoyed a great few days at the end of our holiday in Sicily. Maria was very accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The pool is great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommend.

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

Giuliana was a wonderful host – warm, welcoming, and always discreet. Her beautiful Shanti is a truly special place: the house is stunning, peaceful, and the pool adds a magical touch. We felt at home from the very first moment. Giuliana was always available with helpful suggestions and made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable. Her kindness and care made a real difference. This has been a holiday we will always remember with joy. Thank you, Giuliana, from all of us – we hope to return soon to this little oasis of peace.

We (6 adults, one toddler) had a fantastic time at the villa! It is very charming, with the perfect blend of historic character and modern amenities. It has everything you need for a great stay. The location is very peaceful and yet well connected. A large store selling groceries and other stuff you may need is a few minutes drive away, and there are restaurants and markets nearby in Pozzalo. We mostly cooked dinner at home since we loved eating outside on the veranda. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. The villa serves as an excellent base for day trips to places such as Siracusa, Modica, Villa Romana del Casale, Marzamemi, and Ragusa. William and Antonella are the most welcoming hosts, and they shared lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It was a pleasure meeting them, and we hope to visit again!

Giorgio’s house was exactly what we wanted for our Modica vacation. A touch of the Sicilian countryside not too far from town. It truly did become home for the time we were there. Cooking pizzas in the wood fire oven and daily soaks in the wellness center. We won’t soon forget this beautiful place. The amazing cherry on top was Giorgio’s amazing hospitality and desire to share his local favorites with us.

We had a lovely stay at Sebastianos villa with our two young children. The villa was great, very peaceful and relaxing and it had eveything needed for our stay, including a nice bottle of wine to help us ease in! The hosts were really friendly and responsive when we had any questions - communication was super throughout. There were some lovely beaches a short drive away and a local beach and restaurants in walking distance. Also plenty of supermarkets a short drive away that were very convenient. We'd highly recommend staying here and thank our hosts for a brillaint stay!

The property is stunning, offering a tranquil atmosphere, breathtaking views, and perfect spots to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Our group of four had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay in this accommodation. We visited Sicily during the off season and still had great warm weather. We were welcomed by Angelo and Saro who showed us the accommodation. Both were in contact with us over messenger and gave us many tips on nice beaches and restaurants. The accommodation was very clean with a lovely interior. We had a place to park our car right beside the door. You can take your breakfast on the beach, just walk over the street and you are there. Keep in mind that the street ist right beside the accommodation and the cars drive quite fast so it can be a little louder. Thank you for the stay!

Very nice and helpful host. Excellent apartment location, a ten-minute walk from the historic center. In winter, the heat pump is sufficient for the bedrooms and therefore an additional heating system (present) was necessary for the other rooms. I recommend parking in the nearby square and not along the road

There were four of us (2 children, 2 adults) in Pino's apartment "Urano" and we felt very comfortable. Pino is a helpful and very attentive host who is always easily accessible and even welcomed us very late at night upon arrival. We all liked the large garden with the beautiful lemon tree. Since it is closed on all sides, it is especially great for small children. Thank you for everything, Pino!

Highly recommended! Uccio welcomed us and had an assortment of local foods available for us, eggs from his chickens, citrus fruits, including his delicious red wine! We felt welcome and appreciated, his children played with ours while they met and learned the names of the friendly farm cats. There are multiple destinations within 30 minutes of the farm, including a warm sandy beach, castles, Ragusa Ibla, caverns, the list goes on. Excellent host and location!

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Alessandro’s house with the beautiful garden and amazing views… our 4year old son loved the pool, the playground and- after some time- the big dog ;-) we would love to come back to this great host

Luigi’s place in Modica is extremely beautiful. Luigi has a host is kind and warm. He very clearly aims to please and make his guests feel comfortable. He was so loving and fun with my children on check-in. My kids were full of energy from travel and Luigi was kind of understanding. Luigi‘s directions to the free parking were easy to find. He met us there and accompanied us back to the house. The amenities were very close by, all very walkable yet the home felt private and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this stay if you are looking for somewhere in Modica. Not only is it perfectly situated for Modica, but it is also central for Ragusa and Noto. Thanks again, Luigi!

We had a wonderful time with baby and dog. The house is great, with a nice terrace, lots of seating and fruit trees in the garden. It is in nature and we were all to ourselves. At the same time, the location is a very good starting point for beautiful excursions. We were received in a very hospitable, helpful and courteous manner.

Andrea was an outstanding host- very proactive and response in terms of communication, as well as being flexible with the check in time and offering great local recommendations. The air bnb was perfect, would highly recommend staying if visiting Noto.

The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Ritemilia was there to greet us and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. She had also left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and made sure there was a bottle of water in the fridge for us, much needed! The whole house was comfortable and felt very secure. The aircon worked well and there was plenty of hot water. She always responded to messages very quickly and was friendly and helpful in every way! The house is in a lovely spot - on a quiet side street, but within walking distance of the town centre. Avola is a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and beautiful beaches. We had a wonderful time!

The accommodation was as advertised and the host was very responsive. If the beach of lido di noto is not within walking distance, the accommodation is conveniently located between Noto and the Vendicari reserve. Syracuse can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Possibility to pick oranges from the garden to prepare fresh fruit juices in the morning.

We loved Dario’s apartment, it was such an easy walk to central Noto and very well equipped. The apartment is full of character, beds very comfy! Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Very nice place . A little far from the city center but it's not worse because it's quieter. Too bad the barbecue is far from the accommodation ( it is 30 meters on a part that is public and you have to leave the accommodation to access it) It would be nice to be able to eat right next to the barbecue but nothing is provided for this purpose. Our host was very responsive and enjoyable

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.
