can't get better if you want to stay inside the historic town of imola, the main square is within stone throwing distance. One this I would like to mention, the entrance door is around 3m, so an suv might not enter that easily, but there's a free parking just 400 m away on foot.The host was very helpful to guide us to the parking since we did not want to take the risk to park inside the house

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

The place was error-free. The host gave us lots of helpful recommendations for nearby activities and social and cultural events during our stay. Which we loved to use. The place was stylishly clean and in a completely quiet environment. Recommended.

Fantastic AirBnB, very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all amenities and stuff to make a simple pasta meal. In good weather, you can sit outside on the terrace in the available (sun)chairs. With Isabella's instructions, it was easy to find. It looks like a small castle with beautiful views over the river and mountains. Parking at the door and a small restaurant within walking distance. By car 5 minutes to the village with supermarket and other restaurants, bars and gelateria. However, drive to Firenze (90min), Ravenna (75min), Bologna (60min) and Imola (30min). However, the roads are quiet and beautiful over mountains and passes. The region was new to me, but I'm particularly pleasantly surprised.

The villa is exactly as described in the photos. We immediately felt at home and Mr. Gabriele was kind, friendly, and helpful. The vacation wouldn't have been the same if we didn't stay here! Highly recommended!

This accommodation is a real slice of heaven in the middle of the fields. We were seduced from the driveway leading to the property. And even more by discovering it. The garden is sublime. The outbuilding in which we stayed is very nice, the photos don't do it justice. For the rest: the kitchen is great for cooking and eating on site, the bathroom is just right with the necessary (hair dryer), the bedding is comfortable! There was enough for breakfast, great! The pool was still a little cool at this time, but it's large, it's great for swimming a little or just having fun 😊 We didn't visit the surroundings, but there are a few restaurants and a local shop for shopping. Finally, a few words for our hosts: welcoming, warm, charming, attentive and available if needed. Excellent! If you want a quiet vacation in a beautiful setting, go without hesitation!

The place was very large, clean and was very well equipped! There was no lack of furniture or household appliances. The house was close to the Spar supermarket and also the beach was within walking distance! Matteo is a showcase host who always helped us and was very kind! I would always book the place again!

Grazia helped make our stay enjoyable. The house is located in a quiet area, a few hundred yards from beautiful beach. Shops are nearby. And if you want to go to in the center, Grazia can provide bikes Do not hesitate to ask him for advice on your visits and local specialties. The best part, Grazia speaks French.

Excellent stay, everything clean and tidy, very comfortable bed, very cozy and discreet home environment, beautiful large park nearby, not far from the center, very positive experience.

Susanna is an excellent host. Everything matched the description, and she was always attentive to inquiries and thoughtful in every detail. Their recommendations on where to eat, how to get around the city and what places to visit were very helpful. The location of Susanna's apartment is excellent, very easy to access from public transportation, and very close to downtown. Considering that Imola is a place to visit all year round, but preferably on race weekends, the apartment is also very well located with respect to the circuit. Everything is great... it is highly recommended to be received at Susanna's house. 10/10

Large, comfortable apartment, a little dated in the fixtures. A few small amenities to improve, such as the lack of towels and a colander not suitable for 6 people, but overall very well. TV with decoder and therefore 2 remote controls, convenient indoor parking, air conditioning in the 3 rooms, tennis court and pool. The free beach is not far away. A pleasant vacation, it would be nice to be able to go back.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

The two of us spent a week in Andrea's apartment and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very nice, fully furnished, was super clean and you can also cook very well there. The location is right next to a park, you can sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the birds. The nearest supermarket is within easy walking distance, the nearest bus stop is only a few meters away, from there you can reach the train station in 15 minutes. Andrea was very friendly, always available, he even picked me up from the train station and then showed me everything in the area. I can only recommend the apartment to everyone without reservation.
