Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Matera

Great central location in the town, easy parking and accommodation in impeccable condition. Once again we had confirmation of the hospitality and the grace of Lucan, a very pleasant stay!

Laura is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The place is great, as described, and I immediately felt comfortable. Everything is very clean, 2 balconies, 2 sleeping areas and a well-equipped kitchen. I highly recommend it.

Very nice and clean accommodation in a perfect location. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Eléonora recommended an excellent trattoria that served as a canteen for Mel Gibson while filming one of his films and everything was excellent.

This is a lovely apartment in an Italian hill town. It felt like living in Italy not just visiting. Anna and Virginio were the perfect hosts.

Judith’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is more beautiful than the photos and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful time. Me and my family of 6 had a great time. The place is also a great spot to explore south of Italy. We traveled from Lecce to Amalfi coast very conveniently. Both houses are full with thoughtful details. Swimming pool is amazing. Definitely recommended. Also Vittoria who helped us to check in is super nice.

What more could we have asked for in a romantic weekend getaway?! Marilisa and Raffaele are amazing hosts who had everything prepared for our arrival. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Located about 30 minutes away from Matera and about 50 minutes from Taranto, Laterza is the perfect mid point for a mountain/beach weekend. If you don’t want to travel much outside the area, Laterza itself is a beautiful city to soak in as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

I'm very, very satisfied The house was so clean and it was a convenient structure to organize my luggage, the house was warm, and the hot water came out well. It was also close to the ruins, so I was able to walk. It was the most pleasant place to stay in Italy

If we ever come back to Matera, I would want to stay here again. It's in the Sasso Caveoso, but close enough to the modern city that parking is easy in a nearby garage (totally worth paying for). Our hostess gave us the address of the parking garage, and we met her there on day one and she walked us to the apartment. I loved this extra personal attention and hospitality. That alone made our stay nice. But the apartment - Wow - bigger than the photos showed, with great views, a nice spacious bathroom with an excellent shower, comfortable bed, and close to great sights and restaurants. Also it is quiet and very private with the cutest entrance and even a friendly neighborhood cat (bring cat treats if you're a cat person). Brava, Marcella and thank you.

The house is perfect for groups, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Petra and her husband welcomed us into their beautiful little house, really well cared for in every detail. They gave us a lot of advice and were helpful and friendly. The house is then located right next to a very good braceria recommended by the owners. We were also offered a great breakfast. Convenient location for touring Matera, Gravina and Bari.

We had a wonderful stay at Luciana, everything was as expected and more! The room is very spacious and clean, you are in the heart of Matera with stunning view from the balcony and walking distances to all main attractions/restaurants. Breakfast excellent, served on the balcony. And as for walking, Luciana explained to us each part of the old town on a map, so we don’t miss anything :). Also helped a lot before arriving with bus schedules and tips. There are a lot to say, but we felt like being home, in a wonderful place.

Mariagiovanna's place is lovely. She is very kind and the detail of bringing us croissants for breakfast and a nice piece of focaccia made us very happy. Altamura is beautiful.

The apartment was fabulous - clean & spacious. Giuseppe was the best host - kind & responsive. The location was ideal - so close to everything. The terrace was even better than I’d expected! The location is convenient near downtown and tucked in the sassi with a very nice view, Monica is very friendly, she explained which places to visit and served us a very delicious and complete breakfast. I recommend it

I just spent an unforgettable weekend in Matera, staying in a wonderful B&B immersed in the beautiful Murgia, and I can't wait to go back! The property, an ancient tannery expertly renovated, is a perfect balance between history and modern comfort. Every corner tells a story, with details that make you feel part of the tradition of this enchanting corner of Basilicata. The atmosphere you can breathe is unique, quiet and immersed in nature, a real retreat to regenerate. The room was cozy, elegant and equipped with every comfort, but what impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the harmony with the surrounding environment. Breakfast prepared with fresh ingredients and typical of the area, authentic flavors that make you appreciate the beauty of the area even more. The hospitality was impeccable, Martino was super helpful, always ready to offer advice on what to see and do nearby. I'll definitely be back in the summer.
