We had a wonderful stay, the house is located in a very nice neighborhood and also very child-friendly. Everything was very clean, the beautiful view, the fenced garden, the short path to the beach (about 5 minutes) and the private car parking space behind a locked gate were very nice. We enjoyed the peace and the sunrises the most, which will always be remembered. We would come back. The host Alessio was also always accommodating and always responded very quickly to our questions. Cozy stay with beautiful location. We had a 6-person house that was very spacious. The pool was lovely and neatly clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Worth repeating!

New and very clean apartment. Cute town but still poorly equipped for tourists. Very nice beaches 45 minutes/1h.

The apartment was very functional and well-equipped. The terrace is always cool and provides a shaded space in case of hot weather. We didn't have to turn on the air conditioning, just the fan was enough. The apartment is not new but is in very good condition: clean and tidy. Host hospitality was friendly. We were greeted with fresh water bottles and small juices for the children by the owners. Budoni is a lively town with some evening activities for families, very nice. It is not especially quiet in the evening, it is a lively and noisy town at night, we could hear the music until late but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The apartment is 2-3min walk to a nice beach, clean and family-friendly, this one is not too crowded and is therefore easy to get there and spend the day. We had a pleasant stay with the family. Thank you!

Fantastic property set in a stunning location. Spacious rooms and had all of the needed amenities. Incredible views from the outside patio and very tranquil.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The view is beautiful, much better than the pictures. Our kids played a lot on the grounds and discovered a lot. Maria Luisa was great to reach and always provided us with good tips. There are many great beaches in the area. We would come back. Thanks

Beautiful peaceful place with kind host.

we spent 5 nights here at the beginning of October. the apartment was very clean and well furnished (kitchen, beds, etc). Only the chairs at the dining table are a little deep - especially for children. Everything else is fine. The surroundings are fantastic: a beautiful garden with covered seating, a few meters above a great sandy beach. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

I had one of the nicest weeks of my life in this gorgeous accommodation during February. The surrounding nature is astonishing and easily accessible within a few minutes by car. The accommodation had a nice garden and was super clean. Roberto and his family were very proactive and friendly in their communication, which gave me comfort as a solo traveller. Definitely recommendable , thank you for everything.

Very nice stay. Frederica and her parents very available and discreet. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes drive. Downtown within a 5-minute walk, all shops. Clean and functional accommodation. Flower garden and terrace where we had a few meals and where we drank a local specialty, the Mirto, delicious after a homemade coffee offered by our guests. Very nice!

Mirko's place has an excellent view. Parking was also easy and convenient. Mirko was so kind and easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend staying at Mirko's place.

We spent two nights at this place. We especially liked that a lot is within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately it was rainy so we were never in the lounge or in the garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen we found almost everything, with olive oil, Nicola helped us😊. Thank you

We stayed the last week of August and the first week of September 2024. The location is really convenient, a 5-minute walk to the beach. We found a very clean, cozy apartment and above all equipped with everything. The garden is simply wonderful with an amazing view to enjoy breakfast and evening aperitifs. The owner is very kind and always available. We highly recommend it!

Franco is a great representation of Sardinian hospitality. I arrived very late but Franco was consistently communicating which made me feel very safe . I am solo traveler so safety is the first thing I look . The location was amazing I was able to walk around the city at late night. Franco also made my life easier by letting me rent his bike for the days I was there. Juts to mention there is free car parking right next to the place The casita is very clean and beautiful one of my favorite air b and b buildings!
