Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Modena

Unforgettable weekends in the Gnazzano home, we ran through the snow and an enchanting view. The 2 facilities are equipped with every comfort, very clean and warm. Both the manager and the small village were kind and available for any need.

We had a great time staying at Linda's place, this is the second time we've been coming because it's really a piece of paradise . I recommend going right away!

Well, what can I say? It was a perfect stay! Michele is a wonderful, kind, accommodating, and helpful person for any information. He took us on a tour of his beautiful workshop, explaining everything inside in detail. It was far above our expectations, the house was very clean, comfortable and quiet at night. This place is a well hidden gem

First off the pictures don’t do this gem in the hills outside of bologna justice. This is a stunning villa, with every amenity and tons of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. The kitchen also has everyone, and beyond, making it very easy to cook in if you like. Beyond this the location is up in the hills but 20-25 minutes from the center of Bologna. It’s perched atop a hill with stunning views and plenty of walking trails nearby if you want to get lost in the nearby hills. There are also a lot of great restaurants in this area as well within a 5 minute drive. Giuseppe is awesome. His main interest is your well being and he is around for your every need. He even brought us breakfast the first morning. If you want to explore bologna, or the greater region, but be out of the fray this is an absolutely perfect choice. I cannot recommend this place more. We were there with our two kids (5 and 2) and they could not have been happier!

Large accommodation organized on 2 levels , living room and kitchen entrance on the ground floor and bedrooms (4) on the 1st floor and a bathroom laundry room in the basement. Like a house on 3 levels in short. There is also a terrace and garden. Everything is clean. Only drawback, the 3 bathrooms are distributed on each of the levels. The house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Modena. Great value for money.

Oscar was a great host. He replied to all our requests very well. His place is a long drive from the city, but the place and the neighborhood is great and it's well worth the drive.

A beautiful villa, cared for and perfect for a relaxing weekend! The area is really quiet and peaceful, thanks to the favorable climate we also took advantage of the garden loungers and the veranda on the ground floor, a wonder 😍 We also really appreciated the terrace (with coffee table) of the kitchen, overlooking the valley. Impeccable cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen, jacuzzi and sauna are the icing on the cake! Simone was always very quick to answer my questions, and super helpful. It's definitely a villa I would come back to right away if I could, absolutely recommended🥰

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation. we used it as a base for our travels around tuscany. all the main tourist areas are within 90 minutes travel by car. Kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. We enjoyed the jacuzzi most nights on return from our travels.. if you fancy a wild swim there are a couple of good spots nearby.

The surrounding area is very beautiful. Villa is nestled in the beautiful green countryside of Tuscany. It is about 30 km to the highway. That's why it takes time to reach the property accordingly. The property is located between Florence and Pisa. Each takes about 1.5 hours to Pisa or Florence. The villa is very nice and the very large garden (fenced) with many seating options invites you to linger. Pool, hot tub, foosball table (free), table tennis (rackets and balls are provided), barbecue (a large and a small barbecue are available. Tip: Bring barbecue lighter), dart board and other games are available. PS3 also available. Since it was cold during our travel time in the evening, we had to turn on the pellet heating. The host came and showed us this. No extra fee was requested for this (thanks again to the hostess). Ideal for families with children, as the area is cleared and there are many games.
