Fabrizio and Jessica's place is conveniently located in the pretty historic center of La Maddalena. Breakfast is rich is great! Thank you again for all the valuable tips from Fabrizio that allowed us to organize our schedule and best visit the archipelago. I recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment is very large, ideal for 4 people. Well furnished and spacious, with the possibility of parking inside the property (at an additional cost). Francesco is a very caring and helpful host, he gave us many tips to make the most of the days spent in Alghero and helped us solve a problem situation for us. On foot you can reach everything, under the apartment there is a very good restaurant. We'll be back gladly

Pleasant residence and staff, direct beach access. Beach a little small and therefore with many people… A shuttle bus allows you to move around Porto-Rotondo.

We SO enjoyed our stay! The waves were a peaceful sound as we sat outside on the deck. The entire apartment was as described, modern and had everything we needed. The drive to town was short, and it made for a lovely leisurely walk along the water too. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you 🤍

If you get a chance- stay here in Alghero! As beautiful as the photos and a nice walk into the old town along the water-we did this every evening as the sun set. All the things you need in a brand new apartment. Excellent view and patio!

the apartment was indeed fantastic! Really great and tastefully furnished and with a very spacious layout. We enjoyed the really spectacular view of the sea on the very wind-protected balcony! It was also great that we were able to move into the apartment earlier! The only tip for future guests would be to bring your own hair dryer, as the existing one is not really good... We thank Valentina and Damiano for a great week!

We enjoyed four very relaxing nights in this lovely apartment at the southern end of Alghero, but an easy walk into town (20 mins). Very nicely appointed with excellent kitchen units and comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms etc. The terrace is lovely and the views out to sea (and the sunsets) were beautiful. Car parking in the basement and lift access to the flat were welcome and it was all very straightforward. Only slight issue in my mind is that it perhaps need a second comfortable chair or sofa as if 4 people were to stay together there would be limited opportunities to sit together inside. There is plenty of space for that!
