Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

O apto e uma graça com todo o conforto. As dicas de restaurantes e locais que encontramos no apartamento foram nota 10. Ficamos em Faenza pela facilidade de transporte de trem a Bologna, Rimini, San Marino, Forli, Imola, etc.. Faenza é muito tranquila e oferece uma gastronomia maravilhosa... Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo anfitrião... agradecer.. Indico e voltaria novamente.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Pulito, nuovo e comodo grazie anche alla presenza dell’ascensore.

l'appartamento era molto pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, in una zona con parcheggi vicini e ristoranti/bar. Laura ci ha accolto con gentilezza, dandoci tutte le info necessarie. Assolutamente consigliato

Deze lokatie lag zeer dicht bij de plaats waar onze jongste dochter tijdelijk studeert. Wij hebben dan ook zeer veel tijd samen kunnen doorbrengen tijdens die week herfstvakantie. Ideale lokatie om Forli en omgeving te verkennen. Mooi terras om 's morgens te ontwaken en te ontbijten in het ochtend zonnetje. Wij konden voor alle vragen en problemen terecht bij onze contactpersoon Salvatore die samen met zijn echtgenote zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam waren voor het overhandigen van de sleutels en voor het uitchecken. Zij hebben zelfs verdere hulp aangeboden aan onze dochter voor de verdere tijd van haar studies en indien dit nodig moest blijken. De communicatie met zowel Matteo als met Salvatore verliep zeer vlot en zonder enig probleem. Met andere woorden: een zeer fijne ervaring en zeer vriendelijke gastheren om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Nogmaals bedankt Matteo, Salvatore en echtgenote en wij weten waar we terecht kunnen als we nog eens terugkeren naar Forli !!!

La casa è perfetta anche per un soggiorno prolungato (ha lavastoviglie, lavatrice e ed asciugatrice, termosifone in bagno e condizionatori Purtroppo manca totalmente la presenza fisica degli host prima, durante e dopo Per fortuna anche da “remoto” ci è stata fornita una adeguata assistenza

Sono stata davvero benissimo, l'alloggio aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno ed era molto pulito. Anche la zona era tranquilla, non si sentivano quasi mai rumori all'esterno. Inoltre Christian è stato un host gentilissimo che ha risposto prontamente a ogni mia domanda; insomma, è stato un pernottamento del tutto eccezionale!

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung perfekt für 4 Personen. Alles zufuß erreichbar auch die rennstrecke problemlos zu erreichen.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Amazing hospitality! The hosts, Cinzia and Marco, are absolutely the best Airbnb hosts that we have experienced in all of our years of using this platform for booking our travels! The house is very comfortable and met our needs perfectly - but it was the hosts’ attention to the details and making sure that we had everything that we needed that made our stay outstanding. The house is located in a beautiful area of countryside in a small village, making it a very quiet and secure location when traveling with a car. We stayed for 3 nights, allowing us to explore Ravenna and its amazing Byzantine mosaics, as well as the small republic of San Marino (one more country for our list!) Thanks to Marco and Cinzia, who helped us book the experience, we also got to enjoy the thermal baths in the charming small town of Castrocaro Terme. We felt very well taken care of during our stay: from making sure that the heat was turned on for us during a cold night, to spoiling us at breakfast -Grazie mille!

We had a fantastic stay at Roberto's! The welcome from Serena was so warm and friendly, it really made us feel at home right away. The apartment was lovely, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect for us, being so close to the racetrack – it made getting there super easy. Serena was also incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the delicious pizza place she suggested! It was great having the option to cook at the apartment on another night too. Overall, we had a brilliant time, and Serena's positive and welcoming attitude really added to our experience. We left with great vibes and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable stay with a friendly host in a convenient location

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

We can’t say enough about the great location and beautiful home. There were 8 of us , 4 couples and we all had plenty of room. Great kitchen, lots of towels ,comfortable beds. This place is in a perfect location, quiet at night , walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores,shopping etc. Very happy , we highly recommend this Airbnb.

Genügend Platz für 3 Leute. Gut war, dass es zwei Schlafzimmer gab. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Die Lage war perfekt, um viele Städte und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Schöne Spazierwege direkt ab dem Haus, z.B. durch den Wald zum Strand laufen. Die Gastgeberin hat sehr schnell bei Fragen reagiert, auch spät abends, als wir ankamen. Sehr nette Geste zum Check-in, es gab Wasser, Wein, Kekse, Kaffee, Saft. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Ein großes Plus ist auch der Geschirrspüler. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch den Trockner, den es zur Waschmaschine gibt. Das hatten wir bisher noch in keiner Wohnung- den Trockner haben wir sehr geschätzt, da es draußen leider eher kalt war und mehrfach regnete, so dass die Wäsche ohne Trockner nicht trocken geworden wäre. Ein kleines Sofa hätten wir uns noch gewünscht, um etwas bequem Fernsehen schauen zu können. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und fair.

Tolle Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, schöne Balkone, Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, einen Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Ravenna. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Paolo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einen besseren Ort, Ravenna zu entdecken, kann es kaum geben.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Soggiorno perfetto, sono venuto in occasione del Gran Premio di Imola e l’host è stato super disponibile e gentile con noi fin dal primo contatto, sempre pronto a venirci incontro. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, ben curato e conforme alla descrizione. Zona molto tranquilla, se dovessi tornare in questa zona sicuramente contatterei di nuovo Matteo

ich war schon das dritte mal dort und es ist einfach jedes mal wieder unglaublich wie wunderschön diese Unterkunft ist und wie viel spaß es macht dort zu übernachten ich habe es wieder mal sehr genossen und komme sehr sehr gerne wieder
