Beachfront vacation rentals in Province of Gorizia

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

stayed with a toddler and baby. was great. Toddler had the playground to himself. Great tea and coffee provided and place was spotless. sitting area outside was brilliant.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Ondrej is really a very nice host. He was always easy to reach and explained a lot to us, which is important for the accessibility of the apartment and also for other things, such as the garage. In addition, Jana is also on site. The key handover for the apartment was completely problem-free. If you have any questions, Jana was always available immediately. Such good communication is rare! The apartment is quiet in a pedestrian zone. You can park the car in a very spacious garage and do something somewhere every day from there. You just have to be careful when driving down into the underground garage entrance (with extra locked garage doors), but that was no problem. The beds are excellent for sleeping, and the apartment can be heated very well with the air conditioning. The kitchen is new and very well furnished. The bathroom was very clean. You can stay very well on the large covered balcony. I'm sure we'll be back!

They were super nice. Paolo was there when we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. They let us check out late without any extra charge. Their apartment was super clean and what surprised me, he took off his shoes before entering which for me was respectful( the mom who has little kids understand me) The beach was just a minute and the apartment was in the center. I recommend it to any family who wanna have a super relaxing holiday in Grado.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable and everything was clean. We could also enjoy breakfast on the terrace and let the bathing suits dry. Check-in was great and Michele was very helpful and also gave us some insider restaurant tips. The apartment is well located. Playground for our child nearby, as well as the beach (about 250 m/free beach about 450 m).

The stay at Thomas's was very nice. The location right on the beach is great. The communication with Thomas is very good. He responds very quickly and is very helpful. :)

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

We felt very comfortable at Alenka and Diego's and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The parking lot for the car is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The fridge was filled with delicious food when we arrived. It is a quiet location and nice area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing vacation with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

Perfect apartment for 2 families with kids. Close to everything in walking distance, beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. Nevertheless, the desired tranquility, so not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Monica's place was great. Very tidy and you can find everything you need for cooking, dining, chilling and sleeping. Amazing location on the beach. Highly recommend and looking forward to come back again ✨️🌞🏡🫶

Highly recommended. Sparkling clean, well maintained, two balconies accessible through all three rooms (2 bedrooms & 1 living room). The sea view is a dream. We slept well too. We will be happy to come back next time incl. Gel protection (we did not consider it, but is necessary in the evening in all of Sabbiadoro if you don't want to have dippels).

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

The apartment is like suspended between the sky and the sea. Extremely well-kept accommodation, with modern design objects and quality materials. Impeccable cleanliness. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom. It was a nice discovery in a place full of history and culture, which is Grado.

The location is really great - close to the center of Grado, but very peaceful and quiet. Walking distances: 2 minutes to the promenade, ca. 10 minutes to the beach, ca. 5 minutes to two supermarkets, ca. 12 minutes to the bus station. The communication with the host was fast, clear, and friendly. The apartment matches the description. Overall very positive impression, I am happy to recommend this solution.
