It’s a gem, this appartment. Quiet with a fabulous roofterrace and in about 30 Minutes you are in Matera. Owners are quick responders and gave us usefull (diner)suggestions.

Francesco and his family were very kind and helpful hosts. The house is in a beautiful viewpoint very close to the pollen national park to be able to make various routes in nature even during the day. We were with our dog and the huge garden of the house was perfect for her too. Tidy house, equipped with all comforts. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

Very comfortable house, well-stocked and really clean. Friendly and helpful owner. The place is easy to find. Calciano doesn't offer much (apart from beautiful landscapes), but it's a good place to explore the area. In any case, we had a great time.

Anna's apartments are in a fantastic location, a few blocks from the main Piazza. Apartment #3 is smaller, with only two small windows above each door. The other apartment is spacious, with a door that opens to a beautiful view of the Sassi. There is a screen on that door, so it is not a balcony. However, the screen is good for keeping bugs out while letting fresh air in. The rooms stayed cool, since they are built into the rock. Anna was great about communicating.. Beds were comfortable. We look forward to returning again soon!

I recommend it. House located in a great location in an exclusive village with pool. The house is not very large, but it is well-kept, clean and with changes in taste. Partly stylish and part rustic. We stayed for one night, but we have a maximum rating for all the services offered. See you next time!

Apartment, on the second floor, with a large terrace, livable, in excellent condition, equipped, clean, with a washing machine, air conditioning and a dishwasher. The location is excellent and the pool inside the residence is beautiful. For a family of four it is ideal. Host Ida was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation in this region to be discovered and loved!

It's a perfect place to stay for big group. Large kitchen, dining area and living hall. Giovanni had been a great host. Prepare breakfast every morning and responsive host. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Matera & Alberobello area.

The host was very nice. For a minor issue in the bathroom, he immediately apologized and said he was waiting for a new job to be delivered. The only thing we missed when we booked was that the apartment doesn't have WiFi. As we have enough cellular data on our phone this was not a problem. We were happy with our stay

We were a group of young friends and we had a lot of fun. The property with its cat family is a dream to fall in love with and the view from the tower is a fantastic experience! Dolly the sheep fell in love with our rental car, you had to hold her sometimes when leaving the property. But that was no problem. We warmly recommend the accommodation to families and groups of friends.

We spent a week at the blue apartment and found it just as described. Roberto welcomed us and gave us lots of great recommendations, the apartment is cozy with a beautiful view, and the roof terrace is amazing. The wifi was also great and worked well for video calls as I had to do a bit of work. Be aware that as you're in the heart of the old town it can get a little noisy at night (especially weekends), but it's worth it for the amazing atmosphere and to have all the sights and food just steps away!

Our stay was absolutley fanatastic. To stay in the old town of Matera was wonderful. Our party of 6, 3 couples, enjoyed the whole experience immensley. A wonderful touch was the breakfast basket each morning from the local bakery. Outstanding on all fronts.

Conveniently situated super close to the old town. Communication was excellent and accommodation exactly as described. All you need for a few nights stay.

The view from the terrace to the church of Irsina is breathtaking. The apartment is huge and we found it wonderful; we felt very comfortable. Irsina is very well located for excursions to Matera, Castel del Monte, Altamura, etc. Domenico responds immediately to questions and his extensive tips are worth gold. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Maria's apartment. It is functional and well-equipped. A little extra for security with the different code or card doors. We left a note in the guest book! We recommend it, thank you Maria
