We had two tremendous weeks in this fantastic house. The tranquility, the privacy, the place was just perfect! The amenities are everything you need, the bed is good, the shower is great, the terrace is simply wonderful. Luigi was a great host, very friendly, communicated well, helped us find some great places to visit ad made us fee very much at home. We loved it!!!! We hardly went to the pool as the breeze is enough to keep you cool. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing time or romance in an area with loads to do and see. We will never forget it!!!

Excellent campsite with lots of services. The whole team is welcoming and very friendly and speaks several languages. The two small downsides the incredible amount of voracious mosquitoes and the water from the unheated pool...it's a bit just to actually enjoy swimming. But it didn't spoil our vacation at this campsite.

The three of us spent wonderful days at the campsite in Scarlino. This is about 10 minutes from the sea ... to the really beautiful beaches, of which there are several, you can drive by car rather 30 minutes. In the quite quiet square there is a pool. We often spent our morning by the pool and left for the afternoon - either to do something nice or just to visit one of the beautiful beaches in the area. The mobile home is simple, but totally okay. The three of us drive there and got along well with the amenities. We didn't miss anything and we had a really good time in the square and in the mobile home ... :-)

You have to stay here! This is one of those special places, not just the lodge itself, but Monica, the host, goes above and beyond. The wooden lodge is wonderful, secluded, but with easy access to the pool. Tastefully decorated with everything that you could ask for, and a short drive or walk into Montepulciano. Monica is one of those special people. From the warm welcome, the recommendations and reservations for local wine tasting and restaurants, to extraordinary breakfasts, accessible and helpful, but never intrusive, she helped make our 4 day stay truly memorable. We will be back and you all need to go and experience hospitality at its best.

Cute little house at the foot of a small farm hill, with fields surrounding the property. On Google Maps, you can find it as Monolocale Campagna. There is a good seafood restaurant and some small farm shops nearby. There is no Wifi, but TIM (local phone carrier) has great coverage, so that was no issue for me.

The tranquility and privacy as well as the location are awesome. The place is absolutely clean, cozy and well equipped. For couples looking for peace and quiet without sacrificing luxury, this address is just right. We will be happy to come back.

A magnificent, clean and well-maintained place. Andrea and Marina are two exceptional hosts, friendly and helpful. The farm is beautiful wherever you look at it, the functional rooms with a small private patio complete with armchairs and hammock where it is impossible not to relax; very clean in every environment: indoor, outdoor and common areas. The swimming pool is wonderful, heated, so I had no problem swimming with my 6-month-old son even at 8 am. Everything is thoughtful with details, green starting with construction and with consistency in everything else. And how not to mention the breakfasts made in the house by Marina with quality raw materials and local products... exceptional really! Great kitchen confirmed also for the highly appreciated slunch. Kindness and availability also for the services upon request. A place you really leave with the desire to return soon!

We particularly liked the vacation. The house is very cozy and well equipped, the garden is beautiful and the host is super nice. In short, it couldn't have been better and we will definitely come back. Massimiliano is a very warm and courteous person, always helpful and committed to making you feel comfortable. You can feel the love and devotion he has put into the house and garden. This also makes it an authentic place with a pleasant atmosphere where you want to come back at any time. Whether looking at olive and pepper trees in the hammock or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen: There is nothing missing and it far exceeded our wishes. For example, two bikes were provided free of charge, it has a top grill, tajine, dough machine and much more. Otherwise, everything was to our complete satisfaction. Upon arrival we got fresh eggs and fruit from the garden. Top recommendation, gladly come back!

The high-quality screens keep animals and mosquitoes away. The view of the sea is indescribably beautiful. There are countless seating options in the garden and newly discovered views. We had a great time at Alberto’s place. It was serene, peaceful and just what we needed for our long weekend getaway with our toddler and dog. The place was easy to find on the map and Alberto was very accommodating, responding ever so quickly. We would have stayed longer as we found it so peaceful in the nature and with the big garden, it was perfect for our dog and toddler to play and roam. Would highly recommend this place!

We spent five days in this cozy apartment perfect for two people. The place is small but extremely comfortable, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. In addition, the location is really strategic, very close to the sea but in the middle of the Tuscan hills and therefore two lows from the most beautiful villages in Italy that are absolutely worth a visit. A special thank you goes to the host Dora, who was nothing short of great. She gave us lots of helpful tips and directions to explore the area and make the most of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing and authentic vacation.
