We had a really nice and almost perfect three days. The property is cozy, with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights is definitely the outdoor area: spacious, well-kept and with a truly breathtaking panoramic view! A heartfelt thanks to Sabrina and her colleague Caterina for their great willingness to meet our requests: we felt really well received. We would love to come back. Highly recommended!

I booked a weekend in Pierfranco's beautiful farmhouse for my theater company. We needed a quiet and spacious place for our rehearsals and everything was perfect; the extreme kindness and helpfulness of Pierfranco, who always helped us and clarified any doubts in a timely manner; the wonderful welcome that he and his wife gave us; the wonderful house, with many outdoor areas and equipped with everything you need. What struck us the most is their mission: the rental income from this house goes to charity, to fund their children's two volunteer projects. Everything was wonderful, we'll be back.

Thanks again Veronica for this little corner of heaven. The house is quiet, very pretty and welcoming. We were 2 couples with our children and it was perfect. Everything is well soundproofed which really allows you to enjoy the evenings on the ground floor, garden when the children sleep upstairs:) Everything is very clean, the bedding is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. The garden is very nice with the pool (unfortunately we did not use it because it was not yet hot enough) the swings, sunbeds. And there's even chickens, a pony, and 2 turtles that made our kids happy. No complaints:) thank you!!!

We had a really enjoyable stay! The location is enchanting, nestled in the hills, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is beautiful, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Every detail is taken care of. The hosts were very kind and very helpful. Highly recommended, we would gladly come back!

Elisabetta gave us the necessary instructions for check-in very clearly and in summary. There was no crowded information, it was clear and sufficient. He responded very quickly when we needed anything and never stopped communicating. It was comforting that the car was parked in a safe area right next to us. The bed was quite large, clean and comfortable, the towels were quite clean. I was able to use everything in the house with peace of mind. The house is on the ground floor, so it is very suitable for people with disabilities. It was very close to the Seravelle designer Outlet, we had no difficulty. This is the only place I want to come back to. Thanks for everything 🙏

Francesca’s place is amazing and she made our stay very easy and pleasant for our family. The house has been beautifully restored, is very comfortable, spacious and filled with interesting art - the photos don’t do it justice. Francesca went out of her way to make sure the bedrooms were set up as we needed when we arrived. She has also kindly given us produce from her garden and had helpful recommendations. We would be back in a heartbeat.

Federica was an excellent host. She was extremely helpful with the check in and during my stay. I was even sick a few days and she went to the pharmacy to get me some medicine which I really appreciate. Studio was in a very peaceful location near the river. It is matching perfectly the description Federica has on her listing. Studio was recently renovated and it was beautiful. Nice double bed with an extending table that I used a lot as I had to work during some of my time there. Kitchen had all necessities needed. Bathroom was small but was perfectly fine. As the studio is located very close to the river you can go easily for walks around area and in the nearby woods. Will definitely recommend this

Our stay at Erica's went very well. The apartment is spacious for the few days we spent. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is very clean with a large mirror, 🙂 ideal for getting ready. We had a great time in this apartment. The space is even better in real life than in photo and it is really very clean and spacious. Emilio welcomed us very warmly and gave us very good recommendations for our stay. I recommend this apartment .

This is my first time to Italy and Europe. As someone who works in the hospitality industry I can say I was floored by Renata’s. She was such an accommodating host and went above and beyond despite operating a beautiful wine operation in which I purchased several bottles of wine from. The town is a 20 minute walk from the location with small stores and markets you can purchase day to day goods from. A couple things to note if you do rent from here: 1- RENT a vehicle, public transit is non existent in this area. 2- have euros as some of the shops don’t accept card. Renata let us know about the transportation concerns and being naive we did not heed her warnings. The experience we had was one I will never forget due to Renata’s amazing hospitality. In conclusion I would only stay at Renata’s amazing apartment in the future and I will have a car rented. Renata was so kind to help with securing transportation for us!!!

Very nice and cozy property, ideal for getting away from the city. Great cleanliness and very helpful staff. It was basically a pleasure trip with all the comforts and relaxation we were looking for, but it was like feeling at home! Highly recommended!

We had a good time, very convenient location, very nice apartment. It is true that during the late evening you could hear people under the street, but being in the week it then calmed down and we slept well. The only note (I didn't ask Carolina) in the listing was a private parking space, but I don't think there is one. (We were on a motorcycle, in the end we put it in the square, some passers-by advised against leaving it at night on the weekend)

Laura is a dream host because she has thought of everything! The apartment is extremely well equipped plus she had a special welcome treat waiting for us. We felt right at home and loved being only a very short walk into the heart of Nizza.

We enjoyed our stay at Emanuela very much. She is very enthusiastic, helpful and welcoming, she responds quickly to questions and gives a lot of information about the area. The apartment is decorated with great care and taste and is in a fantastic place in the center: restaurants, bars, sights and the weekly market within walking distance. Two extra pluses: a lovely, large terrace and a private parking space. We would recommend a stay at Emanuela's place to anyone.

In 5 we were guests in this living room with sofa bed (alternatively for the 5th bed you could have a bed in one room), room with kitchenette, two bedrooms each with a double bed, two bathrooms and a small room with a washing machine; there is also a large terrace. The apartment is located along the state road 10 minutes from Masone in the direction of Voltri; you have to take a narrow street through an elbow intersection (marked by a sign "B&B km99") and after another hairpin you reach the B&B, access is a little difficult with a large car. The area is very quiet and surrounded by the greenery of the Apennines. Very responsive owners in responding to messages and very welcoming, the check-in time is flexible (until 10pm). For dinner you can go to Masone (the owners' advice on choosing the place is very useful) and breakfast (good) is prepared on the living room table from the night before.

Staying at Alessandro's place is always a pleasure. Highly recommended!
