Bardzo ciekawe miejsce w pięknej starej kamienicy. Plusem jest pełne wyposażenie apartamentu, włącznie z pralką czy zmywarką. Na minus bardzo małe i ciasne sypialnie z kiepską wentylacją oraz hałas z ulicy ale nie jest to jakiś wielki problem ;)

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

Well appointed apartment located in the heart of the old town waking distance to a beach as well as restaurants and shops. We loved the farmers market located a block away most mornings from 8 am to 1 pm. The apartment is located on top of a bar/restaurant however the bedroom is located in the back opposite of the bar so it is quiet. There is no lift to the 2nd floor so something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or trouble climbing stairs. Overall we loved the apartment and would recommend to friends.

The location couldn’t be better for this apartment, right at the foot of the marché, 3 min walk to the beach, right in the heart of old Antibes and surrounded by everything you could need. Being in the heart of it does mean it’s a little noisy, and you can hear the church bells loud and clear, but that’s part of being located so perfectly centrally! The apartment is a a great size, clean and well-equipped. I stayed for Cannes Film Festival and it was quite easy to walk to the train station and get into Cannes every day. Ivan was super responsive and everything was very clear and convenient.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Hôte trés accueillant. Appartement propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Tout était parfait. Le box securisé pour la voiture est un véritable plus.

Échange claire et réactif avec l’hôte, le logement est impeccable de part et d’autres tout est à disposions, hôte pleins de belles intentions envers nous, super séjour, on va revenir et on recommande très fortement

Enrico und seine Frau sind freundliche, herzliche und offene Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super, die zwei sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Gerne komme ich wieder vorbei, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Très bon séjour en famille, l’emplacement proche de la mer et de Montpellier sont de réels atouts. La maison a du charme et est très spacieuse. Je recommande

Logement très propre, très fonctionnel, avec une belle décoration ( très soignée) excellente literie, nous étions 9 adultes avec chacun sa chambre (5) et 4 salles de bains ( 1 partagée). Les pièces sont très spacieuses, la cuisine est très bien équipée, 2 salons sont à disposition, bref à 9 nous ne nous sommes pas marchés dessus, chacun ayant son espace. Côté extérieur la terrasse et sa piscine au centre de la villa, sont juste bien aménagés avec grande table pour les repas entre amis, transats, parasols, barbecue etc... On peut facilement garer 3 voitures à l intérieur de la cour mais à l extérieur le stationnement est facile aussi. Voisinage proche mais aucune nuisance ni vis à vis. A deux pas du centre,3mn à pied de la boulangerie, des bars et restaurants. Bref toute notre famille vous recommande cette adresse pour passer un we, une semaine...

Beau logement avec une place de parking juste devant la porte, des chambres spacieuses, un salon/sam joliment decoré, une cuisine moderne agréable et bien équipée. Et pour se détendre, de la lecture et un petit jardinet où l'on peut manger ou se prélasser. Pas loin de tout, 20 minutes à pied de la place de la comédie (ou en tram), à 15 min du port Marianne. Manuel, l'hôte est sympa, les instructions claires. Je recommande vivement.

Maison de charme dans un bel environnement, en pleine nature et au calme. L’espace piscine est très agréable, la piscine chauffée permet d’en profiter hors saison. Maya est accueillante et flexible, nous avons pu arriver plus tôt et repartir plus tard ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Elle nous a donné plein de conseils pour les activités et restaurants. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre amis

La maison est bien située et assez spacieuse pour y séjourner en famille, au calme. Le logement est très propre et bien pensé pour y passer de bons moments. J'ai apprécié la petite attention que Joachim et Alicia ont eu à mon arrivée, la qualité des échanges et surtout leur disponibilité pour répondre à mes questions.

La maison de Myriam est au top, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis. L'ensemble des équipements est vraiment sans aucune lacune. Gite 5 étoiles que je recommande.

Appartement idéalement placé à 5mn à pied de la plage et du Seaquarium. Roselyne est une hôte très accueillante et sympathique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Perfect flat for my Festival stay. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Room to spread my travel belongings. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés ce bel appartement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé avec en plus une grande terrasse, ensoleillée le matin. Isabelle et Alain sont des hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons certainement aux beaux jours pour explorer un peu plus cette belle région.
