We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful accommodation. Everything was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal — all the places we wanted to visit were easily accessible. Federica, our host, was incredibly helpful. Whenever we needed something, she responded almost immediately. She also recommended many great restaurants and local markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, and other local products — which was an amazing experience for us. Our stay with Cinzia and her wonderful family was just perfect! From the start, they were incredibly helpful and warm. Although there was a problem with our rental car on arrival and we did not receive a car as agreed at the airport, Cinzia was immediately at our side. The taxi prices were extremely high, but Cinzia was kind enough to drive us personally to the nearest train station on our return. We are extremely grateful to her for this generosity! The apartment was also spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the morning cappuccino in the park directly opposite, at Gabriel's – it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Cinzia for your kindness and helpfulness. The place was great. I liked the large bedroom with a view of the sea best. The place offers everything you need. Personally, I was just missing an oven - but that's a habit :) It was totally nice to have breakfast on the terrace and have the sea in front of the door or just sunbathe there or end the evening relaxed. I enjoyed it there and would go there again:)

I went with my boyfriend and we really liked Giorgia's house, a super clean and organized space very easy to find. Giorgia was an amazing host received us with wine and entrances, always very helpful, responded super fast, gave us good indications of what to do in iglesias and in the surroundings from beaches, restaurants, etc...it's a great location! 10 min from the train station and a bus stop 2 min from home, supermade right in front. All very good recommend!

Christian is a fantastic host, I have stayed at this place in the past and I love the location and connivence. I try to always stay in Cristians places as I love the estics and prefer to stay on ground floor places, and all of his places are on the ground floor. Keep doing what you are doing, you are an incredible host and friend.

Lovely place nestled in a side street. Paolo was great and proactive from the start, flexible at check-in and check-out. Perfect place to stay for a couple, the bedroom is very private and cosy. Great restaurants 5-10 minutes walk away, train station a 10 minute walk, just a lovely spot.

I would stay here again. The hosts were very informative and promptly responded to my inquiries. The stay looked just like the photos and they provided additional amenities, which were fantastic after a lo no trip. There is a bus stop located just across the street, although I would consider renting a car in the future due to the bus scheduling. Still, the hosts connected me with other services and insights to easily navigate. 10/10 experience!

We had a wonderful week at this great house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, well equipped and 100% matched the pictures and description. In addition, the location could not be better: There are several fantastic beaches (both wild beaches and tourist beaches with sun loungers/restaurants/bars) with white sand and turquoise blue, clean water, great pine forests and small authentic shops with local products as well as good restaurants - and all within walking distance of the house. In the house itself, you also enjoy absolute tranquility and, above all, the unobstructed view from the roof terrace over the pine forests to the sea is simply unforgettable. Stefan is the perfect host: super friendly, accommodating and always available for questions and great tips. Thank you for everything - we will definitely be back!

We stayed 5 days in Stefania's apartment and we absolutely recommend it if you are looking for a strategic location to get around along the south - south west coast and a comfortable, very quiet and extremely beautiful place to stay. The apartment is located in the context of the main villa, with a separate entrance. We really liked it, it is furnished with great care, very large, the terrace is airy during the day and sheltered from the sun. We particularly liked the bed (very comfortable, you'll sleep well) and the huge sofa equally comfortable. The host Stefania was very attentive to our needs, punctual in communications, gave us excellent and useful tips for visiting places and beaches. Recommended!

Clean accommodation, central area, Romina and Fabrizio were very helpful and welcomed us with a smile, I highly recommend the stay!

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful walkable place that fit our entire family. So many great places to eat right outside the door and my 5 year old really enjoyed being so close to the pick up for the train.

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Amazing stay, the apartment was big, bright and with a massive terrace with a view of the whole city. The check in was flawless and the support from Edoardo was exceptional. Location was super prime. Highly recommended!
