great location, only 3-5min by foot from the beach and only 5-10min by foot to the Main street with all the Restaurant and Shops. the mother of the host welcomed us very friendly. conversation with her was mostly a mixture of Signlanguage and the view Italian words I knew or looked up but she was very friendly! one single room with double bed and kitchen and a bathroom, but it was just fine for the two of us (for 3 people there is a spare bed in the closet but than there wont be a lot space left i guess xD) but perfect for 2! I loved the big balcony, perfect for having breakfast outside or enjoying the evening :) would definitely come back!!

10 éve járunk vissza Grado-ba, ez a szállás felülmúlta várakozásainkat. Egy társasház 3. emeletén van a szállás, közvetlenül a kedvenc éttermünkkel (Il Panino) szemben, a belvárosban. Marina nagyon rövid időn belül válaszolt, a szállás elfoglalása gördülékenyen ment. A lakás nagyon tiszta, és mindennel fel van szerelve, ami a kikapcsolódáshoz kell. A parkolás nehézkes, de ez Grado jellemzője. Mindenképp visszatérő vendégek leszünk, ajánljuk Marina&Dario lakását.

We (2 adults) traveled with 2 toddlers, and the place was perfect for us. Everything (ice cream places, restaurants, beach, playgrounds, grocery stores) are within a few minutes walking, and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione fornita, pulito, ottimamente arredato e fornito di suppellettili. Vicino al centro ma in zona tranquilla e comoda ad ogni servizio. L'host ha inoltre fornito frigo e dispensa di una ricca e varia scelta di alimenti per la prima colazione. Assolutamente consigliato.

Все было супер! Если бы можно было поставить 10 звёздочек, вместо 5, я бы поставила. Квартира очень уютная, чистая, расположение отличное, до пляжа 15 минут пешком, но мы воспринимали это как приятную прогулку. Рядом рестораны, пиццерии, супермаркеты. Очень удобно,что можно заселиться в любое время. Андреа прислал четкие инструкции, по которым очень легко разобраться. Андреа очень отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the old town (10-15min). i stayed with my mom, and it was perfect for us. The apartment has one parking space, which was important for me because Grado is famous for crowded parking spaces :). Overall, ou stay was great!

Wat een verrassing, het huis van Flavio. Zo heerlijk ingericht, alles wat je nodig hebt is er aanwezig. Precies wat je verwacht als je voor dit huis kiest. Heerlijke rust in de omgeving, een fijn buiten bij het huis met een stromend beekje in de achtertuin. j Je hebt hier veel privacy. Hier kom je helemaal tot rust. In het huis en de omgeving heb je geen internet. Hier kun je je aan storen, maar het is ook fijn om eens niet gestoord te worden. In het huis ligt een telefoon die je in geval van nood kunt gebruiken. Flavio staat ten alle tijden klaar als je vragen hebt, het is nooit teveel. Wij hopen hier nog eens terug te komen. Beviel ons erg goed om eens te onthaasten. Als je een natuurmens bent is deze plek een absolute aanrader.

La casa di Paola è un alloggio molto carino e ben tenuto in una piccola borgata di montagna friulana. Perfetto per due persone che cercano relax e a pochi minuti dai borghi storici di quest'area del FVG, è un'ottima base d'appoggio. L'immobile risulta completo di ogni comfort, il self check-in è intuitivo e si può parcheggiare l'auto proprio davanti l'entrata di casa. Consigliato!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Francesca war super. Wir konnten sogar eher einchecken, was mit Kind perfekt war. Francesca ist sehr aufmerksam . Wir hatten Obst und Prosecco im Kühlschrank. Die beste Eisdiele von Lignano war in 1 min. zu erreichen. Zum Strand war der Weg sehr angenehm schattig. Das Haus liegt versteckt und es ist angenehm ruhig. Perfekt zum entspannen. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so konnten wir immer draußen sitzen. Angenehm war auch der Parkplatz im Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

House is very nice bigger than expected. Area is not in the center so it is quite. Equipped with everything we needed. Communication with owner very quick. Dogfriendly place! House was later ready than check in time

Il nostro soggiorno nella casa di famiglia di Lorenzo a Rivo, in Carnia, è stato davvero speciale. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata, pulita e accogliente. Ogni dettaglio riflette il calore di una casa vissuta e amata. Il giardino è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo le splendide escursioni nei dintorni, con la piacevole scoperta di un cespuglio di more pronte da raccogliere. Lorenzo è un host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attento, che ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa, molto discreto. Lo ringraziamo di cuore per aver condiviso con noi un luogo così speciale. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per rivivere la tranquillità e la bellezza di questo angolo di paradiso. Consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una pausa immersa nella natura e nella serenità.

Franca est une hôte discrète mais bien présente en cas de besoin, avec qui on peut discuter et c'est bien agréable. La maison est très bien tenue et dans un environnement très calme (sauf quand Sissi, la gentille chienne de Franca, vient nous faire la fête au retour de nos visites!)

The house was clean and we got what we could see in the pictures; it was comfortable for 6 adults and 5 children. The beach is close, but own parasol cannot be used; you need to rent in case you need shadow. Alternatively, you can find open beach in the city, but that is not within walking distance unfortunately. Teresa is helpful, but she is not English speaker. Fortunately, one of our friends knew both Italian and German, otherwise communication would have been a bit difficult. Overall, we had a great time, I can recommend the accommodation to others.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nel appartamento di Saverio. L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla, non molto distante dal mare (15 minuti a passo lento). A nostra disposizione c'era un posto auto recintato, le 3 piscine ( una per bimbi), il parco giochi sempre all'ombra e le biciclette. A distanza di 150 metri si trova un supermercato dove sì può fare la spesa. Sul ampio balcone si trovano uno sbraio e il tavolo dove si può cenare al fresco. Consigliatissimo!

siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della casa e dell'accoglienza di Marcela. la casa era molto spaziosa e ci siamo goduti a che lo spazio esterno. il parcheggio privato era molto comodo. la posizione è interessante in quanto a distanza di 20-30 minuti di macchina si possono visitare vari posti turistici. ci siamo trovati molto bene. grazie

Appartamento pulito, funzionale e confortevole per 4 persone. Alain è un host molto gentile e proattivo. Ottima esperienza con i bambini. Purtroppo causa maltempo non abbiamo potuto usare la piscina.
