Logement très bien placé proche de la « marina ». Ballades et accès aux bateaux pour visiter les cinq terres. Proche des rues piétonnes de la Spezia pour y trouver de bons restaurants et se promener Accès depuis la gare à pied (20 min) ou bus Idem bus pour Lerici et Portovenere proches. Bon équipement Hôte agréable et réactif Beaucoup de recommandations Un peu bruyant à mon goût l’avenue où donne les fenêtres est très passante mais après une journée de visite on s’endort très vite 😉 À réserver les yeux fermés

We had a wonderful stay at Fede and Frankie’s apartment. They were so friendly and welcoming and the extra touch of greeting us at the train station to help with luggage and get us back to the apartment to make sure we were comfortable was above and beyond! The apartment was clean, modern, and close to everything we needed.

A very clean apartment with large, comfortable beds. The location is perfect as it is only a short walk from La Spezia station and the main shopping area/market and restaurants. La Spezia station is one stop away from the first of the 5 towns in Cinque Terre (7 mins on train). There is a large supermarket at the back of the property and a wonderful restaurant down stairs called Bella Napoli. The kitchen has everything you need, and a nice balcony. We did not mind that there was no living room / TVs as we were out exploring all day and the free Wi-Fi meant we could access our own devices anyway. The hosts were very helpful, meeting us and showing us around the apartment and provided us with local information and recommendations. A wonderful stay overall!

Since Portovenere was the last stop on our trip to Italy, we wanted to stay somewhere with a great view and a terrace where we could relax with a morning coffee and/or an evening drink. And wow (!) Elisa's flat far exceeded our expectations, as the view from her terrace left us speechless upon our arrival! Every morning we would grab breakfast items at the stores just steps away from the entrance to the flat, and take them back "home" to have breakfast with a view. We even made dinner there one evening, despite the wide selection of amazing restaurants nearby, because the ambiance of the terrace at night was so beautiful. In addition, the apartment was very well organized, had wonderful decor, and was in a great location close to everything. Finally, Elisa was a wonderful host who was very communicative, and was always available to offer guidance or to promptly answer any questions we had. (Also, to welcome us, she left ingredients for a delicious pasta/pesto meal!) Grazie mille!

We had a great stay in Valentina’s apartment, very clean , good location to visit cinque terra , close to train line , would definitely recommend!

This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

Un soggiorno veramente riposante e confortevole, ma al tempo stesso vicino a Tutti i servizi … Inoltre è di una Bellezza unica, molto curato nei dettagli e nella Pulizia. E’ dotato di ampi spazi sia Interni che esterni con molto verde perfettamente Tenuto e Mantenuto con discrezione… Dotato di Tutto quanto necessario e non … perfettamente pulito ed utilizzabile… che dire… un vero paradiso gestito da Persone Uniche, Bravissime in Tutto e sempre Gentili e Disponibili… Grazie di Cuore

Unsere Freundesgruppe (9 Personen) hat eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Unser Highlight war der Pool, der sehr groß und sauber ist. Rolf und Livia sind sehr sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Séjour parfait ! Federico est un hôte accueillant et répond très rapidement à nos demandes. L’appartement est spacieux, propre et facile d’accès.

Rossanas Haus ist wunderschön und sie ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit 💕 Eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten eine super tolle Woche! Die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und Geschmack eingerichtet, ein echtes Highlight! Außerdem hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Bucht von La Spezia. Und direkten Zugang zu den Wanderwegen der Cinque Terre. Was will man mehr!

abbiamo passato il capodanno in compagnia e ci siamo divertiti molto. la casa è bellissima e rispecchia tutte le informazioni. Elizabeth è molto gentile e proattiva per qualunque richiesta o problema. assolutamente consigliato!

La pulizia dell’alloggio è stata impeccabile. La posizione era strategica per poter arrivare, sempre in auto, sia in Toscana che verso le cinque terre.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits excellentes, notre arrivée a été tardive et Sabrina et son mari se sont montrés très accueillant. L'appartement est juste parfait, ils ont pleins d'attentions. Et la vie sur la mer incroyable.... Je reviendrai ♥️

Appartamento moderno,pulito,completo di tutto ciò che serve. Posizione vicina al centro e al mare ma fuori dal casino del centro,a 10 min da praticamente tutto! Comunicare con Sabrina è stato facile sia prima di arrivare che durante il soggiorno, è sempre stata gentile,disponibile e chiara nelle comunicazioni e consigli utili. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con bimbo piccolo e ci ha fatto trovare in struttura lettino e seggiolone.Sicuramente se torneremo a Lerici gradiremmo soggiornare ancora presso questa struttura.

Apartamento bonito y comodo. Muy bien ubicado. La cama espectacular 🫶🏼 La cocina 10 puntos, con todo lo necesario. Una recomendación sería cambiar la tv por uno Smart ya que los extranjeros podemos ver las aplicaciones como Netflix o YouTube. Nos encantaría volver a alojarnos con Lucia. 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Es hat uns sehr gefallen und war alles gut. Konnte gut schlafen. Alles war zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr modernes und smartes Haus. Aus eigene Erfahrung bei vielen Airbnbs die ich gebucht habe, empfehle ich Deborah einige Gewürzte wie Salz, Pfeffer und etc. und noch einige Waschmittel für die Geschirre für paar Tage als Notfall lassen. Wohnzimmer top ausgestattet. Was aber noch gut wäre, ist ein Salontisch vor dem Sofa, wo sehr nutzbar ist. Ansonsten alles okay und tip top wie die Bilder. Danke Deborah.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war perfekt sauber, der Check-In über die Schlüsselbox verlief reibungslos und wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wohl gefühlt. Der nahe an der Unterkunft gelegene zugehörige Parkplatz hat die Anreise und Unternehmungen während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr erleichtert. Die Kommunikation verlief stets problemlos und ich erhielt innerhalb kurzer Zeit Antworten auf meine Fragen. Die Lage direkt neben einem Supermarkt und mit Blick auf das Meer ist hervorragend! Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort sogar noch verlängert haben.

Primeiramente, anfitriões simpáticos e coerentes nas informações. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Estamos muito gratos por esta estadia. Casa bastante acolhedora, tal como estava descrito. Estação de comboios perto, assim como supermercado. Lojas locais e cafés também. Cozinha muito bem equipada, cama confortável, televisão muito boa, casa de banho também, e uma data de produtos de limpeza. Ainda tinha reserva de garrafas de água e outras coisas das quais usufruímos, e que queríamos contribuir com € e eles muito educados disseram que não queriam nada em troca. Pessoas educadas, mesmo muito. Recomendamos muito este espaço! Recomendamos também muito este espaço para quem tenciona visitar cinque terre. Tudo muito acessível. Tudo de bom para estas pessoas.

Awesome place to stay. Quiet, 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurant/ cafes nearby. Apartments is spotless, also everything in the kitchen you might need. Communication with Mary nice, easy, got all information really fast. Recommend this place!
