Condo vacation rentals in Puerto Princesa City

Ja’s place is a relief! Just the place we wanted to be after the experience with a local hotel. We would surely book again when we visit this town again.

I spent 1 month in Malou’s accommodation and everything went well. The accommodation is very clean, consistent with the pictures and description. I highly recommend this place :)

Malou was very friendly, proactive, and responsive. This was a great stay and the price was very reasonable compared to a lot of other hotel options. Malou and her staff were very helpful and friendly, and the communication was great from start to finish. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area.

Malou is a great Host and Abe the manager is really helpful and made us feel welcome. The unit is very comfy and has everything you need. This was our second stay here. Just be aware this is not right in Puerto Princessa you will need a tricycle or taxi to take you places. Unless you hire a motor bike. There are Sari Sari stores within walking distance. Security is very helpful. We also ordered from Food Panda and delivery was seamless.

I had a great stay at Malou's condo. it was super clean and had great air-conditioning. the place had a great pool and gym for a workout and is super peaceful. the town with so restaurants and bars is only a short trip away and everyone was super helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend and stay again myself. thank you❤️

Great place! Very quiet, well laid out as in the photos. Two air conditioners is extra helpful. The bed and bedding comfortable and top quality. Lots of good amenities. Beautiful quiet balconcy veiw with bright sunrise and view of the ocean over jungle trees. Staff on site helpful with sorting me out and arranging rental of motorbike and airport transport. It's a remote quiet location so good to have your own wheels to get to the main town and Honda Bay. Overall a clean and relaxing space. Recommended

Great stay very clean and just what we needed stayed a month. The WiFi went out fir 10 minuets on day but other than that was good pool was nice and they have great Landry service if you need it Corner store has more necessaries fur a quick grab Cabs and trikes are always nearby for you guard gate is always manned and very friendly Highly recommended

Excellent place to stay with!

Staying at this Airbnb condo unit was a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Surrounded by nature, the peaceful ambiance allowed us for a truly relaxing experience. The condo was clean and well-organized, providing all the comforts of home. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.

The apartment was nice. I liked that there was a swimming pool, gym room, laundry service and scooter rental.

It was a great experience to have stayed at Malou's place. WE are definitely going to book for our next vaca. The place was so clean, so cute, and we had everything we needed. It is also gated and highly guarded so it's a very safe place to be at. It's easy to connect with the host (Malou), she's been so friendly!! and assisted us on a timely manner. A place worth staying!! Thank you!

Nice apartment with lovely furnishings. All looked very new.

Flexibility - we needed to change our dates and Malou accommodated us. She called and spoke to us personally to assure all was ok with the accommodation and new dates. Friends who were already there picked us up from airport and check in at the security gate was easy. The unit was ready, had what we needed for a 2-week stay. We did provide a French press for the coffee though as was our preference. The unit was cozy and fine for two adults. A/C was working well. Balcony was well-used by us... a place to dry towels and a small table and chair set facing a quiet street. The pool was clean and refreshing but could use some lounge chairs around it. The pavillion next to the pool did have chairs. We felt safe there with the guard gate. The building itself felt like an oasis in the city. They had cars, motorbikes and bicycles to rent, as well as a very expedicious laundry service in-house that was inexpensive. Short walk to Suri Suri shops. Recommended if staying in P.P.

What a great place and very welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Everything is new and the kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed preparing meals, cooking and dining in the charming dining area. Very comfortable bed and high quality linens. We also enjoyed the gym and pool for free! Thank you Malou and Emma.
