Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Province of Udine

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

We (2 adults) traveled with 2 toddlers, and the place was perfect for us. Everything (ice cream places, restaurants, beach, playgrounds, grocery stores) are within a few minutes walking, and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

My friends and I stayed at Umberto's place. We had a great time, the house, very tidy is on two floors. Impeccable cleanliness, we immediately felt at home. Self check-in, which took place late in the evening, was very easy thanks to the Host's clear directions. Umberto is an exceptional landlord, very kind, even when we had a small inconvenience with the house keys,immediately resolved thanks to his responsiveness. The free parking under the house is very convenient...the area is very quiet 10 minutes walk from the center of Udine... Highly recommended...

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the old town (10-15min). i stayed with my mom, and it was perfect for us. The apartment has one parking space, which was important for me because Grado is famous for crowded parking spaces :). Overall, ou stay was great!

What a surprise, Flavio's house. So wonderfully furnished, everything you need is there. Exactly what you expect from choosing this house. Wonderful tranquility in the area, a nice outside by the house with a flowing stream in the backyard. j You have lots of privacy here. Here you will relax completely. In the house and the area you have no internet. This can bother you, but it's also nice not to be disturbed. In the house there is a phone that you can use in case of emergency. Flavio is always ready if you have any questions, it is never too much. We hope to come back here again. Loved us very well to relax. If you are a nature person, this place is absolutely recommended.

Paola's house is a very nice and well-kept accommodation in a small Friulian mountain village. Perfect for two people looking for relaxation and just minutes from the historic villages of this area of FVG, it is an excellent base. The property is complete with every comfort, self check-in is intuitive and you can park your car right in front of the house entrance. Recommended!

Our stay in Lorenzo's family home in Rivo, Carnia, was really special. The house is perfectly equipped, clean and cozy. Every detail reflects the warmth of a lived-in and beloved house. The garden is a perfect place to relax after the beautiful hikes nearby, with the pleasant discovery of a blackberry bush ready to pick up. Lorenzo is an exceptional host, always available and attentive, who really made us feel at home, very discreet. Thank you so much for sharing such a special place with us. We look forward to coming back to relive the tranquility and beauty of this slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to those looking for a break surrounded by nature and serenity.

Beautiful place in a small town, location was perfect for us. right between family and the coffee bar.

The house was clean and we got what we could see in the pictures; it was comfortable for 6 adults and 5 children. The beach is close, but own parasol cannot be used; you need to rent in case you need shadow. Alternatively, you can find open beach in the city, but that is not within walking distance unfortunately. Teresa is helpful, but she is not English speaker. Fortunately, one of our friends knew both Italian and German, otherwise communication would have been a bit difficult. Overall, we had a great time, I can recommend the accommodation to others.

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. His house and the fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well-kept interiors, comfortable, cozy and clean beds. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a flaw, I could mention the extractor hood and its light that did not work and was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. We had a great week in Saverio's apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet, not far from the sea (15 minutes at a slow pace). At our disposal there was a fenced parking space, the 3 pools (one for children), the playground always in the shade and the bicycles. At a distance of 150 meters there is a supermarket where you can shop. On the large balcony there is a February and the table where you can dine in the cool. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time here! The flat is very practical, clean and we had everything we need. Plus, the view is just stunning 🤩

Good place, very nice landlords. The surroundings are very nice and the children particularly liked the "game room" with pool table, dart board, etc.
