Fine settimana indimenticabile nelle Gnazzano home, abbiamo travato la neve e un panorama incantevole. Le 2 strutture sono dotate di ogni comfort, pulitissime e calde. Sia il gestore che il piccolo borgo sono stati gentili e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza.

Nous avons passés un super séjour chez Linda , c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons car c’est vraiment un bout de paradis . Je vous recommande d’y aller sans attendre !

Very special, secluded and quiet location in walking distance to the center of Scandiano. Michele is an artist with an eye for details. The house is filled with history and antique furniture, spotlessly clean and very comfortable even with AC in bedroom and living room. Is was a very authentic Italian experience for us and Michele is so kind and helpful! We missed a bit having a kitchen, but the restaurants around are amazing. For anyone seeking a real cultural experience while having great comfort, this is the place to go.

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

Alloggio molto bello e confortevole (ho fatto una bella figura con i miei amici per la scelta dell'alloggio). Host impeccabile, disponibile e molto cordiale. La villa era rifornita di tutto il necessario ed oltre. La villa si trova una location molto calma e rilessante, ciò ti permette di riposare dopo una giornata intensa di turismo. La posizione è perfetta, a 5 min dal casello, ciò permette di visitare anche le altre città dell'Emilia Romagna.

First off the pictures don’t do this gem in the hills outside of bologna justice. This is a stunning villa, with every amenity and tons of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. The kitchen also has everyone, and beyond, making it very easy to cook in if you like. Beyond this the location is up in the hills but 20-25 minutes from the center of Bologna. It’s perched atop a hill with stunning views and plenty of walking trails nearby if you want to get lost in the nearby hills. There are also a lot of great restaurants in this area as well within a 5 minute drive. Giuseppe is awesome. His main interest is your well being and he is around for your every need. He even brought us breakfast the first morning. If you want to explore bologna, or the greater region, but be out of the fray this is an absolutely perfect choice. I cannot recommend this place more. We were there with our two kids (5 and 2) and they could not have been happier!

Ficamos apenas um dia na hospedagem de Sally, mas ocorreu tudo tranquilamente. Ótima casa, bem equipada e bem cuidada. Recomendo.

Siamo stati nella villa durante il periodo di Pasqua. La villa é immersa tra le colline e questo rende il posto ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla solita routine quotidiana. All'interno é accogliente, fornita di ogni confort, pulita e con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Adatta a famiglie e coppie. I servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili e in zona si trova tutto. L'host é cordiale, accogliente e disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

Una villa bellissima, curata e perfetta per un weekend di relax! La zona è veramente tranquilla e silenziosa, grazie al clima favorevole abbiamo sfruttato anche i lettini in giardino e la veranda al piano terra, una meraviglia 😍 Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il terrazzo (con tavolino) della cucina, con vista sulla valle. Pulizia impeccabile, cucina fornitissima, idromassaggio e sauna sono la ciliegina sulla torta! Simone è stato sempre molto rapido nel rispondere alle mie domande, e super disponibile. Di sicuro è una villa in cui tornerei subito se potessi, assolutamente consigliata🥰

Great place, quite clean and large. Near all the great places to tour to see Parmagiano and balsamic vinegar being made. Not to mention near some great restaurants and the Ferrari museum. The house is all rose limestone, very big with three nice bedrooms. The bathrooms are somewhat oddly laced out, with the large master with a jacuzzi tub but no shower. We didn’t have time to try out the jacuzzi. The second bathroom near the bedrooms on the same floor had a shower which worked fine, though it was in what seemed to be a small laundry room. The best shower was on the main floor, and somewhat inconvenient to walk downstairs to, but also was large and worked great. The kitchen stove has inductor heaters which take some getting used to and worked great. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything needed. Best of all was the service. When we were leaving we mistakenly left the keys locked in the house and couldn’t open the gate to leave. I called and our contact came quickly to rescue us

A unique and special experience awaits you if you book to stay with Roberta and Georgio! Not only is the apartment spotless, charming and neat as a pin, but the are so many extras too. The local recommendations are excellent, and your hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide you with everything you need (and more). Having a kitchen full of breakfast foods already stocked, made our stay with children so much easier. If you are looking for a holiday that is luxurious, culturally enriching and peaceful, then look no further. You will need a car to get here, but it's totally worth the trip. Couldn't have asked for more, and have never stayed anywhere better. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation. we used it as a base for our travels around tuscany. all the main tourist areas are within 90 minutes travel by car. Kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and washing machine. We enjoyed the jacuzzi most nights on return from our travels.. if you fancy a wild swim there are a couple of good spots nearby.

Inserirei molte più stelle se ci fosse la possibilità ⭐ Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'alloggio di Roberta è andato ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per passare giorni in serenità con amici o con la famiglia. La pulizia degli spazi è impeccabile. Roberta e suo marito Oreste ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare 😁
