Lovely apartment with a beautiful terrace, located in the central area of Pinarella di Cervia, in the square below there are several amenities (shops, bars, piadinerias, etc.) unfortunately we caught the karaoke evening in the square, so in the evening there was a bit of confusion, but we still had a great night's sleep. Stefano is very nice and approachable!

Very nice apartment, complete and tidy. Very comfortable and located in a very comfortable area just a stone's throw from the beach.

I was there for work, but in the end, thanks to the high quality of the Portici Garden, I had the opportunity to enjoy my free time. It is very important for me to feel at home even when I am away; the host has allowed me to provide many amenities: microwave, induction plates, waffle machine offered by the house, high quality wi-fi, very comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom with bathrobe available, complimentary coupon to taste ice cream in an ice cream shop near the B%B, state-of-the-art electrical system that can be controlled anywhere in the apartment, lots of information via WA with images on where to park, large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. A truly unique experience that I highly recommend to everyone.

Beautiful air BnB! Spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen area was nice for the group to gather and hang out in! Mini splits (AC) in every room which allowed each couple to control their temperature preference. Modern, very clean, beautiful bathrooms, and overall very, very comfortable. Location wise - the best. Our group stayed here for the Formula One Imola Grand Prix and we kept saying there couldn’t have been a better location if we tried to make one. It was only a five minute walk from the train station, a five minute walk to most restaurants and a ten minute walk to most of the lively piazzas. It was only a 20 minute walk to the race track! It was close and convenient but also far away enough from the crowds and bustle that it was peaceful and quiet. Perfect location! Finally, and the best, was our host! Silvia was responsive and helpful the whole time. She provided recommendations when we asked and responded to any issues very quick!

We had an amazing time staying at Le Peonie!!! The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable. It was in perfect walking distance from the train station (only about ten minutes!!) and the hosts left maps with wonderful local recommendations. They were quick to respond and were incredibly kind. They went out of their way to accommodate us and allow us to store our luggage with them as we got in earlier than check in! We cannot recommend staying with them enough!!! Amazing experience!!

We went to Ravenna, my two daughters and I, already grown up by now, we were afraid of being cramped and instead we had a good time! Very convenient location, a few minutes' walk and we were already in the center. We could park the car in front of the house! Very clean house and equipped with everything. Beatrice was always helpful, kind and attentive and left us, for all three days we were there, a super breakfast with ample choice! We felt right at home.

I had a really great time, the place had everything I needed and was very clean. The area was also quiet, you could hardly ever hear any noise outside. In addition, Christian was a very kind host who responded promptly to all my questions; in short, it was a completely exceptional overnight stay!

Davide's place is very nice and matches the photos and descriptions. It is very generous and spacious as well as tastefully decorated. Parking on the premises is also a plus. The location is perfect, so you can be at the beautiful beach and good restaurants in a few minutes. Ceriva is also very nice. You can visit many interesting cities and Davide is very nice and helpful. We would come back.

The place was perfect for a beach weekend. Everything was clean, parking was easy, easy walk to the beaches. Aircon worked well in the upstairs area! Loved our stay!

very nice and convenient

Podere Mantignano is a stunning little piece of paradise. And that's an understatement. It is by far the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location on top of the hill with it's stunning 360° views is unique. A few steps through the beautiful garden leads you to the infinity pool where you can swim to the edge and take in the views of the surrounding vineyards and apricot tree orchards. The silence and serenity of the place must calm even the most restless souls. The only noises you hear are the birds and the crickets singing their summery songs. The house itself is perfectly renovated, comfortable and has everything you could wish for. It is clear that it is well thought out and a lot of effort and love have been put in to the place. The owners, Monia and Fabio and the other family members are fantastic and make you feel very welcome. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. 6 stars out of 5!!!

Stayed in the apartment with me, my husband and 3 teenagers. The apartment was perfect. Great location, easy walk to Ravenna sites and train station . Good restaurants also within walking distance. Antonio and Monica were so helpful, met us on arrival and had many helpful suggestions Highly recommend

There is no word that better describes this place than AMAZING! Everything you can think of finding in the listing description and photos is even better in person. Monica welcomes you with a smile and a cheerful energy that makes you feel super comfortable. Fábio is always available. The house is beautiful and finely decorated, extremely clean and has everything you need. The view is breathtaking and you can take a pool bath at sunset, a real privilege. Really impeccable, we will be happy to return on other occasions.
