Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Brescia

Communication with Boris an 11/10. Always available, super fast answers, absolutely understandable instructions, simply GREAT! The apartment is really very small, the two of us had a large suitcase and with this the room by the couch is already well filled, but that doesn't matter at all, as the bed offers plenty of space (also for 2 people >1.80m) We cooked 2x and always used the roof terrace for breakfast and dinner :) The view from the terrace was great, also the way to the lake is short and the pebble beach is fine. You are within max. 10 minutes directly in Garda on foot and 5 minutes by car to the nearest large supermarket in Garda. We absolutely loved our stay and were very satisfied. Thank you :)

Laura was an impeccable host. Even before we arrived, he sent us the photographic directions to reach the house. She was available to accommodate our needs and requests, even the most trivial ones, such as providing us with wood to light the fireplace. Spacious and functional house with a terrace overlooking the valley. Quiet and cool area for those seeking peace and contact with nature.

We as a young small family had a great time at Villa Tiziana. The location was great, the host was great and the place was great. If there is one thing to complain about, it is the humidity and the smell in the apartment, otherwise we were very satisfied all around :)

A very stylish, individual property in a peaceful location & with a beautiful view all within walking distance of central Limone. We really enjoyed the small balcony directly off our room for morning coffee and breakfast and the larger balcony with loungers was a lovely space too. The walk into Limone of 10/15 minutes to the ferry, bars & restaurants ( some are nearer) on footpaths & feeling safe is a bonus. Although if you arrive by boat be mindful of how much luggage you have as it’s very busy when you get off and taxis are not easy to find until you get to the taxi rank. This is about half way to the apartment so we just carried on!

From the first contact, Claudio made a great effort and communication was super easy and very nice. He personally welcomed us on site and surprised us with Prosecco and a pastry specialty. The studio is located in an impressive old palazzo from the 15th century and is one of the oldest buildings, very impressive. It is partly furnished with antiques and partly with modern furniture, very tasteful and we felt immediately comfortable. The highlight was then the fantastic terrace with the great view of the lake and the wonderful planting with bougainville and wine... a wonderful place that we often used and enjoyed. The kitchen area is a bit small, but equipped with the necessary amenities. The bathroom is also small, but very nice. Unfortunately, there was hardly any WiFi, but that was almost secondary to all the beautiful things. We highly recommend the beautiful studio in a great location and with a dream view!🤩👍☀️

Simply fantastic – best Airbnb accommodation ever! 🌞 The place was really a hit! The view was like in a picture book – you couldn't get enough of it. Morning coffee with lake and city views. Yes, please! ☕ The apartment itself was super equipped, everything sparkling clean and totally cozy. We lacked nothing – from the kitchen to the terrace, everything was perfectly thought out. The absolute highlight for our kids (and frankly for us too): the mega pool! 🏊‍♂️ The 3 spent almost the whole day there – we almost had to fish them out in the evening 😄 In short: We felt completely comfortable. If you book here, you're doing everything right. We will definitely be back – absolute recommendation!

What a stunning place to stay. The views are incredible. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the 3 min walk to the beach/lake make this location brilliant.

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

Beautiful spacious, clean and brand new apartment. Fully equipped and beautifully located with a covered view of the lake. Very spacious balcony, spacious bathroom. Host responds quickly to questions and requests during the stay. Private parking space on enclosed grounds available at the apartment. There are 8 apartments spread over 2 floors. The apartments are located in a hairpin bend, so that passing motorcycles can be heard on the weekend, but that does not bother you inside. Despite the fact that we only stayed here for 3 nights due to a stopover, we had a good time.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Super friendly and helpful host. She was always very kind, she gave us advice and whenever we needed she always responded politely and quickly. More beautiful than in the photos, bright and large spaces. Very well-kept gardens, one of the most beautiful experiences ever made on aribnb especially because of the host and the house. We had a very nice week with Silvia in Capo di Ponte. The accommodation is an excellent option for two people with a child and a dog. Communication with Silvia was very good. There is not much going on in Capo di Ponte, there are many possibilities to do something in the vicinity. We enjoyed it very much, the tranquility was good. Thank you again!

We felt comfortable in the apartment, which was high-quality and very clean. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Anna, who lives above the apartment, was always available and extremely nice. The house has 3 more apartments: 2 above this apartment and 1 on the right. The location of the house is quiet and the view of Lake Garda is really beautiful🤩. We had a relaxing week with a mix of cycling, boating and swimming in the lake. Thanks again for everything Elisa and Anna.

It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

Marisa is a wonderfully attentive host who maintains contact on her own initiative and offers her advice and support in all matters, in the best German, by the way. The apartment is very harmonious and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning, set to quiet, is very pleasant. We liked to use the outdoor seating in the quiet alley and also the bars, shops, bakeries and the ice cream shop in the immediate vicinity. Those who "come home" from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda meet familiar faces and soon feel like part of the village. Thank you, Marisa, for the wonderful holiday week with you.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.

Stunning flat full of style and thoughtful design. The view is incredible, with a large balcony that spans the whole front of the apartment across each room. (Which feels extremely private with no one over looking). We slept very well on a comfy bed with full blackout electric blinds. The kitchen dining area was stylish and fitted with everything you could need. The location is perfect - a short stroll into the town centre but just out of the way enough for peace and quiet. Alex and Giusi were really responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back!
