Very well located accommodation close to the "marina". Ballads and access to boats to visit the five lands. Close to the pedestrian streets of Spezia to find good restaurants and walk Access from the station on foot (20 min) or bus Ditto bus to Lerici and Portovenere nearby. Good equipment Lovely and responsive host Lots of recommendations A little noisy to my taste the avenue where the windows overlooks is very busy but after a day of visiting we fall asleep very quickly 😉 Booking without a second thought

We had a wonderful stay at Fede and Frankie’s apartment. They were so friendly and welcoming and the extra touch of greeting us at the train station to help with luggage and get us back to the apartment to make sure we were comfortable was above and beyond! The apartment was clean, modern, and close to everything we needed.

Gabriella, is an excellent host. She picked us up at the train station and gave us clear instructions on how to use everything. She provides lots of goodies ( fruit, milk , yogurt, patties, bread, butter, coffee pods, juice, prosecco, etc.) to help us get started. She also provided us with information about what to see and do in the surrounding area.

Absolutely perfect, peaceful and very well located in the region.

A very clean apartment with large, comfortable beds. The location is perfect as it is only a short walk from La Spezia station and the main shopping area/market and restaurants. La Spezia station is one stop away from the first of the 5 towns in Cinque Terre (7 mins on train). There is a large supermarket at the back of the property and a wonderful restaurant down stairs called Bella Napoli. The kitchen has everything you need, and a nice balcony. We did not mind that there was no living room / TVs as we were out exploring all day and the free Wi-Fi meant we could access our own devices anyway. The hosts were very helpful, meeting us and showing us around the apartment and provided us with local information and recommendations. A wonderful stay overall!

Fantastic stay at Georgia’s place. So conveniently close to the train station! It was really easy to go to Cinque Terre and then have a nice stroll /drink and dinner in the many restaurants just at the door stop. The apartment was nice and spacious, felt straight at home. We were grateful for the little welcome gifts which were particularly useful when arriving tired with a baby ! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and having the extra salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, washing machine detergent, etc feels basic but not available in many other airbnbs - so great to have it and much appreciated it! Georgia was great at checking in and making sure we had everything we needed - in particular when we were impacted by a local strike and trying to rearrange our trip. Great stay, totally recommend ! This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

A truly restful and comfortable stay, but at the same time close to all amenities… It is also uniquely beautiful, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. It is equipped with ample space both indoors and outdoors with a lot of greenery perfectly kept and maintained with discretion… Equipped with everything necessary and not... perfectly clean and usable... what can I say... a real paradise managed by Unique People, Very Good at Everything and always Kind and Available... Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week in this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, super equipped and has plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likeable and available at any time. We would keep coming back!

Rossana's house is beautiful and she is incredibly nice and helpful 💕 An absolute recommendation! We had a super great week! The accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail and taste, a real highlight! In addition, you have a fantastic view of the bay of La Spezia. And direct access to the Cinque Terre hiking trails. What more could you ask for!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

We had a lovely week for 6 with 2 teens and 2 children. Lerici, which is 2 km away, is a good starting point for visiting the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very pleasant to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

We had a great 3 nights, our arrival was late and Sabrina and her husband were very welcoming. The apartment is just perfect, they have lots of attention. And amazing life on the sea.... I'll be back ♥️

We warmly recommend the apartment. It is perfectly located in the historical city center, well suited for visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. We would specially point out the extraordinary equipped kitchen. Laura is a perfect host.

We liked it very much and everything was good. Could sleep well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper, etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room well equipped. But what would also be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. Thank you Deborah.

Fantastic location in a delightful town.

First, friendly hosts and consistent information. We were made to feel very welcome. We're so grateful for this stay. Very cozy house, as described. Train station nearby, as well as a supermarket. Local shops and cafes too. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, very good television, bathroom too, and a date of cleaning products. There was still a supply of water bottles and other things that we enjoyed, and we wanted to contribute with € and they very politely said they didn't want anything in return. Very polite people, really. We highly recommend this place! We also highly recommend this space for those wishing to visit Cinque Terre. Everything is very accessible. All the best to these people.

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!
