Great solution for families thanks to the location very close to Levante beach and the center of Caorle. Full house, clean and maintained. The only note may need to report the living/kitchen area a little small (we are 2 adults and 3 children) and on the balconies you can't have lunch/dinner. The night being very close to the center a little noisy for those who love more tranquility. Anyway, to recommend and maybe come back

Everything was perfect, we had a great time. It's a very good place for a family vacation. The host was responsible and helpful. We definitely can recommend it for a visit.

Giuliana personally welcomed us and handed over the key, she has a very friendly manner and the communication went smoothly. The apartment is as described and has a great location, almost directly on the beach. The kitchen equipment is a bit sparse, but the most necessary is available. The folding bed is very comfortable, the sofa bed very practical, but it rattles with every movement. The cleanliness in the apartment can still be improved. It was not cleaned thoroughly enough, as we still found a lot of hair, dust and sand and some dirty dishes. Overall, we had a nice stay and thank Giuliana again for the wonderful time with her.

This place was truly amazing! We were looking for a getaway place and got far more than we looked for. The location was absolutely prime and the home was very welcoming and comfortable! The host was more than helpful, even helping us in person when needed. 100% five stars!! And would def book again!

Dario answered all questions extremely quickly and helpfully. He was an initiator himself. He is very good to communicate with. He makes traveling easier. The accommodation is centrally located, just a few meters from the main street, yet in a quiet place. The beach is relatively quickly accessible by foot.

It all worked out. The apartment is as described and fully equipped. The beach and the center with many shops and restaurants are very easy to walk in 5 minutes.

We were 4 sisters who had the pleasure of vacationing in Alessandro's accommodation. The place is large and has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Alessandro answered every question quickly and even helped us find a suitable offer for a trip to Venice. We felt very comfortable and look forward to coming back next year. Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

We were very satisfied with this apartment. Future guests may accept that there is a construction of a new building in the neighbourhood, but there were no loud noises during our stay, only a few. We will come back!

great accommodation, clean and very well organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the bathroom there is a hairdryer and in the living room there are some board games and a kitchenette for children: appreciated by children and parents to spend a peaceful vacation! Nice outdoor space with a table and also a shower to remove the sand. The area is quiet, there is a free beach within walking distance. Elisa was a very nice and always available host, she also left us a welcome gift 💞 Super recommended accommodation also for families!

Perfect apartment for 2 families with kids. Close to everything in walking distance, beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. Nevertheless, the desired tranquility, so not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Nice and practical flat in an excellent position 5 minutes far from the beach, surrounded by pines, with an allocated parking spot. Supermarket and other shops are all at walking distance. Overall a very positive experience.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

We had very nice days in Luigina's apartment. She is an extremely friendly and warm woman. For our family, the layout was perfect. The amenities were modern and suitable for the stay. Location was perfect for us! We would definitely return!
