Casa molto spaziosa arredata con cura e dotata di ogni confort per un soggiorno piacevolissimo. Molto bella la grande terrazza con vista mare, con un tavolo enorme per mangiare e fornita di lettini e poltroncine per prendere il sole o rilassarsi con vista dell'isola di San Pietro. Molto comodo il posto auto coperto all'interno della proprietà. Portoscuso è un piccolo paese ma sono presenti ristoranti, due grandi supermercati, un'ottima gelateria ed alcuni negozi. In dieci giorni abbiamo visitato le stupende spiagge della zona giungendo fino a Piscinas, Porto Flavia, le isole di Sant'Antioco e San Pietro, la città di Iglesias. Il Sulcis è stata una bellissima scoperta; da consigliare. Paola ci ha accolto molto cordialmente, disponibile anche a lasciarci flessibilità negli orari di arrivo e partenza.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Pools sind traumhaft schön. Allerdings müssen wir ganz ehrlich sagen, wären wir nicht mit Freunden zusammen dort gewesen die die Villa bewohnt haben wäre es zum Teil etwas schwierig geworden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Poolhaus sind vorhanden aber bis zum Abend sehr heiß. Küche ist vorhanden mit allen was man braucht aber mit einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche die es sehr schwer macht zu kochen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem da wir den Großteil an der Villa verbracht haben. Wir hatten uns für diese Ferienhäuser entschieden da in der Beschreibung stand es gibt die Villa und das Poolhaus, allerdings ist das Poolhaus eine Doppelhaushälfte die auch bewohnt wird. Auf dem Gelände selber befindet sich noch weitere Ferienhäuser und es gibt einen Kiosk und einen weiteren Pool(der traumhaft ist) Es kommen aber auch Tagesgäste auf das Grundstück. Das alles ist nur zur Info. Wir hatten trotz allem einen tollen. Aufenthalt.

Leandro and his wife are definitely top hosts! This was one of the best stays ever. Really everything you could want was present in the house. We’ve got biscuits, home made jam and some fresh drinks in the fridge. The garden is very cosy and nice at night with lights. The cleanliness is unbelievable. Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Der Aufenthalt bei Simone ist leicht mit einem Wort zu beschreiben. Wow. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Sekunde an zu Hause und man merkt sofort, dass es Simones ernstes Anliegen ist, dass seine Gäste eine gute Zeit haben und sich wohl fühlen. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit hat Simone uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, Ausflüge empfohlen und uns zu einem italienischen Pasta-Abend in der Gartenküche eingeladen, der uns für immer in Erinnerung bleibt. Das Anwesen ist herrlich natürlich und authentisch, wir haben die Zeit im Garten sehr genossen. Überall wächst Obst und Gemüse, von dem man sich bedienen kann. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet, sogar Sandspielsachen für die Kinder, Schirme und Stühle für den Strand gab es - Simone denkt an alles. Wir bedanken uns für die fantastische Zeit und freuen uns auf einen Pizzaabend, wenn wir wiederkommen. ;)

Very convenient and safe location. 15 min from the airport and close to main hwy outlets to reach other areas of Sardegna. Variety of restaurants, attractions, and shopping options within walking distance. The apartment is spacious, bright, and clean. The hosts have thoughtfully equipped the home with necessities to make your stay amazing. There is air con throughout, or you can open the many windows for a natural breeze. There is a large deck with a big dining table to relax, enjoy some wine or a home cooked meal with views of Castello and the city. We had a wonderful stay - thank you Sylvia and Lucio for your generous hospitality.

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Paesaggio bellissimo e giardino ben curato. Le camere sono molto pulite e profumate, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort ,inoltre è in una posizione strategica che permette di visitare le spiagge più belle a pochi chilometri l'una dall'altra. Valentina è un host molto gentile, ci ha fornito molte informazioni per visitare luoghi d'interesse nei dintorni. Apprezzato molto il self check-in. Grazie Valentina! Assolutamente consigliata.

Emanuele est super sympa et toujours disponible. Nous avons apprécié les vacances. Le logement est super bien. Les commerces sont à proximité directs et le centre est animé. Nous y retournerons.

My second time at Martas place and had a very nice stay this time as well. Last time I spent 5 weeks working from the apartment in low season and now 10 days sept/oct. Perfect place to stay, near everything. Fantastic terrace and view and quick respons from Marta to all our questions. Also love the apartment and neighborhood. We were 3 adults and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Wir waren als Familie mit Großeltern und unserer fast zweijährigen Tochter bei Marwan und die Unterkunft war genau das, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Die Dachterrasse ist super geeignet wenn man mal einen Tag nirgends hin möchte und es sich trotzdem nach Urlaub anfühlen soll und auch sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Marwan war freundlich, hilfsbereit, flexibel und gut erreichbar. Große Empfehlung von uns und danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Wir wurden herzlich von Monica in Empfang genommen und sie hat uns auch alles wichtige gezeigt zur Wohnung. Vom Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und generell liegt sie sehr gut um Restaurants oder sonstiges zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung jedem weiter empfehlen, da sie zudem sauber als auch gemütlich war. Wenn

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Marina und ihr Mann sind unglaublich nett und gastfreundlich – wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment war super sauber, ordentlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer – einfach unbezahlbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht (einschließlich Öl, Essig, Salz Pfeffer, Lappen, Spülmittel usw.)! Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.
