Spacious flat in La Spezia

SeanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I visited with my wife and two young adult daughters. We’re from Nassau County, NY. We felt very safe. Relaxed and peaceful. The apartment was a reasonable walk from the train station. With wheels on our luggage, there was no need for an Uber. Each morning we walked to the train station to visit the towns of Cinque Terre. The apartment is on the 4th floor. The kitchen was very useful. It was nice that there were breakfast snacks in the kitchen when we arrived. We used the stove top espresso maker, and the “Nespresso” machine. The washer was very helpful. The clothes air dried on the clothes line, without a problem.

manuel's guesthouse apartment

Lorenzo's father and Lorenzo communicated with our driver. They met us at an agreed upon location. Lorenzo carried our luggage up all the steps to the apartment. I could not believe how he hoisted my suitcase up on his shoulder and carried the other effortlessly . He also carried our luggage down on our way home. He provided great recommendations for a restaurant on the way up and we ate there twice! It was worth it. The view was fabulous. We were friends and we each had our own room and bathroom, kitchen and balcony overlooking the ocean and church. The church bells created a wonderful atmosphere. Coffee provided was amazing and water provided was plentiful. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No need to leave it on while away as it cools off quickly once you return. Extremely clean outstanding host and accommodations. Would very strongly recommend. Every step of the climb is worth the serenity.

Codemin Sea View Cinque Terre with Garden

Ana-SophiaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Our holiday in Campiglia was really very nice. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. There was really nothing missing. However, I wish there were covers for the duvets. But otherwise everything was great. In about 30 minutes you are on a very quiet stone beach. However, moderate fitness is required here. Perfect for people who like to hike. By bus, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station in la spezia , where all trains go towards Cinque Terre. However, the bus only runs in the afternoon on Sundays. But the people in the village are very helpful, an older couple took us down to La Spezia. Our favorite was the garden from which could look to the sea and the restaurant Piccoloblu, where you can eat and drink very well and inexpensively. Giulia was very helpful and we were picked up right at the bus stop. Even a later check out was no problem. I'll gladly come back. 😊

Top floor, double terrace on the sea

TomRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We spent a lovely week at Fernanda & Emilios apartment in Moneglia. From the moment we booked, communication was superb. Check in was perfect, with excellent details provided by Emilio. Emilio also provided precise advice on how to get to/from Milan for a day trip. The apartment has a brilliant location, close to both the train station, the beach and the town centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. As our stay was in October - we didn’t really require it but the air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom is excellent. There are 2 balconies with lovely views of the sea and over the town. Emilio is an attentive host, available to provide good advice and recommendations. We absolutely recommend this apartment and it’s excellent hosts

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. Also, we got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Podere il Glicine with pool

PhilippRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

The Captain’s Lemon Garden

Amazing and highly recommended stay. Giovanni's kindness that allowed us to leave our suitcases as soon as we arrived, he recommended a very good restaurant for dinner, he always responded quickly to every request. She made us find a welcome bottle with sweets and even two cell phone chargers in the rooms ( my friend had forgotten it and it was very useful). I'll definitely be back 😊

I chose Andrea's place because our plan was to visit Cinque Terre . It is right in front of the train station so it was very easy to get around , if you go by car the station parking (or at least when we visit) it was complete up to 3 times. We left the car in the blue area of the back streets that were 1€ an hour. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed , everything was phenomenal and very new . The only thing I didn't read is a 4º without elevator , but if you're just going to rest like we did, it wasn't a big inconvenience . Andrea was awaiting our arrival at all times, even warned us before chekin's time to be able to access

Casa di Emma, 3 minutes away from Cinque Terre station

NicolaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Loved our stay here! Great host who communicated well. We were able to check in early which made our trip run so much better and basically gave us an extra day to explore as we didn’t have to worry about luggage storage. Lots of steps to the apartment which we didn’t mind as we love exercise however , if you aren’t fit you may find it hard! Was very quiet and peaceful until a group of noisy guests upstairs arrived towards our last day but that can’t be helped. Kitchen essentials such as oil, salt pepper etc saved us expenses and I always appreciate this when travelling. Had a lovely dinner on the terrace after our full day hike, highly recommend if you like to cook just staying home one evening. Very cosy. Bring the bug spray as the mosquitoes seemed to like the apartment as much as us (possibly due to the wet/warm weather meant it got a bit damp and probably inviting for them! ). Best start to our trip we felt at home and stress free thankyou.
