Lad’s place was indeed awesome. We really had a comfortable time at his unit. Not to mention it’s really exclusive and you will surely feel safe whatever time of the day. I also would like to mention his assistant and caretaker Ms. Josie who extended her help to assist us on our luggages and recommended a ride going back and forth to the mall. Thank you for the assistance and hospitality from the very start. It was at par best 🙏🏼

John was very responsive, and Risse was able to cater all our requests - even our early check out. Unit was close to gym & pool which was a plus plus! Our mom didn’t have hard time accessing parking space to the unit as it was literally right infront of the bldg. Great stay! Good find!

Amazing condo in Puerto Princesa! Just 10 minute drive away from the Bay walk / sea front! Place was spotless and really comfortable. Staff on site were really attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing TV with Netflix/ Amazon prime which was lovely to have in the evenings! Loved our stay here and would really recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Puerto Princesa! Thanks so much Jimmy 😍

It was clear that they treated our home with care and consideration, which made the experience even more enjoyable for us as hosts. Additionally, they were friendly and respectful, and we had a great time chatting and exchanging ideas. We would not hesitate to host again and highly recommend them to any future hosts. Great place! Very quiet, well laid out as in the photos. Two air conditioners is extra helpful. The bed and bedding comfortable and top quality. Lots of good amenities. Beautiful quiet balconcy veiw with bright sunrise and view of the ocean over jungle trees. Staff on site helpful with sorting me out and arranging rental of motorbike and airport transport. It's a remote quiet location so good to have your own wheels to get to the main town and Honda Bay. Overall a clean and relaxing space. Recommended

Great stay very clean and just what we needed stayed a month. The WiFi went out fir 10 minuets on day but other than that was good pool was nice and they have great Landry service if you need it Corner store has more necessaries fur a quick grab Cabs and trikes are always nearby for you guard gate is always manned and very friendly Highly recommended

Malou was very friendly, proactive, and responsive. This was a great stay and the price was very reasonable compared to a lot of other hotel options. Malou and her staff were very helpful and friendly, and the communication was great from start to finish. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area.
