Vacation rentals with beach access in Progreso

Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

This is the second time I have stayed here for stays longer than a week and I am always fascinated by the tranquility that the space offers, the beautiful landscapes and the very safe area to be and go for a walk, away from the hustle and bustle of much more crowded beaches. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a few pleasant and very relaxing days.

We really enjoyed these days of stay! While the property is exceptional with a unique location right on the beach and wonderful views, Paloma's guide, friendliness, and warmth were extraordinary. What a magical place! You have to visit 💫💫💫

Everything is very good, just like in the photos. Progreso is small, so it was very quick to get everywhere from there.

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

The property is beautiful. It's great for a family vacation. It was obvious that it was professionally furnished and decorated. Attention was paid to every detail throughout the property. We were not too happy with the town as there was no real nightlife and the town seemed to be pretty impoverished. Thankfully the property was so inviting. We spent a lot of time at the house enjoying the amenities offered by the house. We enjoyed being able to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The pool house was so nice. We had beach towels available to us. We had a couple of minor issues but they were addressed very quickly. While we were not impressed with Progreso. we were very pleased with the property. This place is really wonderful! Amy and Rick are super hosts- responsive and friendly. We felt rapport with them immediately. The house is very clean, well appointed, and comfortable meeting all our needs. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and it is an easy walk to restaurants, the beach and the beautiful malecon. It’s a great place- highly recommend and we hope to return !

The Villa is very beautiful, it makes you feel right at home. It is very close to the beach, the spaces of the house are very comfortable. We had an amazing family weekend. ✨🫶🏻

A wonderful house, out of the way, great facilities, slightly odd (but unthreatening) neghborhood. Excellent chef and masseuse recommendations. Though pool cleaned once weekly, becsuse of gulls would have preferred a working filter system. Glad there was no television; it enhanced the peaceful nature of our stay. I’d definitely return!

This was a lovely little place to stay! Pool was well-maintained and no one was out there until after noon, so we had the whole pool area to ourselves most of the day! Great restaurant/bar across the street with food, drinks, and entertainment. Lots of ex-pats in the area, so easy communication. I would stay here again or would recommend to my friends and family,

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Beautiful secluded place great for respite. Very nice family with the parents next door who are wonderful people. Uber is available sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get there so plan accordingly to head into Progresso for restaurants and shopping & groceries.

Ignacio is a super host , pending and kind, resolving doubts and being very attentive to any requested specification. The apartment is undoubtedly a great place to live with, with all the amenities and equipment working perfectly. They even have details such as chairs and beach umbrella, lots of towels for all use . Regarding the complex, I think that the common space and pool are somewhat small especially if all the dptos are occupied at the same time, or if there are small ones in the family it could be complicated that everyone lives in the same space. The rooftop is beautiful and very complete for meeting, table chairs, hammocks, swings and so on in super nice conditions. Just as an extra, the bathrooms were not as clean or I don't know how often they were cleaned, but I couldn't occupy them the night I decided to meet on the terrace. Those common areas are not the responsibility of Ignacio, if so they would have been perfect, safe

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

Everything was excellent, he was attentive throughout the stay, the place is very nice as shown in the photos, I recommend it 10/10
