Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Teramo

Great location near the sea and at the same time in typical villages and mountains. Nearby supermarkets, bakeries, and bakeries, with the possibility of walking the shops. The kitchen of the accommodation is fully stocked, we were offered what we needed for breakfast. You slept very well even without air conditioning and with hot daytime temperatures. Maria was very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend staying at this property to everyone.

this is one of the best place we ever stayed. the view from the terrace (to share with the house owner is stunning) and the room really cosy. Paolo's B&B is located in Spoltore , a very nice village, when you arrive at the top of the village there is an incredible view of Gran Sasso and the sea. The B&B is as described , very welcoming , being a basement is not very bright but for a short stay like mine is fine. Paolo and his dad are very polite and helpful. What can I say, I would definitely go back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Penne. It was a great location for visiting Penne and many of the surrounding mountain towns. Definitely would recommend having a car to explore. 20 min walk to historic Penne w/ large local market on Saturday morning. Fantastic views from the balcony. We stayed 10 days and felt very comfortable. Marta helped us with any questions and gave great recommendations. Would recommend to other travelers.

Wonderful accommodation... Really dreamy, it exceeded all expectations. It's not at all like the photos, it's even better than it looks. Marco and Teresa are wonderful. Kind and helpful. Positive experience. We arrived 8:30 and the house was already available, clean and tidy. Maria welcomed us by providing us with all the necessary information, with calm and courtesy. The photos were true to reality and the house, despite the furniture being a little dated, was tidy and absolutely nothing was missing, but nothing at all. A serene and pleasant vacation, great location and plenty of space at your disposal. Honest price for the services offered. Highly recommended!!!

Great beachfront location for a relaxing holiday! It was nice to spend a week in this location :many of the events offered in the evening even in the adjacent cities. Margherita was always very punctual and attentive to our requests, the house was just as we expected! Beautiful and fresh terrace where we have often eaten. Highly recommended for everyone, but especially families, for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, for those who want to rest in the shade of a pine forest and for those who want to spend quiet summer evenings with village parties!

You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The location is superb - extremely close to the centre - just a short stroll. The breakfast was wonderful. The views magnificent. The rooms tastefully decorated. Parking not a problem (past Porta Romana is free and just a short walk). Dagmara and Marilena very friendly and helpful. We had both rooms and will recommend to friends for future visits to Ascoli Piceno.

Both the hostess Maria Pia and her daughter were very kind and helpful. We were met at the street door and showed and explained details of the apartment. The apartment was was luminous, beautifully furnished and decorated, we had even fresh flowers. The apartment was spacious, perfectly situated and the view to the piazza was most wonderful with people sitting in cafes and children playing. The piazza itself is one of the most beautiful in Italy. Maria Pia was very friendly and hospitable and indeed had prepared for us everything we needed for a sweet breakfast.

The apartment was located close to the sea and grocery shopping. Lots of walking and bike trails. Martinas dad picked us up from the bus station - easy bus ride from Rome. Lovely.

This is a lovely place to stay when visiting Atri. Close to the square. Cozy and comfortable with a delicious array of breakfast fruits and sweets. Nice setting in the yard.

The apartment matches the photos and description, everything is very clean. The bathroom is particularly appreciated, with a large shower and kitchen,with quality appliances. Very nice floors,in porcelain stoneware with an imitation wooden texture,very functional. Upon our arrival, we found jams and yogurt for breakfast for a few days. The apartment, being attic, is not very high. On the other hand, the roof is well insulated and the rooms were kept cool despite the high temperatures of those days. The apartment is in Giulianova Alta,which ensures considerable tranquility, especially at night compared to Giulianova Lido, which can also be reached for lovers of the sea,in a few minutes by car. Parking has always been easy,always in the small square below the house except on Saturdays, market day. The only thing I can do is the width of the bed. The host Vilma is always kind and helpful,full of tips.

What a fantastic experience! Dianne is a super cozy and incredibly friendly woman who makes you feel at home right away. Her cottage is really a gem – cozy, cozy and located in a top location. You immediately feel the love in the house, not only from Dianne herself, but also from her three great dogs. Together they have 11 paws, which makes the house even more special and heartwarming. A unique and loving place where you are guaranteed to leave with a smile. Recommended!

Staying at Elisabetta’s place in Ascoli Piceno was an absolute pleasure for my family and I. Not only was the breakfast great, the room clean, and the host very accommodating, but the surrounding area is beautiful and filled with lots to do. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views from both the rooftop and our own bedroom windows. Mountains, vineyards etc for as far as the eye could see. Rooms beautiful and everything in perfect condition. Hosts very friendly and set us a breakfast table (delicious food) in their beautiful garden. Highly recommended

I was a little confused at first because I didn't know what to expect. A little by little I was able to breathe and respect all the beauty of an ancient villa with its high ceilings and frescoes on the walls. The very clean room and attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. The explanations for check-in are very detailed, the place is always warm. The perfect breakfast with the delicious fresh eggs from the chicken coop. In short, I can only speak well and surely if I go back to those parts this will be my place again. Thank you very much
