Beautiful, well-kept accommodation. We felt very comfortable. Antonio was very friendly and helpful. He cleaned the pool every morning. The garden was perfect for our dachshund. We highly recommend this place.

Clean, pleasant and quite adequate accommodation for a group of 7/8 people. However, the balcony on the 1st floor is not very pleasant because of the net from floor to ceiling. Too bad. Lack of cooking equipment. But the owners are very welcoming and customer service oriented. We are delighted with our stay.

We felt very comfortable in Antonio's house. It is very well equipped and both the interiors and the outdoor facilities are very nice. The small roof terrace is wonderful to see the star and on the lower terrace you can eat wonderfully outside and sit almost under palm trees. Antonio is a great host, he brought us fresh vegetables, fruits, wine and honey. Unfortunately, in the high season, quite a lot of cars drive on the road (gravel road), which is a bit annoying and also dust when it's dry. The beach is easily accessible on foot, the small butcher/snack/mini market at the end of the street is very good. For excursions I recommend a car.

Giuseppe was immediately welcoming, he lent himself in recommending restaurants and beaches in the area, very nice, he provided us with a beautiful structure, allowing us to spend a pleasant vacation. Highly recommended villa…

The most beautiful vacation we've ever had! The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts: you don't miss anything. Externally it has a wonderful patio (where we had beautiful breakfasts and dinners) and a beautiful citrus grove with hundreds of oranges. The house is surrounded by trees, fruit plants and oleanders, it is quiet, and in a quiet location in Muravera, but at the same time on foot it is close to all the amenities of the village (supermarkets, shops, bars, etc.). Muravera is located in a great point, being served by high sliding streets: in a short time you can reach the most beautiful beaches of southeast Sardinia (Costa Rei, Murtas, Feraxi, Cala Pira, Santa Giusta), as well as various points of interest located inland. Finally, not obvious, a big thank you to the owners: never intrusive and always ready in case of need! They gave us a thousand tips on how to spend a beautiful vacation. We'll definitely be back.

We had a lovely few days staying at this secluded and characterful house situated on a hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Oliena is walkable from the accommodation and there are some beautiful and challenging walks to do in the area. The Sardinian culture is very much alive here and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine and culture. A very enjoyable few days.

Ivano is a very friendly and accommodating host. He gave us many tips for exploring the area. The accommodation has a beautiful sea view and is close to various, very beautiful beaches. The amenities are very good and we felt very comfortable in Ivanos' house. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

Marco was a great host. He arranged for a very late arrival for us with no problems. When there was an issue with the home that was beyond his control, he quickly offered us alternative accommodation that was exceptional. Wonderful host and would recommend booking any of his accommodations. Santa Maria was a great town with many restaurant options and the local beach was great as well.

Great welcome and location just a few steps from the wonderful bay. Warm and warm welcome snack with local supplies. I'll definitely be back soon!

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. An ideal host and a stunning home with magical views of the ocean and the bucolic Sardinian countryside, only a few blocks away from a private local beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

we were 3 couples and a baby, all the amenities were there. There are 3 apartments at the location that can be locked separately, so plenty of privacy. The beach is very close and the area is fantastic. We had some trouble separating the waste, but that all worked out well. Had a fantastic time

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

Very good place we stayed 11 days the villa was impeccable and the hosts were easy to reach and kind. If you want to visit all of my Sardinia we recommend that you rent a car so that you can get around.

We had a very nice week at Casa da Maurizio! The accommodation is really fantastic and very well maintained. He was always ready to help us with any questions and had great tips for the surrounding area! Communication was always fast and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

The place was beautifully located with an amazing and relaxing view, even with a busy road. Hosts were every friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi is not great and small dogs are a bit aggressive. Overall we would recommend this and come back.

We had a lovely time in Sardinia in Sara's sweet and cozy place. We were 5 adults and the size was completely sufficient for us. However, for more than 5 adults we would not recommend it as it could get too tight in the long run. The house was well decorated, the kitchen fully equipped and it was very clean. The house included a beautiful pool, a practical outdoor shower and a small children's corner that we did not use. In our time there was a cat with 2 kittens on the property which we regularly provided. We'd appreciate it if they could continue to be taken care of. Particularly noteworthy is that we had a very flexible check-in time and were therefore allowed into the house before. Sara was very friendly and always available. We were completely satisfied and would come again!

Paola’s house is very nice and spacious, with everything you need including AC (which was necessary in July/August). The pool is clean and there is a very nice beach just a few minutes walk away. We were two families with small kids and had a great time during our stay and hope to come back soon!
