Al primo piano di caratteristica e centralissima dimora fine 800, appartamentino indipendente con ingresso, camera matrimoniale, bagno mignon con finestra, saletta pranzo con angolo cottura, ampio terrazzo coperto e arredato, dotato di wi fi, lavatrice e ogni confort. In ZTL, con bici a disposizione, a due passi dalle mura, da via Fillungo e dall'Anfiteatro, ben collegato a stazione e parcheggi. Tranquillo, ideale per eventi culturali e artistici, lavoro, studio, vacanze anche prolungate.

Piano di cottura ad induzione e lavastoviglie in cucina; vasca idromassaggio in bagno. TV color, ed impianto stereo. Negli spazi principali della casa disponibili per gli appassionati di un biliardo con buche e di un pianoforte a coda. Giardino utilizzabile; parcheggio e biciclette in uso. Si accettano cani purché educati.

Appartamento il saltafossi.

Silenzioso e romantico, a 20' dal mare e immerso nel verde. Ospitiamo SOLO ADULTI NON FUMATORI, siamo pet-friendly (piccola taglia) e molto rispettosi dell' ambiente. Pedona si trova a 5' a piedi dall' alloggio, e offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Camaiore, una città storica e ben servita, dista 8' in auto. Il nostro Wi-Fi è MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉. C'è la possibilità di prenotare un ombrellone in spiaggia privata a 25€ al giorno (pagamento in spiaggia).

Vi è una cucina esterna che gli ospiti potranno utilizzare. Possibilità di utilizzare due bici. E' un posto tranquillo. All'interno della dependance vi è una cabina armadio, un bagno e un cucinino con macchina del caffè e un piccolo frigorifero. Tengo a precisare che ho due gatti buonissimi.
