Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Teramo

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Lorenzo was a very kind and helpful host, he welcomed us and showed us some places to visit and restaurants. The place is very clean, super quiet location and no neighbors. We spent 4 days with our dog who could easily stay in the garden (private and closed) and visited many places nearby. The only "negative" aspects of the accommodation were the lack of mosquito nets in the bedrooms, which means that in summer, leaving the windows open (you were feeling great!) some insects entered, and the distance from the town center: if you want to take a tour of the village in the evening the road to get there is uphill and quite long. Thelatter aspect did not weigh us because in the evening, after long walks, we always went to bed after dinner. We didn't use the bbq. In short: a more than positive experience and highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days in total relaxation to visit Abruzzo, away from the confusion.

Beautiful apartment, clean and well-equipped with everything. The breathtaking view of the valley and the silence are priceless! It's a newly renovated country house with a kitchen in the dining room with a working fireplace and TV. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + one for studio use and the other with a double sofa bed and TV. There's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The kitchen is new, complete with new and good quality pots, plates, glasses, pans, etc. Moreno is a perfect host. It exceeded all the best expectations. Highly recommended!

Alessandra immediately proved to be an attentive and responsive host: communication with her was always fast, clear and effective. Thanks to the precise directions you provided, we reached the house without any problems. The space available perfectly reflects the photos and expectations: tidy, clean and welcoming interiors. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the exterior, with stunning views of the Pescara hills and the sea. The garden is well-kept and well-equipped, with a swimming pool, barbecue and even a wood-burning oven, ideal for fully enjoying your stay. The helpfulness and kindness of the hosts represent an added value that makes this place even more special. An experience we highly recommend!

We had wonderful and relaxing days in Scerne. Scerne itself is a peaceful little resort without hustle and noise. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, ice cream parlor, and these typical Italian bars. Everything on walking distance Beach is a 2-minute walk to a small field via a small field. It is a pebble beach and because we have already read that in the reviews we had such thin sleeping mats and bathing shoes for the children. Always fresh, pleasant wind! The beach is therefore really very nice and not overcrowded in August. The water was very clean and has a beautiful light blue color. There is also a wide meadow strip with palm trees if you want to lie in the shade. Beach bar is also provided. Directly on the coast is a nice bike path and if you want you to go to Roseto ( there are also sandy beaches )or Pineto and there is really something going on, especially in the evening! Marino lends bikes and we used them often. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and music. People are very friendly in general and English is spoken almost everywhere. We had chosen Abruzzo as a holiday destination also because of the unique mountains and it is really breathtaking! A hiking day up there is a worthwhile ( sturdy shoes required! ) It would be a shame to only reduce this area to the beautiful sea! Here are some words about the place: I am very happy to join the other reviews. The family is very, very hospitable and strives to allow the vacationers a nice time. Everything is very lovingly prepared upon arrival! From dishwasher tablets, detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and wine is somehow available! The fridge is filled with water and milk and special highlight: fresh vegetables from their own garden! The family lives upstairs in the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small separate terrace. Everything very clean and maintained! The contact is very unobtrusive and pleasant! The little cute Opi brought us fresh fruit and vegetables every day. There are two curious dogs in the family who are really sweet and like to be petted. Everything was perfect for us! If we can still afford a vacation next year, with all the increased prices in Germany we🤣🤣🤣🤣'd love to come back.

of the accommodation you can easily reach the center even on foot while remaining in a quiet area. The place is clean, well furnished. space with a garden fenced for the dog. we had a very good time.

We stayed for a couple of weeks with a 4 year old boy. Impeccable apartment, double bedroom, equipped living room and kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, large and very comfortable shower, parking at the entrance of the Villa really comfortable. Mila is an excellent host, kind and courteous and always available for any need and at any time! The house's location is optimal especially for those like us, traveling with a child, looking for comfort. Nearby shopping center, mini market, bar and beach really 500 meters away (both equipped and not). Great experience, we will definitely consider it for the next vacation. Nicola is a really kind and helpful person. The house is perfect, functional and welcoming, ideal for families, groups of friends like us, for those looking for tranquility, clean air, excellent restaurants a few kilometers away and outdoor experiences. All surrounded by a breathtaking view of the Gran Sasso massif. I hope to return soon.

We stayed there the last two weeks of July. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos: very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the outdoor spaces of both the apartment and the common areas (large garden, playground, barbecue). The owners, who reside on site, are extremely courteous and helpful. The beach, both private and public, is just a two-minute drive away, the village is ideal for families and has everything (supermarkets, shops, clubs, etc.). Very nice seafront and the adjacent bike path surrounded by greenery. We had a great time, great choice!

Apartment is furnished in a very functional way, clean and equipped with everything you need and even things we didn't expect, we felt right at home. Then the effort made to anticipate check-in hours to avoid being out around during the hottest hours, given the critical temperatures. We just have to thank you for your great availability and kindness. Nice to have a garage for the car. Supermarket and beach within walking distance. The only problem is the location near the railway, we have struggled to get used to the vibrations that were felt at the passage of trains.

Sandro was a true legend. Very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay, very peaceful and lovely to have a pool right at hand. You’ll need a car to get around in the area, but if you do it’s perfect to get both the beach and a relaxing location. Can recommend!

Beautiful place in nature and in full relaxation if you want to unplug a few days. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay both romantic and with friends. Francesco is a great landlord who welcomed us with a nice aperitif and was available to all our requests. There are various trails and paths for nice excursions nearby. Absolutely positive experience!

Our host was kind and patient as we arrived later than expected. The space was clean and muffins were provided for breakfast. We appreciated our stay.
