Convenient apartment for getting to Cremona in the clean and very quiet center Roberto was very helpful with us and above all at our disposal We liked Cremona and this apartment too The only downside is parking Overall I recommend it and hope to come back to Cremona

We had a great stay at Mario's and it was really good value. The location is right next to the train station which was perfect for our short stay we came in and left by train. The walk to lakefront is easy and around 10mins The apartment itself has everything you need. The balacony was a nice space to enjoy and the superking bed was a welcome addition. The house comes with all the ammenities you will need for a short stay Mario was a great host too, super quick and detailed on messaging, he came to meet us at the station to make sure the check in was as smooth as possible.

Very friendly host, welcoming, always responsive to guest requests, we had a great stay. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in Piacenza for five days. Fabrizio's apartment was perfect; just a couple of minutes from the train station, the grocery store, and just a short walk to the city centre. Fabrizio met us outside the building and showed us how to get in. One of the other comments we read said that the apartment "smelled like smoke"; we did not find this to be the case. It was clean and fresh with no lingering odor of smoke or of pets. One thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift, so getting the luggage up the stairs can be a bit of a workout. We would absolutely stay here again!

The host provided us with all the necessary information for our stay (location, check-in instructions, tips on the area, etc.) and was always available. We had a very good time in the apartment and it was a very pleasant stay: the garage available was really a convenience!

From the beginning, Pietro stood out for his friendliness and promptness in responding to all my needs (even before my arrival). I was warmly welcomed in your apartment where you gave me some tips to make the most of my short stay. The house looks just like the photo! Super clean, tidy, and welcoming. The property has a spacious pool and a well-maintained tennis court. The location is really strategic since in a few minutes you can get to the lake. I recommend this solution to both singles and couples of all ages.

Mara was welcoming, very kind and helpful. Beautiful atmosphere, the house is on a closed street, so parking is convenient in front of the house. House immersed in a wonderful setting, green meadows and pure air. Wonderful welcome also from the very sweet dog who immediately makes you happy with his presence. The house... I was amazed by the house... it smells good, very clean, cozy and furnished with a very unique attention to detail! Feeling of serenity, tranquility. My room was very large, perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is impeccable, very clean. ... I had a great time, everything was perfect. This was a lovely place with great resouces - bikes and breakfast. The hosts were great and very flexible with all of our needs!

We were only there one night, but Marcello was very flexible and made this very possible. The communication was great, the apartment very clean, small but nice, and we can't complain. Great place to stay for a short stay in the city. Highly recommend.

We only stayed one night as we were just passing through. Alessandro was super kind, his directions and information were always very detailed

We spent 4 nights as a group of three (2 adults and 1 teenager) in this home. Although relatively cramped, it's enough for our use: we only slept there (visit around the lake, and meals outside). So he filled us perfectly. The real plus: the pool. What a pleasure to relax after a day of visiting under the sun... The master bedroom is very well equipped (air conditioning). The mezzanine room was suitable for our daughter. I think it would have been more complicated with a toddler... Nevertheless, it is an ideal starting point for visiting the South of Lake Garda (Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiara).

Cesare was an excellent host. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where to go what to see. It is clear he loves Cremona! He took me to the train station and I would not have known where to go if it weren't for him helping me with my ticket and accompanying me to the train as it boarded in an area which was not easy to find. The studio was lovely and clean and very centrally located. I could walk everywhere. Cesare went above and beyond his duties as a host. I highly recommend his studio and when I visit Cremona again I will certainly stay in his studio again!

Very nice apartment near the station and a stone's throw from the center, for us who worked at the perfect Municipale. Convenient for business trips, the apartment has everything you need.

We really enjoy Stefano's place because of the convenience in being close to Desenzano downtown and the big living room and master bedroom. I really enjoy the dark room for a good sleep. thanks for having us!
