I stayed in this apartment for several weeks and everything matched my expectations. Regular cleaning, access to sports equipment and close to the center. Great for a work trip. Recommended.

It was a beautiful studio apartment. Everything is a close walk and communication with the host was great. The train station is just about a 15 minute walk from the apartment and there were a lot of good sites to visit nearby.

Great, spacious and clean place in a good location with great amenities. Manuela was a very responsive and helpful host and provided water and soda and snacks in the home.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The building is beautiful, with a grand entrance. The flat is stylish, comfortable, and very practical. We used the kitchen almost every day, and the shower was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable too. Everything was clearly explained, and since it was our first time in Piacenza, the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.

Gaetano was an amazing host. He was so welcoming and friendly. Such a cute little apartment and we had so much space for 3 people. The fire for when it was cold so was nice too. Would really recommend. It's about an hour away from Milan on bus and tram but we didn't mind the travelling. Local supermarket was massive, was about a 10 minute walk but super easy to find.

The house is very warm and cozy, firm beds, very functional kitchen and location is a quiet rural village but only 20 minutes drive to Milano Centrale station. Only downside, the house itself is a bit dated and needs a bit of TLC, particularly the bathroom. Communication with host was great and we would definitely stay again when in the Milano area!

The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and we immediately felt at home. The location is also perfect for exploring this beautiful little city. We loved Crema and we loved Tina’s place! We came to Crema for the movie tour but I’d come back just to stay. It’s quaint, comfortable, and has lots of great shops and restaurants. Tina was an excellent host and guide. She was flexible with our check in and check out and helped us make reservations at great restaurants in the area. I have dietary restrictions and she modified the breakfast to meet my needs. The place is lovely (lots of stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us) and the location is perfect - right in the center of town. Go to Crema and stay with Tina!

This apartment was fantastic! Very centrally located, equipped with everything you need. The TVs were amazing.!! Also would like to say that the apartment was superduper clean! Marco was very helpful with the check in any questions that I had. Thank you so much Marco for a great stay in Picenza!! I will definitely be back.

Apartment in a very quiet, very clean and comfortable area. Gio was super helpful and welcoming....both we and our 2 dogs felt right at home! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back

We stayed a weekend in San Fiorano in this beautiful house. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and they also gave us a bottle of wine. Chiara's husband is very friendly and always available, also advising us on places to see. The house was impeccable and had everything you needed. We thank the hosts for welcoming us. We'll definitely be back.

I had a really pleasant stay! The apartment was very clean, recently renovated and super cozy. The terrace is a gem: spacious and perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The location is convenient, easy to reach and with hassle-free parking, the directions received made access to the apartment very easy. A special thank you to Luca, very kind and always available, who made sure from the start that I didn't miss anything. I found everything I needed (and more!): air conditioning, dishes for every need, iron and ironing board, a surprising welcome breakfast and coffee. I felt at home! Highly recommended, it perfectly matches the description, indeed it exceeds expectations.
