We had a great time staying here. It was the perfect setting to convene three households with small children. The open floorplan was great to let the kids run around. Also, they loved the bunkbeds! The game room in the basement gave us all something to do during one day of bad weather. The view from the deck out onto the lake is picturesque. Rodney and Company were incredible hosts. Very responsive. Also, the home was delivered to us in immaculate condition. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful lake house! We hope to come back next year!

This was such a peaceful and relaxing place to spend a few days. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The place was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time visiting Floyd and the surrounding area.

We arrived at the mill having driven out from Asheville the weekend of the hurricane. Adam & Marcie could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. We only wished we had booked to stay for longer as we needed time to decompress after our experience, however it really was the right place to be. Thank you very much

This location was perfect for a weekend visit with our Hokie. We walked easily to/from downtown for the events we attended. Accommodations were quaint and clean, as described. Will definitely book again!

Possibly the most convenient road trip Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Right off the highway (but far enough not to have road noise inside) gas station on the corner for a morning fill up, dinner and breakfast places 5 min drive away were both amazing. The place itself was comfortable, had a Keurig and a nice big yard for the dogs to use. Also the hosts were friendly and super responsive

Our stay was lovely in this organized and clean space. The scenery was beautiful with multiple places to sit, eat, visit, and enjoy our family getaway. Theresa was extremely responsive and left clear instructions. I would definitely consider this rental again as it is close to Radford, but just far enough away to have a relaxing and peaceful spot to gather.

This is a clean, beautiful, cozy cabin in a quiet and scenic location that is perfect for a getaway with no hurry or busy agenda. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, the furniture is comfy and the porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee. Our dog enjoyed hanging out on the porch with us and playing in the large lawn. Definitely a place we will return to!

We were so pleased to last minute be able to stay here! The hosts were so helpful and very friendly. After enduring two significant hurricanes back to back it was the perfect place to unwind and find mental peace again! A great place to relax. There was plenty of space on the property to play games and lounge around. The river access is a little difficult for people with disabilities but overall highly recommended.

Great getaway place, right by a stream. Great front porch, nice cabin inside and out. Hannah communicated very well, good details and instructions, and very pleasant. Everything you would need inside from amenities and very clean

We wanted a relaxing weekend getaway to enjoy some family time and R&R. The remoteness of the cabin was perfect for that. Although we recommend arriving in the daytime, it was dark when we got there and that single lane road going in was a tad scary. Lol The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The amenities were spot on. There was plenty of room to accommodate our crew (2 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog). The hot tub was great and we enjoyed sitting around the table playing games and sharing laughs. Definitely a nice relaxing weekend spent making memories!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Clean and clutter free home with an almost fully stocked kitchen. We agreed the beds were not actually queen sized, probably full sized. Very easy river access and easy to find in a very peaceful area. Hope to come back again soon!
