Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of La Spezia

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Host was responding within minutes: helping us get into the place, directions, and even recommending food spots as well as luggage storage when asked. She was so kind and truly cared about us as guests to make sure we had a good time. The location is beautiful, and the room was immaculately cleaned and tidy, making our stay amazing in Cinque Terre. She provided videos of how to locate the building as well as how to unlock the door. The room is easily walkable to restaurants and the bus stop. The breakfast that was included was AMAZING and really made our stay memorable. We will never forget Cinque Terre and Daniele!!!!!!!

Responsive host to messages and very friendly, the house is very spacious and tidy, it offers more people to sleep, the kitchen is also left with food to have breakfast. Recommended place for those who want to stay for more than one night

The small village of Castagnetoli, in the Lunigiana, is a picturesque setting for a historic apartment that has just been renovated with care and taste. The host was super helpful, offered us extremely spot-on advice and we can only be satisfied and pleased with the stay.

We had a great time, the place is even more beautiful than in the photos including the view and the terraces. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

We stayed 9 days with my daughter and grandchildren , we were very well received by Gabriella, the owner who gave us all the directions on the beautiful and very bright house equipped with everything and full of every comfort and very clean and making us find the pantry full of breakfast products according to our preferences. She is an extraordinary person attentive to everything, making us find in the refrigerator a bottle of prosecco for welcome and other food, never had a welcome so ,the house is very welcoming. It was like living in your home there was nothing missing. Gabriella was always available for any of our questions . Great Location, just 10 minutes walk from the central station. Pina personally came to greet us & helped to park our car at the free parking. The property was big & super clean. Pina kept enough stuff for breakfast. She also explains how to operate a Gas stove & other thing. You have to struggle a little to find free street parking after you come back from sightseeing.

Amazing view and patio to enjoy and walkable to everything. Anna was an absolute gem and was very helpful!!! We loved our stay here and definitely recommend you book this apartment!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Franco is an incredibly warm, engaging and helpful host, meeting us at the train station and providing useful tips for local adventures. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant where he works. Good food, great location. We loved how central the apartment was. Great people watching from the window. It felt like being part of the local scene, especially before the tourists arrive mid-morning and after they depart in the evening. We had good earplugs (the waxy kind) that were essential for sound sleeping. The train is quite busy in the evening, and the voices carry up from the street. We did enjoy the sound of conversation and it gets quiet by bed time. But the train keeps rolling on until the early morning. We were not affected by this because of our earplugs. And I’m sensitive to noise. Vernazza is beautiful! We hiked to Corniglia, purchased ours tickets while hiking on the trail. (Wear good boots & I used poles.) Already looking forward to returning!

Fabrizio was an amazing host and really helped me and my roommates feel comfortable. He offered us food, restaurant recommendations and stories that made us all laugh. Would recommend anyone to take a place that he offers

Riomagiore Best town in Cinque terre to stay. Apartment was excellent. I had a car, host took me to parking outside room to leave the car and back at start of stay and then dropped us at car location at the end of stay. Definitely not part of their responsibilities but still they did it on their own iniciative. Very nice people. Try their wine, that they keep in the fridge it is made by the host in their own vineyard.

Giorgia was fantastic, the apartment is spacious and beautiful plus there was complimentary fruit and snacks. The attention to detail was so appreciated, things like USB plug-in, clothes drying rack, and snacks. I highly recommend this place that is only a short walk to the dock, restaurants and shopping.

A beautiful home, extremely well located between the city center and the Cinque Terre train station. Warm hospitality, very attentive. Rafaella is adorable, always there for advice or help. Breakfasts are varied, there is something for everyone. I would highly recommend it.

Fabiana is a very friendly host. We appreciated his efforts to speak French which greatly facilitates communication! Breakfast served in the cave gives an original touch. Everything is very clean. I recommend it!

I would recommned this property. Maria was amazing with us. As soon as we arrived, she kindly picked us up at La Spezia station. She took the time to explain the various public transportation we could use during our stay. We were very well hosted in her home. The photos are true to reality. Private bathroom, which is very rare to find in Italy! The room was all cute, with access to the pool and great breakfast! We thank Maria for a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at Nadia's place. The welcome was charming and the apartment as described. The location is not too far from the Cinque Terre which seduced us. A big thank you to Nadia for her delicious little touches!

The accommodation is located in a quiet but beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to the surrounding villages and Cinque Terre. Mirella and Paola are great hosts, on our evening arrival, Mirella welcomed us in person. The abundant breakfast was made by them, and it was possible to eat in the kitchen and on the terrace. The room and bathroom were impeccable, and we felt at home during our short trip.

It was worth the money, don't hesitate to book this wonderful apartment with peaceful surroundings, and a super host.
