Beachfront vacation rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

The accommodation is very central, right in the center of Grados. Nevertheless, it is very quiet there. The apartment has two balconies, which is convenient for drying the bathing suits. If you want to complain about something, then the very small bathroom and the fact that the four of us only had one key available.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

I stayed in Giuliana's apartment with my dog. We had a great time, the apartment is ideal for two people, functional, nothing is missing. Great location, a stone's throw from the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and all other kinds of shops. Giuliana is an available and friendly host. An experience to be repeated!

We really enjoyed our stay at Donatella's apartment. Booking, communication and all organizational topics worked perfectly. The apartment is very well equipped and is just a few minutes away between the beach, shopping and the old town, which has many nice restaurants.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

We came back here for the second time and definitely won't be the last! Whenever we travel to the north of Italy, accommodation at Alessandro will be our choice of soul. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities, perfect even for large families – we are 2 adults and 3 children, and we all had comfortable and restful beds. The location is ideal: centrally positioned, close to the beach, restaurants and shops – everything at your fingertips without the need for long trips. The host, Alessandro, is just extraordinary. Of a discreetness and kindness rarely encountered, always attentive to details – from the cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge after a long drive, to the advice and recommendations provided with a lot of care, just when we needed it. This accommodation has become for us a loved, familiar place where we will always come back with love. A 5 star experience!

We spent 11 days at Gianluca's place and were more than satisfied. We especially liked the quiet yet central location. The place itself was well equipped (cutlery, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, air pump...etc.) Everything was very clean and we had a large balcony. Gianluca was always available and very friendly and even allowed us to check out later. We will be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.

Accommodation structured to be fantastic. Three bedrooms: 1 double (slatted with a new mattress that is a little hard!) and 2 with two single beds each (spring beds). Kitchen, large living room, bathroom maybe a little small if there are 6 of you but we can take turns, perfect for three of us. To complete everything, a fabulous terrace!!! with a view, beach view that is used for lunch, dinner, aperitifs, sunbathing. Wow. Service notes. The key safe is behind the entrance door/gate that is always open, so close it and look behind you. In front of the property, there is a yellow line parking lot for temporary parking for comfortable loading and unloading. The property has its own reserved parking. The Custodian is always available. A negative note is the "monopoly" of seats and umbrellas, occupied by the permanent residents, from morning to night, but that's the way it is, it's not Monica's fault. Paid: TV and Wi-Fi.

As a returning guest, we were once again very satisfied.

Duplex apartment very well equipped (including coffee maker), located 500m from wide free beach and 2 km from the city center (perfect distance for evening walk for dinner and ice cream). Everything you need in the area: grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bakeries. A parking spot in an underground garage is priceless. Free access to a very well-maintained pool (1.45 m), a shower for children, and sun loungers. Great !!!

Spacious and clean apartment, a stone's throw from the very beautiful and well-equipped beach, very close to the center and therefore within walking distance! We will gladly return!

Caterina personally welcomed us and provided us with tips and was always easily accessible during our stay. Your apartment is spacious, well laid out and ideally located. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores and a large Despar are easily accessible. The apartment has been recently renovated and newly furnished. You can tell from many details that it is used as a private family apartment: washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board and iron may be used. In the kitchen, there is really everything you need in terms of appliances, dishes and basic equipment. The apartment was exceptionally clean. 2 small disadvantages: If the air conditioning and dishwasher ran at the same time, the circuit breaker tripped several times. The neighbors upstairs were often quite noisy even during the night. In summary, the apartment is ideally suited for a family of up to six people. We'll be back for sure!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))

Great place to stay, brilliant location and 2 mins to the beach. Slightly noisy in early morning due to rubbish collections but the place was just as described and perfect for a getaway!

You step out the door and are in the middle of the life of the old town with all its restaurants and cafes. For us and our short vacation (3 nights), the apartment was absolutely perfect. The beach can be reached in 10 minutes and 2 loungers with parasols were even reserved for us free of charge. The apartment is newly renovated and can accommodate 2 people. Even with 4 people, it is probably comfortable to live there. The apartment consists of a large living room overlooking Piazza Pio X, a large spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, a small nice kitchen and a very nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. Signora Giuliana is a very nice, humorous and young person. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

We stayed at Anna's place for 10 days. The apartment is very clean and cozy. In addition, it has everything you need. The location is very convenient: only a few minutes to the sea. Anna was very kind, responded quickly and even left us breakfast! We were impressed with the hospitality. There is good internet in the apartment, so I could work without any problems. It is also convenient to park the car. I will recommend Anna to my friends!

The apartment is really in an optimal location! Very short distance to the beach and many restaurants or food options (doner kebab, ice cream, gelato, etc.) in the immediate vicinity. The huge terrace is also great for children in the evening! I can only say the best about Marisa! She was always super friendly and incredibly reliable! Both the check-in on arrival and the checkout were maximally flexible! Thanks for the great accommodation, happy to come back!
