Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of La Spezia

We had the best time in Cinque Terre and Melina’s place was a haven to come back to after a long day of fun and exploring. The area is right near all the restaurants and shops in old town. Short walk to new town. Melina was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Lola’s place offered us incredibly stunning views. She was an incredible host and supported/helped us in all ways when asked. Very appreciative of our time there. Will definitely stop in again in the future

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect - can’t say enough good things! Jennifer was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything and close to the beach, but also tucked in a charming, quiet street. It was even more beautiful and nice than the photos show. Adorable terrace. We were going to stay at a hotel on the beach but changed to this last minute, and I’m so glad I made that decision. As a bonus note, her husband’s restaurant was so good :)

Do not hesitate another second to book Edoardo's fabulous apt in Riomaggiore. The not one but two private terraces looking out onto the sea are worth it alone. I could have spent my whole time in Cinque Terre looking out at that view and been happy. The apt itself is delightful, exactly as pictured and designed with great care to attend to our every need. Edoardo is a super host. He sent extremely clear directions with photos showing us exactly how to find the place. When we arrived, he was waiting for us and helped carry our luggage up the steps. (Everywhere in Cinque Terre has steps but Edoardo's apt. includes free access to an elevator from the train station to the level of the apt.) Edoardo took the time to show us all around the apt. He and Giulia even gifted us a bottle of Spumanti! All that plus plenty of hot water in the shower, a comfy bed, and a well equipped kitchen - what more could we ask for?! We would absolutely stay there again if we returned to Cinque Terre.

Our holiday in Campiglia was really very nice. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. There was really nothing missing. However, I wish there were covers for the duvets. But otherwise everything was great. In about 30 minutes you are on a very quiet stone beach. However, moderate fitness is required here. Perfect for people who like to hike. By bus, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station in la spezia , where all trains go towards Cinque Terre. However, the bus only runs in the afternoon on Sundays. But the people in the village are very helpful, an older couple took us down to La Spezia. Our favorite was the garden from which could look to the sea and the restaurant Piccoloblu, where you can eat and drink very well and inexpensively. Giulia was very helpful and we were picked up right at the bus stop. Even a later check out was no problem. I'll gladly come back. 😊

We had a great time at Marco's apartment, everything was very good, a very clean apartment and a tidy strategic location to be able to move to the Cinque Terre. We really liked Bonassola, a beautiful town that offers a nice beach and nice walks along the sea. Marco's apartment is recommended to stay in Bonassola. Thank you Marco.

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. Also, we got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Giacomo and his lovely family welcomed me and made me feel at home. Still giving me privacy. I couldn't have asked for a warmer experience for my first weeks in Italy. It would be a pleasure to return.

Amazing and highly recommended stay. Giovanni's kindness that allowed us to leave our suitcases as soon as we arrived, he recommended a very good restaurant for dinner, he always responded quickly to every request. She made us find a welcome bottle with sweets and even two cell phone chargers in the rooms ( my friend had forgotten it and it was very useful). I'll definitely be back 😊

Five stars for serene, spacious and spotless. We stayed six nights and could easily have stayed two weeks. If you are looking for rest and relaxation very close to the sea, the mountains and towns, this house is the place for you. The house is very large, well stocked and furnished and not a spot of dust or dirt. A great base for the entire Liguria region. Awesome host. Must see: national park, regional park and the Carrara marble quarries.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

Loved my stay at Roger’s place. The house was very unique, comfy, and enjoyable. Roger is a fantastic host. Very receptive and friendly. The bed/pillows were very comfy. I would love to come back to explore the area more as it is very close to many beautiful places, like Cinque Terre.

The house is impeccable, functional and comfortable. Everything is designed for your convenience. When we arrived, pastries and cold drinks were offered by the host. Mario and his family are incredibly friendly and warm. I would highly recommend this place and I am already planning to go back!

I chose Andrea's place because our plan was to visit Cinque Terre . It is right in front of the train station so it was very easy to get around , if you go by car the station parking (or at least when we visit) it was complete up to 3 times. We left the car in the blue area of the back streets that were 1€ an hour. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed , everything was phenomenal and very new . The only thing I didn't read is a 4º without elevator , but if you're just going to rest like we did, it wasn't a big inconvenience . Andrea was awaiting our arrival at all times, even warned us before chekin's time to be able to access

This home was perfect for our family of four during our stay in cinque terre. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio. The place was filled with so many extras that were much appreciated (espresso, milk, wine, tea, bottled water, breakfast snacks, high end bathroom products). The host was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to the beach, train station, and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

Although I only stayed for one night, my experience here was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable - just 50 meters from the sea and a quick 2-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Riomaggiore and the other Cinque Terre villages. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped with modern amenities. The highlight was definitely the terrace with its breathtaking view - the perfect spot to enjoy an evening glass of wine. Speaking of wine, I was pleasantly surprised when the host generously presented me with a complimentary bottle - such a thoughtful touch that made my short stay even more special! The location in the center of Riomaggiore meant easy access to all restaurants and local shops. Despite being in the heart of this charming village, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable. The host was extremely attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for enjoying Riomaggiore.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Archi di Sole Bed and Breakfast and I can only express my gratitude for the hospitality I received. The property is welcoming, with attention to detail and immersed in a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. With great kindness he gave us a bottle of wine, a really appreciated gesture that made our stay even more special. In addition, the father Sandro printed us a document in an emergency. Matteo is a great host, he welcomed us warmly with his mom. He gave us very useful tips for our stay. The parking space is a significant plus. Sheets and towels are provided. The apartment is conveniently located in relation to the lively street of La Spezia and the train station. No noise in the residence, everything was quiet. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Even more notable is the STUNNING view of Vernazza that you get from the balcony, which the photos simply don’t do justice! Martina was very kind and helpful both when our arrival was delayed and when we had issues with the AC. We would liked clearer, less confusing directions on check-in, as the videos we were sent via Whats App weren’t clear about the 3 doors you navigate through or the wifi. However, Martina provided us with both a beautiful space and attentive support that certainly still merits 5 stars! We’d love to come back.
