Stefano è un ottimo padrone di casa, estremamente gentile e disponibile. L' appartamento è accogliente e pulito, ubicato in una zona silenziosa e strategica, a due passi dal centro di Cividale.

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have had so far. The apartment is just as lovely as it looks in the photos and the view over the Gulf of Trieste is quite beautiful. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Trieste train station and another 5-10 minutes to reach the city centre. It's quite a steep walk back up the hill to the apartment but thankfully there are regular buses that stop just down the road and a day pass on the buses is very cheap. Valentina was an excellent host, always responsive, friendly and very helpful. We would 100% recommend this apartment. Thank you, Valentina!

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft - mir persönlich war allerdings das große Bett im Erdgeschoß zu weich. Im Wohnzimmer sollte man ein neues Sofa hinstellen - im Winter ist die Heizsituation manchmal schwierig. Aber Michela ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und so passt dann wieder alles wunderbar. Kleiner Tip: im nahen Sedegliano gibt es einen kleinen Shop, wo einfach alles gut ist, vom Croissant bis zum Prosciutto, Käse, aber auch fertige Speisen - gegenüber von der Kirche, heißt "Tauler" (genaue Öffnungszeiten sind nicht eruirbar, am Abend meist bis 19 Uhr offen)

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub dank der Ruhe Oase des Bauernhofs. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll gestaltetet und obwohl der Bauernhof an einer Straße gelegen ist, ist es schön ruhig. Die Klimaanlagen auf den Zimmern sind klasse und sorgen über den Tag für eine tolle Temperatur. Das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll gemacht mit eigenen Produkten des Bauernhofs (z.B. Eiern). Elena war jeden morgen da und hat uns klasse Tipps für den Strand oder die Umgebung gegeben. Auch als unser Auto Probleme gemacht hat, konnte sie uns gleich helfen. Man merkt, dass es den Gastgebern wichtig ist, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Überall sind Katzen, die diesem kleinem Bauernhof so nochmal den letzten schliff geben. Für uns als Paar eine perfekte Unterkunft. Wir werden definitiv mit unserer kleinen Familie irgendwann wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Un monolocale in mezzo al verde con pecorelle che pascolano sotto le finestre!! Comodo e vicino alla piazza centrale del paesino. Unico neo niente breackfast e la domenica mattina non c'è un bar aperto...

Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber toll für Kinder. Der Pool ist sehr sauber. Nette Nachbarn. Das einzige negative waren die Mücken also Mückenspray ist muss. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub gerne wieder.

L’appartamento è molto confortevole pulito, spazioso e silenzioso. Grande pregio anche il posteggio privato ma adatto a mezzi di medie dimensioni in quanto le vie nei dintorni sono molto strette. A 5 minuti a piedi c’è un grande supermercato e in 5 minuti in macchina sei nel centro di Trieste. Grazie a Gianluca per la sua ospitalità .

We zijn 5 dagen in dit mooie appartement verbleven. Het appartement is prettig en praktisch ingericht. Fijn dat we zelf een terrasje hadden. Het was rustig in het appartementencomplex toen wij er verbleven. Mooie omgeving en heerlijk om na een lange reisdag zo het stadje in te kunnen lopen voor een cappuccino of warme maaltijd. 's Morgens haalden we broodjes bij de bakker vlakbij het appartement.

Wow, what an incredible stay here with picture perfect views of the sea! It was a mesmerizing way to start and end my daily adventures. Trieste is about 10 minutes away by car. There are some restaurants nearby. The place itself was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The driveway is bit narrow and steep, but you get used to it very fast. Highly recommend for a fabulous/relaxing stay!

Perfekt beliggenhed - tæt på strand og hyggelige omgivelser. Dejlig by og fine butikker. Huset er hyggeligt - gode senge, aircondition og lækkert med udebruser. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Wir waren eine Woche in Triest. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, zentraler geht nicht, dadurch etwas laut aber dank guter Fenster und Klimaanlage kein größeres Problem. Wir hatten zweimal ein kleines Anliegen, wurde beides prompt erledigt. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Stadt. Vielen Dank für die kleine Überraschung zum Abschied, beim nächsten Besuch nur wieder bei Elisa

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Trieste. Steps from the waterfront, and about 5-10mins walking from many nice shops and restaurants. Their is an elevator to the 4th floor, which was nice after some long days exploring.

Un très bel endroit perdu au milieu de la montagne. Très belle rencontre avec Martina qui est une hôtesse charmante et amicale. Un logement parfait en tous points. Que demander de plus ? Si, y revenir dès que possible ! 🙂

Alloggio veramente bello, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort, a meno di 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Grande e super accessoriata cucina, 2 camere da letto spaziose con ampi armadi e 2 bagni dotati di vari prodotti da toeletta; biancheria e asciugamani di ottima qualità. Arredamento curato nei minimi particolari e con ottimo gusto da Marisol, che è stata una host veramente cordiale e disponibile. Il nostro soggiorno a Trieste è stato davvero piacevole. Super consigliato!

l'alloggio di Luca è molto ben curato. Ci siamo sentiti un po' come a casa. Il letto era molto comodo, la cucina è fornita di tutto quello che serve, anche se noi l'abbiamo usata poco però abbiamo apprezzato. l'alloggio è veramente centrale ma molto silenzioso perché si affaccia sugli interni. Luca è stato presente dal momento della prenotazione e lo abbiamo incontrato anche al check-in dove ci ha fornito alcune indicazioni utili. Abbiamo percepito una grande attenzione per i clienti sia per come era arredata e fornita la casa sia per la disponibilità durante il soggiorno. Grazie!

Ottimo alloggio, trovato pulitissimo. Nada si è dimostrata molto flessibile sugli orari di check-in seppur avvisandola solo poco prima dell’arrivo. Soddisfatti.

My partner and I were both pleasantly surprised by this listing, which is both elegant and comfortable. The beds are new and the couch is great, perfect for lounging when it is raining outside. Particular attention has been paid to the design and fittings of the two bathrooms, one of which is explicitly planned and equipped for those who might be mobility challenged. All the appliances, like the rest of the flat, are new. The kitchen has a large fridge, two hobs and a dishwasher. There is a part of the listing dedicated to laundry and clothing which has ample space to hang, iron and store items. Thoughtful touches can be found throughout the listing, with a ledge for a coffee on the wall next to the couch, so nice when you are reading, a range of glasses for different types of drink, and--our favorite--a part of the 8th century foundations that have been made visible through a glass opening in the bedroom. The listing is also eco-friendly, with some of the appliances powered by solar panels. A real gem!

This is a great charming place to stay in the centre of the old town. We loved the little touches on home decoration & that lofty feel. A fully equipped kitchen for those wishing to cook! Paolo & Simonetta as hosts offer quick & friendly turnaround on communication which was greatly appreciated!
