La villetta e' esattamente come descritta dalle foto. Ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a casa e il Sig. Gabriele e' stato gentile, cordiale, e disponibile. La vacanza non sarebbe stata la stessa se non avessimo alloggiato qui! Super consigliata!

We had a fantastic stay at Roberto's! The welcome from Serena was so warm and friendly, it really made us feel at home right away. The apartment was lovely, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location was absolutely perfect for us, being so close to the racetrack – it made getting there super easy. Serena was also incredibly helpful with local recommendations. We especially enjoyed the delicious pizza place she suggested! It was great having the option to cook at the apartment on another night too. Overall, we had a brilliant time, and Serena's positive and welcoming attitude really added to our experience. We left with great vibes and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable stay with a friendly host in a convenient location

Appartamento pulitissimo, ordinato e ben organizzato, a pochi minuti dalla stazione di Forlì. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per rilassarsi. Anche dal punto di vista della tecnologia e degli accessori, la casa era ben automatizzata, rendendo tutto molto pratico e moderno. L’host è stato super gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Ottima esperienza, consigliato super consigliato.

Mein Sohn und ich haben uns bei Stefania und Anastasie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kamen von einer Überlandreise und konnten früher einchecken. Auf dem Bett konnten wir uns sehr gut erholen. Stefania machte uns auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Und es war sehr angenehm mit ihr zu sprechen.

Our stay at this beautiful place was truly wonderful. Micaela was always attentive to our needs and responsive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. The location itself is stunning - peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of the welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and serene setting made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Excellent and friendly host, nice and spacey flat in a calm neighbourhood. cafe, small vegetable store and small bakery near. A bit far from the Ironman village, a car needed. But for good night sleep an excellent place! Our host was very helpfull in many ways and we will definitely recommend the place!

Apparemment calme très propre et bien équipé il ne manquait rien avec de petites attentions qui font plaisir et le parking qui est un plus . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Ero già stato in questa struttura in un mio precedente soggiorno a Faenza e di sicuro ci ritornerò! Tutto molto bene, host davvero disponibile

Lucia und Claudia waren äußerst freundlich. Sie haben uns auch Abendessen angeboten, was sehr lecker und viel war. Frühstück war auch toll! Das Haus war sehr schön mit Stil eingerichtet , sauber und groß. Der Außenbereich war wie ein Traum. Die Ausstattung war komplett. Sie haben sogar Baby Lätzchen gehabt. Lucia hat auch ein paar Fotos von unserem Baby gemacht, was wir sehr schätzen. In Kürze: sehr empfehlenswert! Traumhaft!

Abbiamo trascorso degli ottimi giorni nell'appartamento Aveva tutto il necessario ed era ben rifornito l'unico punto un po' a sfavore è riguardo il parcheggio che, seppur presente, è molto gettonato essendo vicino al centro e in alcuni orari può essere difficile trovarlo e un paio di volte ho dovuto mettere l'auto nei parcheggi a pagamento però tenendo conto di questo, è una buonissima posizione per tutto! Ci tornerei comunque Comunicazione attiva e disponibilità

L'alloggio di Giovanna per me é stato una piccola fuga dalla quotidianità, immerso nel verde in una zona tranquilla da cui poter raggiungere poi il mare, la pineta, la Casa delle Farfalle e molto altro! Lei e il suo papà sono stati gentilissimi, ogni volta che scrivevo un messaggio Giovanna era pronta a rispondere! Sapevo che mancava la cucina e quindi non è stato un problema, c'erano una piccola dispensa, una bella camera e un bagno luminoso! Consigliato!

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll – wir kamen für einen Wettkampf nach Rimini und suchten das perfekte Airbnb: sauber, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, damit wir nachts gut entspannen konnten. Und wir haben es wirklich voll getroffen! Das Apartment war blitzsauber, die Betten super bequem, und dank der Rolläden konnte man das Zimmer komplett abdunkeln – für uns Athleten natürlich ideal, um erholsamen Schlaf zu bekommen. Das absolute Highlight war die Dachterrasse: wunderschön, liebevoll mit Pflanzen gestaltet, man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Chicca & Luca waren unglaublich sympathisch, herzlich und man merkt sofort: sie haben das Herz am richtigen Fleck! Ich kann das Apartment und die Gastgeber nur von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder mal zu einem Wettkampf nach Rimini kommen, wissen wir schon, wo wir übernachten werden!

bellissimo agriturismo, stanze rustiche ma moderne. personale disponibile. stupendi i pavoni che girano liberi. peccato non aver potuto usare la piscina per via della stagione!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Fantastisch verblijf. Wat een heerlijke ruimte buiten en binnen. We hebben een mooie dag in Cervia aan het strand gehad en ook een dag bij het zwembad gelegen. Wat een rust! Zo van genoten. Binnen 20 minuten ben je Ravenna waar veel restaurants en barretjes/clubs langs de kustlijn zitten. Daar hebben we heerlijk gegeten. Alles was perfect. Goed bed en douche in ruime kamers. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Erg uitgebreid en lekker! Giovanna is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Reageerde snel op vragen. Echt een aanrader voor als je van rust houdt.

Soggiorno incantevole immerso nel verde, circondati da animali e natura. Gli host sono stati carinissimi e sempre disponibili per due chiacchiere piacevoli. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e sentirsi a casa!

Tutto perfetto, come descritto nell'annuncio. Gabriele è stato molto disponibile durante tutta la durata del soggiorno: dal comunicare come raggiungere il suo alloggio al momento della colazione (ottima anche quella!). Appartamento molto pulito dotato di condizionatore con letto comodissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Alloggio perfetto con molto spazio a disposizione, letto comodo, pulizia eccellente e la dotazione che mette a disposizione la signora Marzia è super completa. C'è tutto per il bagno, per potersi preparare qualcosa di caldo e prodotti per la colazione di qualità. Considerando la posizione tranquilla lontando da rumore a solo 1 km dal centro a piedi e la disponibilità unica di Marzia è una scelta obbligata per soggiornare in zona Cervia. Grazie alla prossima.

Cottage circondato dal verde delle colline. Bel giardino con sdraio e tavolini per godersi del sole e della natura. I proprietari vivono di fianco alla casa ma la posizione garantisce privacy e tranquillità. Entrambi gli host sono stati gentilissimi, cordiali e disponibili. La casa è tecnologica, moderna, super accessoriata, dotata di tutti i comfort per un ottimo soggiorno. Check-in facile, con apertura/chiusura della porta stile hotel con carta elettronica. WiFi veloce. A pochi minuti da Cesena in auto. In definitiva un'esperienza super positiva. Altamente consigliato.
